I love the food here!! the turkey bacon avo is bomb!! the service is always nice and friendly and quick! never a bad place to stop!! just difficult to navigate the parking lot when busy! lol

Great bagels and great cream cheese. I got their pretzel bagel and it was very good. I feel like these bagels and bagels sandwiches leave me feeling more refreshed and healthy than other bagels places like B&B bagels of Columbia while still managing to taste just as good. I would recommend to all and I will be returning for more bagels.

While I got quick service and was in and out. I was left lacking when I got home. My toasted bagels were burnt. I dont mean overly toasted, they were burnt. I didnt have time to go back as I had to go to work. I think that it was too crazy in the store high school kids everywhere, and the fire alarm even went off at one point. My wife and I have never had a problem before. Hopefully it is a one time flux.

Service is great, coffee is hot and strong, and the food is divine. Its a perfect solution to a busy morning.

Total joke. Ordered a sandwich and a drink stood there by the counter for 20 min in an mostly empty store waiting for a sandwich. The manager had time to clean off a counter I was waiting by but no time to ask me why Ive been standing there for 20 minutes waiting.. No apology given they lost the order. It happens was her only response. Manager had no name tag on. Its amazing folks like these believe the deserve $15 an hour.

Okay bagels. Okay cream cheese. Kind of pricey on the tubs. Employees are really nice.

The people are great. The bagel and lox are fire. They really need to open the front door from the outside. And maybe set out some tables inside for chilling.

Wasnt really impressed with the texas brisket. The flavor was good but not much to it. From what the picture looked like to what I actually got was depressing. Dont call it epic sandwiches when it looks like something someone dropped out of a McDonalds drive thru window. Giving it four stars because this is my first time having Einsteins so hoping it was just bad luck. Will give them another try but might just stick with the bagels.

Here at least once a week no place to get a better bagel from an amazing crew of people! Every fri gets off to a great start thanks to them and their next level coffee.

The line was nearly out the door when I arrived Sunday morning, but it moved so fast because the staff was “all hands on deck” and moved everyone through so quickly. I was maybe in line for 3-5 minutes. That’s awesome!It was my first time at Einstein’s and the staff was so helpful withy questions and helping me decide what to get.I saw a $1 retailmenot coupon for Einstein’s and when the cashier couldn’t figure out how to use it or knew of any active coupons, the manager was eager to honor it anyways.There is plenty of outdoor seating and a dog bowl with fresh water for our furry friends!I think because everyone was so busy at the line, the dining area was a little untidy, emphasis on a little. I think it’s pretty understandable for a roaring busy breakfast place to be not perfect on a Sunday morning. Just a few crumbs on the tables and floor, but garbage was well maintained and the drink areas were clean. As I was leaving it slowed down and someone came out to clean, so they were right on top of it!

Staff is super friendly! Can be a little pricey but pretty worth it since it’s delicious. My adivce is to join their rewards programs and check in with your phone number for every visit. You rack up points that way and get rewards: I’ve gotten a few like $5 off your order or a free bagel. It’s worth it, my fave breakfast place recently.

A twenty something took our order for everything bagel with smoked salmon lox for each of us. A somewhat younger individual was to prepare our order, hence sir I am sorry but we are out of lox. Not a problem how about a ham and cheese, ok not a problem, sir I am sorry we are out of ham. Finally got the pizza. Got a big smile when I said the older guys take the orders and send you out for the abuse. Service with a smile and he got a substantial gift as I do not tip.

Simple and reliable! You can count on consistent food and good coffee! The menu changes a little here and there to keep it new. Its a great place for your daily coffee whether you have it with a friends or just a newspaper.

This was my first experience with Einstein Brothers Bagels. It was an extremely positive experience. I had the avacodo, bacon, and egg bagel. So savory, so yummy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I plan on going back.

Friendly staff. But this was my first time to an Einstein Bros bagel place and they forgot to put bacon on my bacon egg & cheese sandwich( to go order). So the sandwich was pretty bland, no seasoning on egg, mild cheddar. I got it on the Plain bagel, which I will say, the bagels seem to be good. But overall, I would not recommend or return.

