I would like to separate this review into 2 topics. 1. Pizza - The pizza I ordered was just a regular pepperoni. Upon receiving it, the smell that greeted me was a strong garlic butter type of smell, which Im not particularly a fan of - but the pizza luckily didnt taste like it smelled. The crust by itself was delicious, and the best part of the pizza in my opinion. It was light and fluffy, but with some substance. It wasnt loaded with flour, or brittle like a lot of crusts. The cheese and pepperoni were average, and not boasting any special flavor. The sauce is where I felt a bit let down. When the pizza was hot, the sauce was a bit thick, but acceptable. As the pizza began to cool though, the sauce quickly became more paste-like and solid. Honestly, the flavor and consistency were almost exactly like a tomato paste. 2. Customer Service - This is the entire reason that I gave 4 stars. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt respected and appreciated as a customer. I am a pizza officianado, and while this pizza wasnt the greatest (in my opinion), I also appreciate good customer service, and realize that this store serves more than just pizza. Best Wishes!

The fried chicken salads are amazing. However, they took about 2 hours to deliver my husbands food when hes only less than a mile away. And it was only a salad.... other than that isolated incident, the place is great for carryout lunch!!

Its no longer called Pizza Primetime. It is now called Flips Pizza and Grill and the food is awesome

Don’t waste your money. I feel bad saying it, but it’s true. This was our first time ordering from here. Pizza was weird and gross. The salad was warm and wilted. The chocolate cake was dry and tasted like peppermint. The Caesar dressing tasted like onions. Mediocre. Sorry, won’t be back.

Do the Cheesesteak 8 special the fries were good but the meat could of been more. If Im in the area I would go back but ask for extra meat.

Ordered on Grubhub, but order was canceled and then Grubhub showed restaurant as closed. Time was 6:30pm and restaurant closes at 10pm.

I was staying at BWI Airport and ordered a meat lovers pizza 12 inch from these guys. The person who took my order was super Friendly. The food was amazing 👏 . The delivery driver was wearing mask and gloves which is the best thing to adapt.

This an amazing place to dine in or carry out. I have been eating there for the past 3 months, and never was I disappointed in the quality of their food or the service. I recommend this place for anyone craving for a tasty meal with a warm and friendly ambiance.They also have the 30 pizza for all your parties need, Im telling you, this is the spot to be.

We tried this place before under the old management and we never went back. We found out that it was under new management. And the WINGS were AMAZING!!!! Pizza was great and flavorful. And up next is the 30 inch pizza. Stay tuned we will definitely post pics of the giant pizza. If you havent tried it. Go get some, you wont be disappointed.

Recently moved to elkridge tried this place for the first time. Great and super friendly management. The food was amazing. Fast service will definitely come back. Highly recommended. ❤

Not so great BEFORE now, but the new owner has really turned this place around! The pizza is so good.The sauce is so flavorful, you can eat the dough by itself and they use fresh mozzarella. Their other food is great too. Try it all! And as a bonus, the new owner is a great guy and has treated us like gold. Definitely check them out

They were great since like 3 months ago recently they had all new staff like 4 people on staff, non of them wore beard or hairnets. They wore gloves and then touch everything with the gloves, money, phone, other peoples clothes; its disgusting. I tried to give them chances and they messed up my order twice. They all are so aloof. The food took forever, I over heard another customer say I have been waiting 50 min, I have to be back at work in 7, where is my order; so it wasnt just me. I had to repeat orders to them, if I ask for a sauce I would have to ask again and verify my order. They completely forgot to give me one of the items in my order, another time they completely gave me the wrong order. The person at the register doesnt even know how to properly grab a slice of pizza.Management, get your employees in order. Good food, but with this horrible service, I am not coming back.

Good food but the wait time is always long. I have ordered here multiple times and the food prep wait is always atleast an hour regardless of the time of day.

Omg. After a long day and a long drive and a frustrating night, this food was absolutely freaking amazing. It arrived so quickly. It was made to order, and tasted like it too. Everything was cooked to perfection. And tasted amazing. And the owner made the experience 10x better. Thank you for a great dinner. And for being kind.

Primetime pizza is a terrible establishment they will mess up your order and blame you for their mistake.

Management and staff are very accommodating. They Express love for the community and produce fresh food. I love supporting those who care. The food is pretty good with great customer service

Ordered a small pizza and drink. They said the wait would be 30-45 min and it was here in about 30 min. I stayed in a nearby hotel and they brought me a couple plates and napkins with my order! Very nice and friendly service! Food was good and extremely hot when it arrived!

