It was easy and simple to get the car I wanted I looked on their website there could be more pictures but I got the car I wanted. The process was simple didn’t need to bring a lot and got an approval within a few hours. They detailed it before I left and even took my old car off my hands. The woman helping me the whole time kept communication open and let me know what was going on. All in all they did a great job.

Our family is going through a very difficult time and all of the staff were empathetic and caring. Tricia helped me find a safe beautiful car within our price range for my mom and was patient with us as we navigated through our emotions. The guy in finance was also so sweet and caring, I wish I could remember his name. But I appreciate both of them. They were exactly the kind of people we needed to be around this day.

Quick easy and overall good service from the sales team. In and out relatively fast. My only complaint is we didnt get the truck the day we signed due to the fact they had to detail and inspect it. (I would have figured this would have been done prior to us buying). But over all a great job!

I’ve been looking for a specific trim and color Highlander for a few weeks via the internet. I cast a wide search thinking I’d incorporate a quick vacation should I find what I was looking for at the right price. The car I was searching for appeared on cars.com and I went to the Elko Motors site, looked at the listing there, and contacted them via their site. Aaron got right back to me and we began a dialogue that led me to use their online credit app; and them sending me the breakdown on the purchase particulars. I say them because in the process I changed to dealing with Tricia, who quickly answered all the questions I came up with regarding the vehicle, the finance, the licensing, and how I could take delivery. It was a virtual handshake that was straightforward and easy.Never having been on Amtrak, I traveled a good distance to Elko to pick up the vehicle and was met with a pleasant crew (Tricia and the finance guy Jeff). I signed lots of docs and was on the road after a short amount of time in my new vehicle. From start to finish, this team was easy to deal with and exceeded my expectations of a dealership. Oh, and after 500 miles I can say I like it so far.

Heard rave reviews about this place, so I decided to visit. First salesman we encountered was rude and wasted our time. Second salesman was very nice.They have a truck on their lot right now that is EXACTLY the same truck as I own, but has more miles and isnt in as nice of condition as mine, and they offered me less than HALF what my truck is actually worth, and less than half of what they are selling the other truck for. When I asked why my offer was so low, was told my truck isnt worth any more. So that was logical. (HEAVY SARCASM IIMPLIED)I would recommend taking business elsewhere.

We just purchased a new 1500 ram crew cab I couldn’t be happier with my truck everyone was extremely helpful and they gave us a fair deal. Alexis was extremely helpful we bought our truck late on Saturday so they didn’t have time to detail the outside of the truck so when I took it in Monday she made sure it got detailed.

My lady and I went in to test drive a car a half hour before they closed and trade in our vehicle. They stayed open to work on just a possible deal. The staff was amazing! They worked so hard to get us the best deal! Everything was quick with the exception of them working out the deal. But it was worth it considering the interest rate they got us and how hard they worked. Hats off to David, Nick and anyone else that helped make that possible!

I broke down in Elko pulling a camper on family vacation- I found a used Durango that fit my budget and needs, and even though the vehicle hadn’t even been put into their system yet (it had just been traded in) they fast-tracked the paperwork and had me back on the road within hours- they even loaned me a car to use so we could grab lunch while they prepped the paperwork! These people are horrible. They were rolling their eyes at customers when walking away and interrupting my husband every time he asked a question or went to speak. They offered us 9,000 for our truck on trade in then when we refused and went to post it on facebook marketplace they forgot us or didnt know who we were and tried offering us 14,000... We laughed and private sold for even higher. Dont waste your time here.

WARNING! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! Went in for an oil change on my 2006 dodge ram they over filled it by a half gallon that took over a day to do and then they took a few hours just to fix the problem never go there again! They have no clue what there even doing! I am a certified mechanic up from a big city and was very disappointed.