I quite enjoy Einsteins. The bagel selection is great. Breakfast sandwiches are even better.I dont know what it is with Einsteins, though. Just like the now closed Clayton/Woods Mill location, this place needs a DEEP CLEAN.

I used to love Einstein’s but it has gone downhill. The coffee and food is delish, but the actual space needs serious improvements. It is outdated, not cozy like it’s competitors and the WiFi works only intermittently. If you want to grab coffee and go, this place is great. If you want the experience I recommend going elsewhere.

Our go to bagel place in the area. Not the perfect NYC bagel but much better than the bread style bagels at Panera

Very rude employees!! Saw me come in and of course did not even acknowledge me and continued talking to the previous customer. I will no longer bring my services to this place. Please refresh your employees on proper customer etiquette!!

Good food

This place is very popular, if you dont like to wait and dont have patience dont visit this store, but the crew that works there are phenomenal, its like theyve worked together forever, and it shows, their regular customers love them. The sandwiches are great, pastries are wonderful, and the coffee is out of this world.

Love their breakfast sandwiches and its the only place around Ive found that carries garlic bagels. Prices are decent for a coffee house and staff is friendly. No place is perfect but if they mess something up they take care of it.

Im a regular, get a bagel sandwich fix after my am swim at Golds nextdoor. The food is always fresh and they dont skimp. The staff is friendly and says hello using my name. The manager has been there awhile and runs it well.

The everything bagel is amazing with strawberry cream cheese.

They consistently do not open on time. I am sitting outside the store right now, almost 30 minutes after the sign says they are open, and there are three employees standing behind the counter doing nothing.

Very poor quality bagels. My bagel had unrecognizable particles on it, when I tried to remove it there was some kind of brown residue left. Needless, to say I did not eat it. The two male employees showed a lack of care. I may be the first to never return, but I will not be the last. Employees should show better care. Apathy opposes quality. Thanks for a disgusting morning.

They were unbelievably slow. There seemed to be plenty of people working yet they could not get food out in a timely manner. There was a long line waiting for food and an equally long line waiting to order. The employees would not acknowledge any of the guests waiting. I was one of seven people that walked out due to an unnecessarily long wait. Ive been to really great Einstein Bagels before, but this is not one of them.

Everytime we come they are out of everything bagels. Mine the orders for data and learn how to have what people want. Variety is great but not at the expense of having what the people want. Also, $3.99 for a 11.5oz orange juice. That would be the same as schnucks selling a 59oz bottle for $20. Get your act together

I know the bagels are great and extra moist, but I only have three stars because the coffee was sub-par. In fact, another patron was saying the exact same thing as he walked out with his coffee and sat down next to us. Too bad.

Very disappointing experience. Very little focus on cleanliness, customer service and food quality. There was a bread cart that was squeaking so loud that I couldnt hear the cashier. The sandwich I ordered lacked a couple of the advertised ingredients and was burned. Thats my first and last visit.

Great place to have a meeting over a cup of coffee. I LOVE how you can get a cup and refill it while you visit.

Slow service, didnt bother to refill coffee when it ran out, tables dirty, grunts and silence from employee (manager?) when I thanked him for bagel. No wonder these are failing. At least the bagel was decent, or one star would have been given. A chain in decline.

Start with the positive: Their bagels are better than Panera. They do seem to provide excellent customer service to their REGULAR customers.Negative: We pre-ordered for pick up the next morning. When I arrived the gal who seemed like she was in charge had no knowledge of order. She went in back and then came back out and realized the bagels were already packaged on counter. Our order included two Joe to go (coffee). OMG the gal who was in charge was the only one that knew how to fill the containers. She had to help at counter while trying to make the coffee. I spent over 20 minutes waiting for the order which was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Had to ask 3 times for receipt.

Ordered 1 bakers dozen asiago begals over the phone, got my 13. Also ordered 1 bakers dozen 6 cheese begals. When I got home found out I received 11 begals. Count them before you leave the store. I live 40 miles away and will not drive back for 2 bagels but be sure I will count them next time, Especially when charged extra for a gourmet begal.
