I had an amazing experience at Blossoms! The staff, especially Anna, were wonderful to work with and just made shopping for my graduation dress as stress-free and laid back as possible!

The women at Blossoms are so extremely helpful! I never had a problem booking an appointment. I did not get my wedding dress here but we did purchase the bridesmaids dresses from them and they looked amazing, were delivered quickly and were altered even quicker. And the prices were so reasonable! The were not pushy at all and it was a very laid back experience which I am personally a huge fan of!Now let me take a minute to tell you how much of a miracle worker Ana the alterations lady is! She is amazing!! Not only did the bridesmaid dresses look absolutely perfect on all four of my very differently shaped bridesmaids but I felt so sexy and my dress fit perfectly! The place I bought my dress did 1 round of alterations and then said they couldnt do anymore because it would mess up the sleeves (I personally think they were just too busy and didnt want to make any more changes) but the dress still needed at least a half inch on each side taken in. So I took my dress to Ana and it fit like a glove when she was done and it didnt mess up the sleeves at all!! And I know it wasnt an easy dress to alter because it was two layers of lace before you got to the actual dress. She wasnt happy until I was happy! I could tell she truly cared and I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Blossoms to anyone in the market for a beautiful, perfect fitting dress!!

I got my wedding dress at Blossoms Bridal for my wedding this past May and was very happy with the results. I had visited 6 or 7 stores before trying Blossoms and the staff was so nice and pleasant and happy to help. My dress turned out absolutely perfect and the alterations made my dress fit like a glove. Those appointments were my favorite, their seamstress is so kind and sweet and made me feel like the most beautiful bride shes ever seen. I recommend Blossoms Bridal and their alterations.

Cindy and her team were very helpful and accommodating during the alteration process as well. My dress fit perfectly! I had the absolute best experience at Blossoms Bridal! Kristen was my bridal consultant and she was so sweet and helpful, and I fell in love with the first dress that I tried on (oh and did I mention it was on clearance for almost $800 off!!)! The only problem with the dress was that it was discontinued, and was a size 16 (I am a size 1). Kristen assured me that they have the best seamstress in the world who could make this dress fit like a glove. Anna, the seamstress, did an AMAZING job making the dress fit me PERFECTLY! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures so you could see her work. You honestly would never know that my dress previously could have fit 3 of me in there. Anna, Cindy, Kristen and all of the other girls at Blossoms have been SO wonderful to work with in every way! Not only are their dresses and tailoring exceptional, but their prices are very reasonable. I can guarantee that you wont find a high quality dress and experience for this low of a price anywhere else. If you are looking for designer dresses at a great price and a truly magical seamstress, you need to go to Blossoms!

We had an all around outstanding experience at Blossoms starting with the bridal consultant who actually listened to what my daughter wanted instead of telling her what she thought would look good on her like some other bridal shops we visited. We purchased a Allure gown and had the seamstress Anna do all the alterations, she is outstanding...she completely listened to exactly what my daughter envisioned and did everything in her power to make it happen. Every time we have gone in there the entire staff has been friendly and accommodating. Thank you to the staff at Blossoms for making my daughters bridal experience a great one!

About a week and a half before my sisters wedding, I realized my bridesmaid gown didnt fit anymore after I lost a few pounds, and the hem seemed a little challenging for me to do by myself. My mom and sister reccommended Blossoms Bridal, and Im sure happy they did! Everyone is so sweet there, and I cant say enough good things about the seamstress Anna! She was very nice at the initial fitting, pinned my dress in no time and I was out the door. My dress was finished earlier than expected so I went to try it on. I had come down with pneumonia the day after my initial fitting, so my ribs were sore from coughing, and the dress felt a little uncomfortable on the sides. Anna was more than happy to take it back out again so it was more comfortable for me, and once again, she had it finished early so I would have plenty of time before the wedding. Today, I feel much better health-wise and my dress fits PERFECT! Anna did a fantastic job. The seams are neatly sewn, and it is hard to even tell the dress was altered. The length couldnt be more perfect, and the sides are comfortable! Blossoms Bridal is friendly, professional, timely, and great at what they do. Thank you so much to Anna and the rest of the team!

I would highly recommend Blossoms Bridal. They made buying my wedding dress fun and stress-free. I worked with Ashely and Cindy and they were both really helpful. I needed some custom things and a special size and they really bent over backwards to get me what I needed. Im so excited for the dress to come in! They also had a good variety of dresses under $1000. Great experience, great customer service. For a bride on a budget, this should be your first stop!

I absolutely LOVE Blossoms! From the first day I went to look for dresses and all my fittings they have been so helpful! They had a great assortment of dresses and the staff was very friendly. I love my dress and couldnt have asked the process to have been any easier.