This was my first experience purchasing from Elko Motor Company. I found a vehicle online (facebook ads) that I had interest in, and went to the dealership to take a look.The Pros:- we did not have our trade with us when we looked at the car. When the brought the trade in, it was almost closing time. The service manager didnt complain but ran out and took in my vehicle to value it, even knowing we likely would not be buying that night (or at all).- A second salesperson had to handle us when we came back in for the valuation. She was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and made sure we knew what was happening with the valuation of our trade, and asked us if we had more questions about the vehicle we were interested in. She was incredibly sweet, and just wanted to make sure we were taken care of.- The trade valuation came in very fair, and the price on the vehicle we were looking at was also very fair. I did not feel low balled by them, and did not feel a need to be extremely aggressive regarding the purchase price. It was a good deal.- We ended up buying the car. The trade process was painless, and we are really happy with the new car.The Cons:-I have very little to complain about, as this went pretty smoothly. The only things that keep me from a 100% are:- I felt that the wait for paperwork was a little longer than expected. It may have been a totally normal wait, I just didnt know what was going on, so maybe a bit more communication during that time about the wait would have helped put me at ease. I handled my own financing, so I guess I expected a pretty quick turnaround.- After signing most of the paperwork, there was some confusion as I was under the impression that the vehicle was certified Pre Owned, but the CPO paperwork was not in the packet. The salesman and finance dept were quick to remedy the situation, but it made me nervous for a minute so far into the deal that it was not known whether it was CPO or not.- The handoff of the vehicle was the most awkward part of the process. I had to wait for it to be detailed, no biggie, it was a really recent trade. When it came out though, it was missing a key, and it took a couple salesman a little bit to look for it. They did not find it, and it appears that it may be lost. Fortunately, they are placing an order for the key.- The vehicle had a cracked windshield, which we knew about. it had not been replaced (as we were told it would be). Fortunately, after I asked, I was told that I could take it in and have it replaced and the dealership would cover the cost, I just felt like this was something I should not have had to ask about. A walkaround, with all the information that I needed to take possession of the car, as well as instructions on the spare key, windshield, etc without having to ask would have been helpful.Overall Opinion:- I hate low price guarantees and no haggle pricing, I think they are *typically* a gimmick. Not on this deal though. After doing some research, I genuinely could not have found a better deal in 500 miles if I tried. Im happy with what I paid for the vehicle. The offer for my trade was great, Im very happy with that as well. All three salesman I dealt with were friendly and responsive (one even answering a text pretty early in the morning promptly, with no complaint). I think the vehicle handoff could have been handled a bit more professionally, but realistically, it was such a recent trade that its likely they didnt have enough time to put everything together for us prior to us coming in and getting it. Also, it was a holiday weekend, adding to the difficulty of getting it into service, detail, finance, etc. So really, this was a good to great experience, with no regrets. I will likely go to Elko Motor Company again when I am looking for a new or used vehicle. Big thanks to everyone who made it a good experience!

Honestly, the lady I went through with elko motor co. Was nice and friendly but the company overall needs to really learn how to negotiate and work with their customers given the fact that we make them money they do not make us money and just because we’re in a mining community does not mean we should have to pay top dollar.

We drove up from Vegas and purchased a Tundra here and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. We worked with Kyler and he was a pleasure to work with, went above and beyond, and took great care of us. There was a small issue (not their fault) and they took care of it right away with no hassle at all which was so so nice. Thank you! Leased (12,000 miles/year) a 2018 challenger gt for 460 down and 460 a month. Virtually painless. The pulse break light was malfunctioning I brought it in without an appointment and the service team moved it to the front on the line and the issue was fixed within a hour.

Well, we broke down Friday on a holiday weekend. We came into Elko Motors hoping we might be able to get in and diagnosed. Unfortunately they could not get us in (at this point in the couple hour ordeal I was in tears- as there were no rentals available in town and we were feeling stranded) BUT Kia came to our rescue and was able to get me in with a mobile mechanic who got us fixed up and going again! I’m so grateful for Kia (sorry if spelling is wrong) but she was sympathetic, gracious and so helpful!Thank you so much!

Aaron unfortunately you were the reason I gave the company 1 star. You refused to correct the issue as simple as it was. Due to that you lost a sale.

I was very disappointed with how the deal I got on my vehicle was handled. The sales manager seemed to put me on a low pedestal due to the fact I was buying a 26 year old vehicle. What does that matter if it’s the vehicle that I want? The vehicle had repairs it needed before they would “let me” take the vehicle I signed for home. There was no discussion to be had. If it neeeded repairs that badly then 1. Why was it on the lot for sale already and 2. Why was I allowed to test drive along with who knows else?? There were other aspects to this visit that has soured me to this company even more. This will be the last vehicle I ever buy here.

