I own Security Auto and Truck, Inc. I was in a pinch and had a roll up door that came apart. Smacked one of my techs in the head. I called in the morning and Bryan had a salesman out within the hour. Had a crew out at 4 pm and they had the door fixed and working like butter in about 45 minutes. The crew were great and all around very happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job to the guys in Baltimore for getting us fixed up.

Terrible customer service. Gave a quote without even checking on the project, didnt complete the project, and NEVER got back to me about fixing it. Only heard from them to collect their bill which was never fixed because they could not coordinate with the sales team VP Scott about what was actually done. Please go someplace else.
