Came in to get a new phone. First 5 min were awesome. Started to transfer all my info to my new phone took almost an hour. Aftwr i was told it would be 5 min. While I was waiting the sales associate had music playing with very explicit language. Mainly the nword. Thank God that my daughter wasnt there. No I would never recommend this place to anyone.

They were fast and efficient. I setup the purchase through a different store, but they didnt have the phone I wanted. Russell did have the phone in stock and was able to get me and out of the store in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointed. I bought a brand new Samsung phone, and for 50 bucks bought a wipe on screen protector. The girl there was very nice, and installed it for me. She failed to take off the factory screen protector, (which i found out 3 weeks later) and wiped it over the top. When i went back as the screen protector was starting to peel, the same girl peeled it off and told me not to worry about it. Needless to say that didnt work, and the screen scratches the next day. I now have an expensive phone with a very scratched screen. I went back and she told me to try a warranty claim.Very wrong answers for when they made a mistake, they should have fixed it. Very unhappy, and i have been telling everyone i know not to support them, as they will not stand behind their error like any business should do.

Mindy is knowledgeable and friendly. Store inventory is a bit lacking however. But Mindy got it done.

The workers were really helpful. Surprised they weren’t wearing masks but they said they put them on when requested. I had one on, so felt safe. Maybe you could put plexi glass up so they are protected too. Easiest to do—heavy duty Velcro and a plexi glass shield from star hardware. Really inexpensive.