They have some good people that are nice but they try and take advantage of people. Dont bye here. But didnt want to sell very bad I went to winnemucca and took me a hour of my time and bought a 53000 dollar truck fro45000 so I won and elko motor company lost a sell

Problem after problem! My name has never been in the computer system correctly and there has been at least 3 people going to fix it. A few months ago my in laws went to purchase a vehicle and the credit got ran under my name and my sister in laws social. Our Tacoma had a rear locker issue and the mechanic could not figure out how to repair it so my husband had to go in the back and show him how to install it. Today was the icing on the cake!! I had an oil change scheduled at 7:30 AM. I left at 8:25 and went to the car wash on 12th street. In a matter of 20 minutes while I vacuumed the oil all leaked out on the ground. There was no oil showing on the dip stick at this point. I called Dave in Service to let him know my concern and requested that they tow it back and get things checked for damage. Dave suggested I reach out to a tow company on my own. The suggested company was 1-2 hours out. At the 2 hour mark they were an additional 2 hours out so I called Lostra, which was amazing, and there within 30 minutes! Shout out to the Express Wash staff for cleaning up my mess and letting my car sit there for 4 hours! I was never offered a ride or any accommodations from Elko Motor in this time which added to my frustration. I had to make arrangements for a friend to pick me up and get my son from baseball. At 3 PM my car was ready for a second pick up. I was informed at the pick up that there was only 1/4 quart low and a seal leak that was fixed. They stated that when they received the 4 runner it had normal oil levels. I showed pictures of the dirty oil puddle on the ground at the car wash and they informed me it was when the old filter was drained and removed and it was left in my skid plate. They ensured me it was not from the new oil that was put in my car. I requested they document the series of events so if I have future engine issues the mistake was on their part not mine. Dave would not add the verbiage on the walk out form since it showed towed in and they didnt make me pay the tow fee and everything was fine, even though it took 3 hours to add the missing 1/4 quart of oil. He stated synthetic oil is clear and doesnt show up on the dipstick and when he and the mechanic checked the oil level it was fine upon arrival so he did not think it would be an issue.

First time Ram owner and a diesel to boot. Very impressive product line. Bang for buck Ram has it! I was never a fan but was not impressed with Ford or GM line of comparable vehicles. I had a my first dealer service experience here and it was good. Took a long time to get my truck back, but they worked with the warranty company and got all but taxes paid for. so I returned. This time told them what to look for and everything i told them needed repair and the quote was sent to the warranty company. The was a mess and didnt have a break down of part and labor so i had to call both the dealer and warranty company several times. I never received a call back from the dealer had to constantly call and tell them to check their emails. Finally i had to ask everything from the dealer then work with the warranty company that showed me fair value of the labor times. When i confronted the service manager about it he told me that the rates for labor were different for warranties. I showed them the copy of ALLDATA a trusted and accepted method of calculating times. I was told by the dealer that they use that as well so not sure how he had different hours. I was also being charged 120 for everything i told them to check. A total of $360 dollars for finding the problems i told them where to find them. One of the charges was for checking the U-joint. This was latter removed when i confronted him about it. Then by some dealer magic he made the cost closer to the warranty approved cost. One day i called every 2 minutes for 15 minutes to get the service manager whos first words to me were Man, you dont give up I did not appreciate being mocked for doing his job. I bit my tongue to ensure i would get my truck back safely. To his credit he did apologize when i picked up the truck.Over all not happy with the way i was treated. I never received a call back had to call multiple times and was treated poorly for it. And had to work with the warranty company who in the end was fair honest and did call me back several times to make sure I had all the information I needed. And they were also busy. Most of all cant believe the dishonest pricing that had to be adjusted when I exposed it. It amounted to over $1,500 that were later removed when exposed the discrepancies. Dont like doing others work in order to get fair pricing. As a former mechanic it is extremely important to run a honest business as this industry has a bad reputation for it, and this dealer is not honest. I would only suggest them if you have no other option or have a good mechanical background and can challenge their pricing, dont mind calling everyday and have a lot of patienceI am giving them 2 stars cause I spoke to the mechanic that worked on my truck. he was very knowledgeable, spent time with me and did a great job.
