Great store. back in new jersey we had the same store only it was called Bi-Rite. a very good store to avoid germs. friendly workers. i couldnt find a pair of mens slippers in Eburg but Bi-Mart had them. it may seem shabby but you arent confronted by a lot of kids with no masks...you dont see many kids at all. in times of covid, kids are germ-donkeys who carry viruses anywhere. i feel safe at this store. plus they sell guns.

Love Bi-Mart, but this location could really use a remodel. Looking kinda shabby.Staff here is great, very friendly and helpful. Got our covid vaccination here, wonderful staff but wish we could have done it in a place with some privacy.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees were disrespectful to a Spanish speaking man.

Always a wait to check out, but they counter rhatnwith having quality items at great prices. We always get our chicken feed here.

Great hodge podge of items at discounted prices.

Well stocked shelves but they were out of dishwasher detergent.

Sometimes they have better prices on canned goods then the big stores, and less people.

I cannot recommend the Pharmacy here highly enough. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. They know and care about their customers. When I walk into sight of the pharmacy, they recognize me and will start preparing my prescription before I even reach the counter.

So happy to have a local bimart.

Hard to find things. This place always has boxes in the walkways. Good prices on items if you can find the price.

Ive only been here 2 or 3 times. Seems to be a nice store. Somethings like probiotics are kinda expensive but well worth it.

Best place in town to get hunting and fishing gear. Good prices and frequent sales. Ammunition prices are respectable. Only $5 for lifetime membership is definitely worth it if you live in the valley. If you are a first timer theyll let you in for free if you say youre just visiting.

Bi-Mart is like the Costco of Ellensburg. Great prices and friendly people. I love being able to get so much in one place. The check out lines can sometimes go slow.

Probably one of the best places in Ellensburg to pick up nonfood products. Its almost guaranteed that if you buy something there itll be less expensive than at another place in town. Plus being an employee owned company makes it feel more homey.

They have a great selection of non produce items. Prices are the best in town. Sometimes long wait at checkout

In a small town where the only major department store is Fred Meyer this place is a great alternative option. It has quite a bit more then I was expecting at decent prices. Its the best place in town to stock up on ammo. There is a $5 lifetime membership fee but this place is worth checking out.

You need a membership to enter. Its only $5.00, for a lifetime! Its worth it. The store here feels a little more country store than other Bi-marts. Maybe because its an older building.. just kind of dusty feeling. They have a wide variety of things to buy, but small sections of most things. They do seem to have a knack for having something a little different, therefore special, for gift shopping. They frequently have great sales, especially for any holiday that happens to be close. They have average prices on non sale items.

The employees except for one gentleman are purely apathetic about customer needs. I asked one gal if her lane was open to be checked out and her response was not for you then rang up another customer behind us in line. So we had to wait 20 minutes to be checked out for our 2 items.

Went yesterday and there was a rude female older age 50+ I had asked her about a product I was going to buy she seemed bothered by me asking her a question. Then answered it in a rude fashion. Then she was yelling at my son for sitting on a patio furniture set. She statedYou cant do that.My son is 11 and respectful. As I was standing there trying to figure out how much the patio set would cost she never offered too help me. She just scolded my son?I have spent well over 1,000+ here at this store in the last 2 weeks. But, I rather take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service on the service floor. I felt unwelcome even though I am a high paying customer.

Bi-Mart usually has what I need and its cheaper there. Its not an overwhelmingly huge store so if you have mobility issues its easier on the body. Love this place

Bi-Mart is a fun store for me to shop. Became a member a few years ago and try to hit them up whenever were in the area, even if its just for some snacks.
