The customer service was professional and first rate. The staff was very compassionate while helping us create posters for our lost parrot.

I was on a road trip and needed to ship a defective RV battery to the manufacturer. Staff went above and beyond to pack, follow manufacturers return shipping instructions and get it there. Excellent communications and customer service.

Weird shaped things printed, laminated, stickers/labels made for product, banners, etc. Not only are they FAST and reasonably priced but they are so solution-oriented to helping me make my marketing visions a tangible reality. I payed an extra $15 fee of shipping for this package to get here, on a certain day as a gift . Unfortunately It got delivered to the wrong address. I give them a call and tell them my issue. The response I got from this lady was that they couldn’t do anything about my lost package and so I had to figure it out on my own. Horrible customer service.

This is the nicest UPS store I’ve been in. It’s clean, very attractive, and has everything you could possibly need for printing, shipping, packaging and more. But the reason they get a 5 star rating is the friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and HELPFUL STAFF. Every time I’ve been there, they have gone out of their way to help me, as I usually have a problem that I need help with. One time it was getting the labels printed for some returns with the correct no charge free return postage. But the experience that really shows their willingness to help, and go above and beyond, was when my new employer required a notarized statement of my citizenship, and this had to be done through a special online phone number which of course didn’t work, wouldn’t connect with their computer. After one of the staff spent about 15 minutes talking with my employer, and trying again and again to get a connection to work, Diane the owner got involved. She spent another 20 minutes or more talking back and forth with them on the phone, trying different ways to connect before they finally found a way to get the information across. After everything was done, I ask her how much for the notary and stuff, and she says no charge. I couldn’t believe it. I spent a good 40 minutes in the store while she and her staff worked on this, and she didn’t charge me. With service like this they’ve got my business forever. I don’t think you can find a better printing or shipping store.

I showed up after they were closed, the employees had closed the tills and are ready to go home, door locked. One of the employees asked if I had something to drop off? And I said no I need a fax sent we are closed but I will send it for you. And she did how great is that! Customer service is still alive and well at this store. Thank you again I really appreciate all that you did for me.

The crew in this location is amazing! I have had to use their services a few times this last couple weeks and everyone I encountered was super friendly and went the extra mile to provide me with great customer service. Their services are reasonably priced and their shipping service is wonderful! They offer so many different services and have some super cute items available.Thank you!

My Package has been In Transit for 5 days now. Just got pushed again until tomorrow even though its in town. Paid extra for the shipping. Just wrong.

Excellent service! Staff is helpful and friendly, where I choose to go to do most my business.

I love that I have not had to wait more than about 5 minutes. A quick in and out, or you can just drop and run. The employees very helpful. Also, a great place to find the perfect size boxes, and other shipping supplies. Its a small store, but they seem to have the basics covered.

This is the best UPS Store Ive ever visited! They are helpful, informative and friendly. Convenient notary service as well, and I think they still only charge $10...

Awesome customer service, didn’t charge me anything to print my resume

Store is clean, and it is easy to get to which I appreciate however it is 9 times out of 10 that I will go in and give them the we missed you note and then the name and address they glance at their whiteboard every time they say it isnt here and to come back later 5-6pm and every time we come back they say the same thing that it isnt here and then we are directed to the other UPS facility in Ellensburg and that store says the original store has it, and has since around 3-4pm. We go back and press for them to actually go look and oh sure enough every single time it has been at that store since the first time we stopped in. It just seems lazy and it is very frustrating when you have a package that comes monthly and needs to be given to a person or gets taken to their store for pick up. I understand saying to come back later but the frustration comes from the fact that the last few times I have started to press and be somewhat pushy at like 3-4pm and oh look it was there even after I got told yet again come back later or check the other facility. Only once has the girl actually went and looked and got it on my original stop in, very frustrating an hope that this month maybe I wont have to go through this time wasting cycle again.

Always incredibly friendly people. I like that they are usually open later, especially because its a college town and things close down early here. If you are picking up a package they always ask for a form of an ID, I usually just use my drivers license

I had a purchase from Amazon delivered there and when I went in to pick it up they knew nothing about it - no record - no update......and rude. I had to go home and research UPS and amazon to learn that the Eburg UPS store sent my package somewhere else and no one knows where it is now (I suspect stolen)..........moral - dont have anything delivered to them at that store it will disappear. REsponse to owners answer: I just ordered this package from Amazon on July 05, 2018 - have the documentation to prove it. when I went in to pick it up you had no clue had no record of it at all. I learned today July 25, 2018, that my package was picked up from your place and just today delivered to an address in Phoenix, AZ. Run dont walk away from this place!!!!!! You have not heard the last of this! Theft and fraud.