There was no meat on the subs didn’t even cover all the bread . Plus got the wrong sub called back and was hung up on and called back and got put on hold for 10 mins, I don’t recommend this place for anyone that wants good food. So o had to change it to 3 because I can’t go higher dice I had to drive up to take care of it, but the right sub had plenty of meat and food flavor, so you have Redemption

Horrible management, scream at their clients, please dont visit this location. They cannot delivery on time and when ask they start with mean behavior.. Good luck this place should be closed. If I could put zero star that would be my choice.. They realize how rude their were to me and offered me a bottle of drink, Im not selling my pride for a bottle sorry my dear..

The service was friendly and fast. I asked for a thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was just the way I wanted it. Delicious! The pick-up specials are great!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where do I even start. It took almost 1.5 hours for the food to be delivered. On top of that, when I received the food the fries, and subs had a very strong smell that made my family and I sick to our stomachs. After trying the food, it was not edible at all. It almost tasted as if something was put on the food that wasn’t suppose to be. Whatever it was, it was obnoxious and enough to make you want to to eat your dogs food over what they gave me. After I called the store to talk to the manager. He tried to deny that anything had happened. He explained to me that no one else that night “complained” and I must have been “sick”. I told him how I was disappointed and shocked that he wouldn’t offer to do anything to compensate for for what happened . Regardless of what the food tasted like, it should not have taken darn near 1.5 hours to deliver. As a manager, you would think you would strive for customer service and satisfaction. All this place did was deny any wrong doing. Save your $ and support the many other small businesses in Howard County. I will never order from this place again or recommend it to anyone in the Elkridge/ Jessie/ Columbia/ Laurel area.

Its hard to comprehend how pizza can go so wrong. I decided to give primetime another try after a lackluster experience almost a year ago.Pepperoni pizza, BBQ chicken pizza and a small order of hot wings was my order and I expected maybe some positives and negatives. I wasnt prepared for the poor quality and preparation and certainly not the mysterious awfulness in the sauce.The crust could be store bought and youd never know. The cheese and pepperoni are average. I appreciated the grilled bell pepper/red onion on the BBQ chicken.The chicken was as dry as the crust (with a slightly strong, unsettling seasoning). The wings were cooked through but mushy and the sauce tasted more like Polynesian sauce.The pizza sauce was my main disagreement and I cant say what made it unappetizing because I still dont know what it is. On the pizza it was congealed and jello-esque. By taste it was somewhere between sweetened Sriracha and expired ketchup.Ill keep hoping that good pizza might exist in Howard county

Tried this place for the 2nd time. Food is decent for a Maryland pizza shop; however, both times, the delivery has been horrible. Quoted 30-45 minutes each time.....waited over an hour and a half for delivery. When I call, they say its on the way. Will not be ordering from them again. If you cant deliver in a timely manner, do not offer a delivery service.

Pizza Primetime, I like the pizza it is good. The wings are big and very tasty, we got the spicy cajun. Biggest wings near Jessup so far. Not so big on the Greek salad they didnt have the right stuff for a Greek salad and it was pricey for it. It was a garden salad with feta cheese and can olives. Had 2 peppercinis in it. It was a small salad which costed $6.99 far to high for a small salad. Greek salad that is the best has everything in it, example, feta, lettuce, tomatoes big black olives, peppercinis, cabbage, carrots, onions, sometimes guacamole, and cucumbers, now that is a salad. California pizza knows how to make a Greek salad. Pizza Primetime has the best pizza near Jessup we like so far. We tried 5 different pizza places near Jessup for pizza and Pizza Primetime is the best we have had, until we try another pizza place, I will let everyone know how that one is. I want to try other food at Pizza Primetime we havent tried the Cheesesteaks yet or fries and other items, hope it all is good also.

Awesome pizza. My favorite is the steakbuster. Employees are very sweet, the lady that answers the phone is very nice and sweet even tho phones are ringing off the hook and customers are in line, for their lunch. Everyone of the employees have a smile on thier face and always get my order right. I can call and she enters my number in and has my order from the last time I ordered so its quick and easy! LOL yes I always get the same thing. Why change it when its not broken. Chicken cheese steak is a go to if you are not in the mood for pizza. They will always have my business.

I ordered online for a delivery, it was a very long wait time and i did not get the extra ranch on the side that i ordered. However i ordered a chicken bacon ranch panini with fries and it was delicious.

Decided to have lunch today and when we walked in to the pizza shop the gentleman working in the shop was sleeping away on the booth bench. So we went to subway. Way to keep subway in business!!

I really like these guys, theyve got good customer service and the food has always been fresh for me. The one time I had an issue, the manager there, I think his name was Safi, took care of it right away and made it right very quick. Im partial to their cheesesteak quesadilla but their pasta and cheesesteak itself is really good too.