The personal service at Blossoms is excellent. I was made to feel special even though I am a second-time bride and purchased a sale dress. The staff is friendly and the selection is good. I have found the chain stores use cheap fabric and skimped on details while the boutique salons seem to mark-up prices. Though there are a variety of dress styles, you can tell the garments are well-made. There is no pressure to purchase unnecessary items such as hoops, slips and foundation garments and there is a nice assortment of embellishments including veils, shoes and accessories.

I had an excellent experience with Blossoms Bridal! They were always very accommodating to my schedule and helpful with their suggestions. The alterations went very smoothly and I am pleased to walk down the aisle in my gorgeous dress in 25 days. I highly recommend this shop!

I am so thankful I went to Blossoms Bridal for my wedding dress. I am getting married on the beach next month and they had the perfect dress waiting for me. My sisters bridal gown and our bridesmaid dresses were very intricate lace, and she fit us perfectly! We also had a maid who lost a lot of weight, and Ana had her dress ready within the week. I had a wonderful experience working with Cindy at Blossoms Bridal. She and her team made sure that my alterations went perfectly, even flying in and out from DC to get them done, which added a higher degree of difficulty to finishing my alterations.Cindy was very accommodating to me being a long distance bride. I feel very fortunate that I found this shop, and it was so convenient to my moms house.She shop had a an excellent selection, even of destination dresses. I assumed that smaller shops might have less of a selection than Davids bridal, but I was wrong. They had an excellent selection, and I loved my experience.

She knows what type of dresses look on what body types and they truly listen to what you want. My consultant Lauren literally found me a dress I didnt even consider and it ended up being THE ONE!!! She listened and knew exactly what I wanted before even I did. No rush. No pressure. Everyone was so nice and professional.

I am terrible at making decisions and the staff had a lot of patience and advice to help me along the way. So....if you purchase a wedding dress and they rip a hole in it with their dress bag they will tell you that they can fix it for free. How nice of them. They are extremely rude. Will never shop here again. You would think that you would get better customer service spending thousands of dollars on a dress. They also will not include a bag with your wedding dress and you have to make sure they dont drag the dress on the concrete on the way to the car. We will make sure everyone knows about their customer service.What a disappointment.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with Blossoms Bridal. I got my dress and had me bridesmaids and groomsmen order their dresses and tuxes through Blossoms Bridal as well. The day of my wedding the bridesmaids all put their dresses on and the hem was falling out on every one of them. We called Blossoms to have a seamstress come and fix them but they said they would be unable to because it was the dress manufacturers fault. While I understand that to a degree, it is not right that my bridesmaids spent $150 on a dress that was manufactured incorrectly and that the vendor will not make right.

I had a great experience shopping and purchasing at Blossom Bridal. I purchsed a beautiful wedding gown and got a lot good compliments on our wedding day. The staff there are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to others!

The best bridal gown selection around! I worked mostly with Cindy, she was personable and very competent at what she does. I liked almost every dress I tried on so it was a tough decision, that being said I never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision. Both Cindy & Melinda were patient and offered great advice and true opinions. My dress came in sooner than I had expected and I cant wait to wear my MoriLee!

I went to Blossoms a few days ago and had a great experience finding stunning styles that work well for me. My consultants name was Ashley, she and the owner took very little time to find what would probably work for me, and pulled a handful of dresses for me to try. A couple of them turned out to look great on me. They were friendly, efficient, polite, and did not pressure me to order right on the spot. The two gowns that I liked were about $1000 and $1600. I dont know if they carry other price ranges, but were impressed with their selection and ability to help me find my style. Thanks! :-)

Blossoms was amazing. After my daughter, her maids of honor and bridesmaid and I went to other bridal stores and were treated rudely, crammed into a tiny dressing rooms with lots of other people having the same reservation time - Blossoms was like an oasis. Quiet, CLEAN, friendly and not pushy at all. Other stores told my daughter she would never have enough time to order a dress if the wedding was in October - they said there would be an automatic rush charge - in early May!! Not at Blossoms. They said there were lots of designers to choose from that could be ordered and arrive in plenty of time. Wonderful, knowledgable, kind - my daughter found a dress that looked as if it was made for her. Perfect!!

Loved our visit here. no-pressure environment, supporting local economy, and super-sweet staff. ended up surprised but happy that i said yes to the dress!

If they have a sale on their dresses it is a great place to go. Otherwise, unless your budget is $900 or higher, dont go here. Their staff is nice and friendly, but not super helpful if you are on a budget.

