Last Thursday, I came into My Hearing Centers without an apointment, as walk in. I explained about how my schedule was Monday through Thursday, and that I had taken a PTO day and wanted to know if they could look at my wifes hearing aids, because one had stopped working. I was impressed that they took the time to test them, were able to repair the non working one, and also cleaned both of our hearing aids, and replaced both of our ear cones and gave us extra ear pieces, and the tools to clean and maintain them with. We were so well taken of and I was treated courteously and with respect. They also worked with my scheduled day off, and were able to work me in for an appointment without me having to take extra days off, and use more of my PTO. Overall, they went above and beyond what was ever expected or even hoped for. This is why I put in this review, and gave them a well deserved 5 star rating. They were all awesome!

Laura accommodated my appt time & emailed paperwork that usually gets filled out at first appt.Upon arrival the receptionist was courteous & check in was quick.Jay the audiometric technician was courteous, got down to business, then explained the results of tests.I also appreciated that they offer your first test as complementary.👍🏽👍🏽

Dr. Turner listened to my health concerns regarding hearing as well as recent balance issues. He took the time to explain his impressions (referencing a poster of the ear) and adjusted my hearings aides based on my hearing evaluation and general concerns. Staff inspected and cleaned my hearing aides, helped me with my phone app, and provided supplies. I was very pleased with my appointment. I even messaged the Center right afterwards .... I turned down my car radio! It was a noticable difference for me. I felt better educated about my hearing when I left.

Went to My Hearing Centers for a hearing test. The staff is great very kind and considerate. Albany is very professional and very easy to talk to. She explained things to me about the hearing loss and Tinnitus that I have made it more easy to understand my choices for the help I need. Will definitely be going there again.

Dr Williams takes the time to explain what is going on with your hearing, puts the explanation at level one can understand, no long winded medical jargon, even the so called dumb questions you may have. All around a very pleasant young lady and her staff as well

Every appointment has been wonderful. Every person is helpful and patient. They even stayed late one evening for us when we had a family event and mother lost her hearing aids. So thoughtful.

I find the Elko Office very welcoming and helpful. My handicapped sister got her hearing aids and is doing well. So thankful Elko Office is open. Unlike the call center that was not very helpful.

Very impressed with the professionalism of all involved. The service and product were first grade. We were provided with test results and other information on the spot. It was easy to understand and straight to the point. Dr Cathy and Albany were fantastic. Great to know we are in good hands, now and the future.
