Called in and asked for a standard 64.5mm Toyota tool for the cartridge filter to change my oil and they acted as if they had no clue what I was talking about both of them. How do I apply for a job? I called the Manchester location and they knew exactly what I needed and had it at the counter for me. This is bad service hire new workers. My number is available if you ask, my names Matt. Very nice place to shop for auto related items. You will every thing under one roof. Prices are very competitive. Staff were very friendly. Best part is that staff will be available for minor fitment such as light, filters etc. FREE of cost. You have to pay only item cost, labour charges are almost nil. I am recommending this awesome chains of Autozone.

Great folks with the right parts for the right prices

Not a fan. Always a less than stellar experience, but it’s the closest option. This visit my rep was not computer savvy and struggled to understand what I needed, another rep was complaining about having to clean up something in the back that splashed on her and now she needs to go home and shower (possibly bathroom issue based on the behind-the-counter discussion), and a fellow shopper was unable to get any help during the rant. Ugh

Abu and Ashley, you guys are amazingly helpful even after arriving couple of minutes late to the store last night due to an emergency and glad that you guys opened the door for us and being patient for the next 20min or so even after your shift. you are the best!thanks again!(guess what, I do remember your names) ;)

Helpful crew; ready to answer questions or help to find what you need... (Most times as you walk in the door.) Prices are competitive and quality is great. They will test batteries and some parts on the spot. If you do need a battery, they will pop it in for you free of charge.

The service was by far some of the best I have experienced at a car part place. My battery went dead over the weekend and I was stuck with 2 small kids and no car. They helped me replace the battery all while I stayed in the car with my girls and with a smile on their face. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Went to get an alternator for my jeep and wanted to use our account but the manager on duty was very rude and didnt want to help us until I told the associate that I could get the part for much cheaper online. The manager then all the sudden wanted to help us and was wanting to try and get my account info. I know I can get parts cheaper online but I also like to support brick and morter stores. Wont be returning to this autozone for awhile. OReilly autoparts gives much better service.

Coming from Clarkson road it is difficult to get to the store. You need to do a U turn from Manchester road.When I got there today a senior citizen was already complaining about the service. When it was my turn, the guy cant help me because he claimed his engine light checker is not working. He told me to go OReillys instead. :-(. Oh well.

Best AutoZone in St. Louis, a man named Nezi (sp) helped me today, wow, he was so nice. I do a lot of my own vehicle repairs and upgrades. Every time I go to this location and Nezi is working, he goes out of his way to help me. He even shows interest in the projects Im working on and has told me if I need help, he would give me advice or even lend a hand. Simply amazing!

I was out of town and the battery went out on my 2012 Explorer. Firestone offered to replace it with a 3 year warranty, total price 131.My son wanted to take care of it, so he went to Auto Zone. Same battery, same warranty, no installation. Price, $144.Sorry but thats just a RIP OFF.I didnt even tell my son.... He was just trying to do me a favor.

Good place to shop for auto maintenance products like oil, filters, wipers, wash and wax materials, etc. Huge selection of products in store and on line...I use em both! Prices are reasonable and frequently have sales on seasonal products. I recycle oil and other fluids using their drop off containers in the back of the store. Very convenient. The sales people are usually helpful and knowledgeable. They have available info on common repairs for the diy people and can print out directions and lend out special tools. They will diagnose check engine codes too and suggest possible cures. Great job!

I appreciate the Sunday night team taking care of replacing my battery, and fixing the mistake of another location from a couple years ago - also happy they are open much later than most stores on a Sunday.

Stopped in here for some Gumout and saw the giant sign hanging outside the store window advertising buy one get one free on Chevron Techron. I grabbed two bottles off the shelf and brought them to the counter. I asked the clerk if they were the ones on sale. He said that the sale had already ended and they were no longer buy one get free. There was no date of expiration on the sign. I asked if he would honor the price since the sign is clearly advertising buy one get free. He completely refused, stating that the computer would not let him do that. This goes against basic ethical business practices. I cant think of a single other store that will not honor a price or deal that they are advertising. I should have learned my lesson when this location ordered the wrong intake manifold gasket for my Mazda a few years ago. I ended up going to NAPA down the street for the correct part. Theres many other auto part choices in this area (Advance, OReilly, and NAPA) that I will use going forward. Mixing up a part is one thing but blatant false advertising is inexcusable.

I use to like coming here but they dont seem as helpful and friendly as they use to be.Something that isnt their fault is...its not as easy to get into the lot unless you are driving West bound. If your in the East bound lane then you will have to turn around somewhere and come back most of the time just due to the traffic.

Friendliness of staff has its ups and downs. Sometimes I walk in there and I feel like Im an inconvenience more than anything. Store is labeled well which makes it easy to shop.

I came in to get a bulb for my brake light and I was a little frustrated because I had just gotten pulled over for it and I couldnt find my card...anyway the gentleman that helped me was awesome...he told me to take my time and he was very patient. I managed to scrape up a few dollars but didnt have enough and he was kind enough to help me out with that. And even after helping me with my money issues he still help me put in my bulb! Even though the store is not close to my house I would probably come here from now on.Thank you!
