LEFT FULL GREASY BACON STRIPS ON MY SEAT!!I’m not usually the type to leave a review but I had a pretty bad experience with the service department. To start off I scheduled an oil change two days ahead of time and when I arrived they told me it’d take 30-45 minutes. After an 1 hour and 45 minutes (I’m now late for work) they finally tell me they don’t have the oil in stock and they’re waiting for it to be delivered. I told them I’m late for work and they at least had the kindness to drive me to work while they waited. That is not why I wrote this review, I understand incidents like this can occur...I’m writing this review because once I finally got my car back 4 hours later there was 2 full strips of bacon and grease on my leather passenger seat! I just purchased this car (Charger Hellcat) 3 months ago and they’re having lunch in it? It was a very poor experience and I still paid Full price despite everything. Not a very happy customer…

We were on our way camping when our truck broke down. The tow truck driver brought us to University Auto Center. The service department was fantastic. They were busy but were able to work us in and had us back up and on our way by noon.

I came in and needed a bushing in my shifter cable replaced. They only sell the lower half of the cable so I got that. That got me in immediately and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. I was on vacation btw and couldn’t wait. They were awesome and very helpful. I might actually travel from spokane when I go to buy my next truck.

The service department was friendly, quick and very professional. Highly recommend. Only place I’ll be going from now on!

Amazing Emergancy service, my truck’s brake caliper detonated while I was driving. They called me the second it got to their shop, and were able to give me a estimate and knowledge of what happened by the following morning. My truck was fixed by that evening. They will be my normal maintenance place from here on out!

Thank you to UAC! I lease my Jeep therefore have to take to a certified Jeep dealership. Being that I live in Yakima, I attempted to take it to the one in Yakima; but unfortunately had the worst customer service once again. I called UAC and spoke with Bre and without a hesitation told me to bring my car in. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was beyond great to me especially since I was calling nonstop to get updates, due to my conflicting schedule. At the end of the day I ended having to get a rental from them but they helped me get one. I honestly am so please and will be taking my Jeep and my boyfriends truck to get serviced there regularly rather than conveniently going to the dealership in Yakima, because I had nothing but a great experience with UAC. Just a test drive involved moving 3 car seats back and fourth and we ended up there an hour+ last closing....And we were treated exceptional. Had a good experience with no pressure at all. Mike (our salesman) worked very well with us and for us and that goes a long way with me. My son and I (purchase was for my son, his first, using his money) got a good deal with the purchase Dodge Ram 1500. Less than a week later the vehicle had a little hiccup/ check engine light came on. Contacted Mike and he got the vehicle in and got it taken care of right away at no cost to my son, issue was a simple fix. Service department explained the issue in full to my son of which he completely understood. I am very happy with the service of this dealership and would highly recommend it if looking for a vehicle, check them out, prices were extremely fair and on target.(Yes we did our homework first). I’m that person that will walk away from a deal if feel being pressured and not willing to deal, ask my son lol. With that said it should speak volumes about this dealership. Bought a used Audi A3 from this dealership late last year. The car has given me nothing but problems since and they refused to help and said I was on my own. It is missing a piece of the air filter that is very important to the upkeep of this car. There also ended up being a huge oil leak underneath the vehicle. This all within the same month of purchasing the car and we were told that it is not their problem. Its disappointing and I do not recommend this place to buy a vehicle or get repairs done.Response to owner:I understood that there would be issues later down the road obviously, thats part of buying a used car, but for it to be missing part of the air intake duct and oil leaking within the same month of purchasing the vehicle, its disappointing. Bought a truck after stopping in today on our way to another dealership in Yakima. When we told them what we were looking for, they directed us to a local trade they just got that was being detailed and not on the lot yet.. I am on immunosuppressants and our entire transaction was handled outside to reduce any potential virus risks. It was quick and efficient and I appreciate their thoughtfulness regarding my safety. We are very glad that we stopped at UAC as they had what we were looking for at a good price and we got great service.

I got codes ran at other auto shop took the car here to see what they could do. (They already had the codes that were ran) I got the car back saying the same thing and got charged 130$ for it. Biggest waste of 130$ I’ve spent

Visiting Ellensburg from Western Oregon. Stopped by for an oil change when I noticed we were over due. They didn’t have any slots open as we didn’t make an appointment ahead. The kind service advisor took pity on our plight and squeezed us in. Now that is above and beyond the best customer service ever!! Thank you for giving us peace of mind on our trip back home !

If I could, I would give a ZERO. When making the appointment explained the issue and was advised that would repair our Cadillac within 30 minutes.When got there, the service manager wore mask under his nose. All other employees did not wear masks.Sat in Customer Lounge for 2 hours with sales staff walking by us without even speaking to us. After 2 hours the service manager drove out our vehicle and advised not fixed. Will never go back. Should not be Cadillac dealer.
