Everyone we worked with was very helpful and we got our bed within a week of ordering it.

Dana was OUTSTANDING!!! This was our first stop and then we went to 3 other stores. The other stops had NOTHING on Dana and this store. She was so educated and was able to help us to find the perfect combination for my husband and I who prefer different levels of firmness in our bed. I highly recommend stopping in if you are shopping for a new mattress.

We made a purchase for a mattress. We had been in earlier to try out/lay on some mattresses. Once we decided, we went back in to make our purchase. The sales associate had to order the mattress because it wasnt currently in stock. The process was friendly, quick, and the associate listened to all our needs and accommodated us with options and choice throughout the shopping process. We bought another mattress from this store about one month prior. I would buy from this store again the next time I need another mattress.

Just received my delivery from Mattress Firm, Izebe and Covan did the delivery. They did an excellent job! My husband is just recovering from surgery and they were extremely kind and efficient. They wouldn’t let him move a thing. They are professionals....fast, knowledgeable and, most important, considerate! We give them 5 stars each!

We were greeted immediately and didn’t wait long for someone to help us. Dana was really helpful in steering us toward the right direction in what kind of bed to look for in our budget. Nowadays, we don’t usually bring our three boys out shopping, but with certain things like buying a bed where my husband and I had to be there, it couldn’t be avoided. She was friendly and included them in our conversation and let them test out beds, which was really quite welcoming considering our boys are very excited to finally have some freedom away from the house. She didn’t try to pressure us in buying a bed right away, even though there was an amazing sale going on. We left to look at other shops, but eventually made our way back to Mattress Firm. The first mattress we purchased was uneven and had to be replaced. I would not return there to buy a mattress again.

Salesman was very helpful, not pushing us toward any particular mattress. He just gave us info on the different ones so we could make an informed decision on the mattress we wanted!!

I received this bed ordered a plush but sent a firm. Called Immediately to let them know I want to plush not the firm. When I talk to the salesman he said the firm was on the receipt. ( CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE) He told me to try the bed and if I didn’t like it I can return it but it would be a 20% restock fee . And a 99$ fee to have it delivered. He said that the mattress would get softer as I used it. So I said OK. Three weeks later I called him and told him the bed was too firm. And again he said that I had 90 days to decide whether I liked it or not so I said to him do I have to lay on this bed for 90 days before I can return it and he said yes. So now the last 3 months I’ve been sleeping on the most UNCOMFORTABLE MATRESS in my life. I’m a nurse In these times of COVID and sleep at this point is the most important relaxation I can get!! I NEED MY SLEEP...!!! Well today is close to the 90 days and will be calling them to see what they can do now. I will let you know when this is resolved.

I cant recommend this store highly enough! I have bought several mattresses from them and always been very satisfied with both the product and price. Recently, I purchased a mattress and box spring set for our guest bedroom. Mike Hart, the store manager, helped me select a great mattress at a price that I was very happy with. The delivery and setup went off without a hitch. Several days after receiving the set I realized that, due to the height of the mattress, the quilt that I had planned to use on it would not completely cover the sides of the mattress (my bad for not measuring first). I went back to the store and spoke to Mike about my dilemma. I needed a lower profile mattress that would be as comfortable as the first one and without a lot of extra cost. He understood and was able to find a comparable mattress which the store will switch out for only a small restocking fee (per the contract). No hassle!! I am relieved and very thankful that Mike was able to help me out both times.

STARTED THE DAY STOPPING AT A COUPLE MATTRESS STORES ALONG MANCHESTER RD AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT NO ONE WANTED TO GIVE ME A DEAL, SAID THE MANUFACTURE NEVER GIVES DISCOUNTS. WHEN WE GOT TO MATTRESS FIRM AND MIKE HART NOT ONLY GAVE US A GREAT DEAL BUT WAS REALLY PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE.

Do not do business with this store...kenny is the manager. he will give you his cell phone number when he wants to sell you a mattress but when it comes to honoring there returns he will not call you back. very shady business practices. they will not all be consistent on what the return policy is. i ended up buying 2 mattress from ashley on manchester and they were excellent.

Mike helped us find the perfect for us - he went into depth about the technologies and materials in the bed and asked us questions to help decide which bed was right for us. Bought a mattress from Ellisville Mattress Firm. Mattress was delivered in an unmarked box truck. The drivers did not have uniforms nor ID. I did not feel at ease. It would have been thoughtful if the Mattress Firm employee had informed me of their delivery service and what to expect. Every day the local news shares multiple robberies, shootings, etc which have occurred in st. Louis. This was not acceptable to me.

My fiancé and I were shopping for a new mattress a couple weeks ago, and Mattress Firm was the second and last place we looked. We worked with Mike, and he really helped us find the mattress we were looking for! He was very honest and professional with us, and did not want us leaving without purchasing a mattress at a good deal. Although, there was a slight hiccup when we decided to go pick up our mattress the day after purchasing it, instead of waiting a couple days to have it delivered. We went to Mattress Firms warehouse to pick up our mattress and when we arrived home, the mattress we were sent home with was not our mattress. We called Mike and he let us know that our mattress could still be delivered to us the day it was supposed to be, or we could sleep on the mattress we were given and see if we liked it better than the one we purchased. We decided to sleep on it for a couple nights, and ended up not liking it. So Mike had our mattress sent to us a few days later. Since we picked up the mattress (even though is was not our mattress) at the warehouse, we were not charged the delivery fee. And when they brought our actual mattress to us, Mike made sure a delivery fee would not be charged since the warehouse mixed up our mattress. Mike definitely made sure that we were taken care of, even though he was not at fault of the situation. We love the mattress we purchased! If we end up needing another mattress, we would definitely go back to Mattress Firm and work with Mike. As well as recommend him to our family and friends!

I told her I needed to buy a new bed due to their return policy. She had a fowl attitude, so... I told her I was going else where to buy. I drove maybe 5 miles up the street to the Mattress Firm in Ellisville, MO and was helped by the store manger Michael Hart, not only was he knowledgeable, but he had a real concern about my all around sleep experience. You could tell he cares a great deal about his guests/clients happiness.
