Davis Garage Doors is the best company in town. They are professional and just great people to work with. They have serviced my garage door in the past and provided recommendations when the motor stopped working. They were very accommodating to our schedule and responded our calls quickly. Just wanted to give a shout out to Josh and Fredrick. Josh’s knowledge on professionalism came through when they came to my house to repair a broken spring on my garage door. It was replaced promptly and when I asked some questions about the 14 ft garage door on my shop he promptly explained the problem and corrected all the issues in a few minutes. This guy really knows everything about garage doors. He went beyond expectations when he fixed my spring. He lubricated everything and even noted my automatic door opener was about to fall due to loose bolts and promptly fixed it . I was very impressed with the overall service and would strongly recommend this company.

They even came out on a Saturday, after I had backed into my door, and wrestled the old door back down just so I could be safe while the new door would be shipped. Josh at Davis Garage - communicates and very fair prices. I was happy with the final result. My garage itself was not square or built well, and they got the door in there and created a good seal since rodents was a concern. Josh forgot that detail about rodents being a main concern, but it ended up working fine. So could see details being forgotten if not reminded, but I gave 5 stars since for the price, most businesses are human and don’t document and re-read details while executing the job. I am guilty of this myself. And I was not home while they were working, so that is a bit me not managing extremely well and “gambling”. I would definitely use him again since good workmanship, communicates, and fair pricing.

Josh is both professional and courteous. One quick call and one quick quote and we were underway. I framed out the opening myself, according local building code, and he ordered the garage door. He showed up and installed the garage door within 3 hours. I highly recommend him for the job!

Josh really knows everything there is to know about garage doors. Ive witnessed his customer service and he genuinely does cares about his clients happiness in him and in the quality of his work. Ive heard him on a few different occasions walking clients through steps over the phone to solve a problem, when it would have been easy money for him, but made it so they didnt have to pay a service charge. Very dedicated to his customers.
