We rented my sons tux here for Prom here, the ladies were so professional and helpful! This is the first time renting a tux and the experience was great, definitely will be going back!

We ordered 8 tuxes from them for our wedding. Went in 3 months before the wedding and had everyone go into store personally and get measured 2 months prior. Tuxes came in one day before we were leaving for wedding so only two men were able to go in and try on. We figured the rest would fit considering they all went in to get measured that was not the case at all. One guy wasn’t even able to wear his tux and 4 others were also way off on the sizing. None of them fit great and worst of all was the customer service after was told “too bad” you couldn’t come in on the ONE day to try them on. Than was mocked as leaving the store. Worst customer service would never recommend them.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Even if you personally go in and get sized your tuxes won’t fit correctly and then when brought to their attention they completely lie about the situation and treat you like a joke. Go to Jewls or anywhere else!!

Staff dont bother on calling when your order comes in or when its ready and some of the staff is very rude. Wont return or recommend.

Very Nice family owned business. They provide postal and shipping services. The best are their beautiful bridal and formal dresses. Very elegant dresses and suits very any occasion. I rarely write bad reviews but this was a shocking experience. The expecting bride was greeted with eye rolls and condescending tones. She would not allow her to try on dresses because she would stretch them out. Ive been a seamstress for 10 years and that is completely false. I told my friend we should try another place the sales associate responded Yeah I think you should. Order online or make the drive to reno or slc if you dont want to leave in tears.

They ordered me a 3x when I am a medium for my shirt and my vest. Pants were the only thing that fit. Horrible customer service. Will not be back.

My husband and I had an issue with returning an item with our Prime membership. Candle light went above and beyond helping us resolve the issue! Thank you for such great customer service and sharing your knowledge.

Do Not purchase anything from the store. Dont even go in.. unless you want someone to grab your face and tell you that you are being a nightmare (the employee who was helping did this to the bride) you never ever grab someone especially the persons face. This person needs fired asap for assulting a customer.

My sister in law found her dream dress there today. The lady that helped her was professional and knew exactly what she was doing. We went in not expecting to find anything she liked locally and didnt have high hopes. We were all shocked at her high end inventory and plethora of beautiful dresses. All around perfect experience.

I went into the shop not knowing what to expect, but I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They found my perfect dress first try! I was so impressed with the service and environment, I’ll definitely be visiting again!

They have helped me so much with my wedding! Last minute alterations, tuxedo fittings and rentals, and everything and they’ve been so kind and helpful. I would give more stars if I could!

Really poor customer service! The lady was rude and refused to do measurements just because we got an online form to write down the measurements!! Started yelling and told us to get out. NEVER again will we be stepping into this business!

Came In to let my daughter try on dresses to see what she likes, great staff! Really know their dresses!