The staff at Blossoms were great. They really give you that personal time to get exactly what you are looking for. They are sweet and ready to help with whatever you need. My dress is amazing and she helped me find the perfect one. They also match any competition and I received $170 credit towards accessories. I got a free vial and I am going back to get a matching garter. It is a small spot which gives it that nice personal touch. I recommend shopping at Blossoms for your perfect dress. I would not recommend Blossoms Bridal to anyone after my experience there. I originally made my appointment to look at wedding dresses, but after finding my dress at a different shop the day before, I called Blossoms to see if I could look at bridesmaids dresses during my appointment instead. Despite the fact that they told me over the phone that it would not be a problem to do this, my consultant was extremely rude towards both me and my party. Although there was only one other bride in the shop and my appointment was 1 hour and 30 minutes long, my consultant Kristin found it necessary to remind me at least every 15 minutes that I would have to hurry because they were about to get very busy. These reminders began almost the minute I walked in the door and continued until the time I left. It was almost comical how often she told me that they were about to have a big rush and I would have to hurry if I wanted to have a fitting room to try on the 5 dresses we had pulled. When I left at the end of my appointment, there was only one other bride in the whole store. There were also 2 consultants who had no customers and were just sitting at the front desk. Not much of a rush by my standards... The sample bridesmaids dresses were also in extremely poor condition with rips and tears. Overall, Im extremely glad I found my wedding dress elsewhere.

My experience at Blossoms was awesome! I loved my consultants Bae and Melanie and Cindy was such a great help as well. I was so torn between 2 dresses and they were patient while I kept trying each on. The were attentive, helpful, fun, and just great to have helping me with my dress. I called ahead to make sure they had a few dress in a size close to mine to try on and in the designer I wanted I am a plus size bride they said oh yeah we have plenty !! Drive an hour to the shop with my mother that is in from out of town 12 hours away to help while on her vacation. complete waste of very precious time. they had like 2 dress from the designer I specifically asked about which is known for their plus size gowns and the two dresses werent even plus size !!! What !!! Then fine we are here lets try something they had zero dress I could try on nothing bigger than a 18 which is the whole reason I called a head its hard to find ! The chick I guess running the store because that was the only one there was beyond stupid and the only input or service she offers was pulling a dress out from the rack that looked like a extra cheap thrift store stereotypical fat girl dress you know the one that makes everyone think oh ugly plus size bride. My time was wasted my feelings were hurt I hated the way I was treat in the shop this was the worst experience but thats ok the Wedding gallery in St. Charles took extremely good care of me !!!

When it came to my wedding the one thing I wasnt going to compromise on was the dress- and Blossoms was the perfect store. They carry a wide range of styles that fit the personality and shape of almost every bride. The owner, Cindy, also does alterations- she knows the dresses not just from a sales perspective but will also know how to get the best fit out of your dress. I visited at least three different bridal shops during the search for the perfect bridal gown. Not only did Blossoms have the best selection out of all the stores, I found a sample Mori Lee dress for less than $700. Another bridal shop I visited sent me to a dingy part of the store if you were interested in a dress under $2,000 (and they barely had any in that price range)! The store also has great hours, it is definitely not a small boutique that only operates a few hours a week like some other stores I visited.I received excellent customer service every time I went into to try the dress on and get it fitted and the seamstress (Anna) is great! She truly cares how you look and listens to what you want. They are also very accommodating and upfront about costs, which is greatly appreciated. All around, buying my dress from Blossoms was a great experience and I definitely recommend it.

I have nothing good to say about this Bridal shop. I sent in my measurements for a bridesmaid dress back at the beginning of this year. When I went into the shop to pick up the dress, the store manager Cindy was at the front of the store in an argument with a mother of the bride who she had spoken with on the phone the day before. Apparently the mother was told by Cindy the dress would be half off because it was a discontinued dress. When the mother got there to pay for the dress she was trying to charge her full price. The way she spoke to the mother was extremely condescending, and to argue with her in front of other customers was very unprofessional. It took about 15 minutes for someone to assist me. An associate finally went into the back to grab my dress only to make a pit stop at a bride trying on a dress to chit chat while I waited some more. Finally the other associate at the desk saw me waiting and went to go check on her. After about 30 minutes from the time I entered the store, I finally got to try my dress on, in a dressing room with no mirrors. Size 16 fit perfect, even after they told me I needed a size 18. I’ve been in 2 other weddings this year in a 16 so I think I know my correct size. So granted my first impression was not good.My dress sat in my closet until the wedding. The day of the wedding I went to zip up the dress and the zipper wouldn’t budge past the fabric on the waist belt. I took the dress off, still wouldn’t budge. We tried candlewax and everything else the internet told us and nothing worked, under the zipper finally broke. I had to be sewn into my dress an hour before the wedding. After speaking with Cindy and the owner Jason, they would not refund me a dime, said they have never given a refund period.Every single bridesmaid in our wedding party had nothing but a horrible experience with this shop. Cindy had told 2 of the other girls because they were “blessed on top” they needed a size 20 dress. They had to pay an extra 20 bucks for a “plus size” dress then another $120 to have it altered because it was the wrong size. I’m pretty sure they just suggest bigger sizes to have you spend the extra money to have their seamstress alter it.So I would avoid Blossoms Bridal at all cost!!!!

I loved working with Blossoms Bridal. I have been in and out of there for about a year, and Cindy and her staff definitely went above and beyond to help me out. She worked with me with making payment plans, even though it took me longer than normal. The only issue I have with the place is that their alterations are super overpriced. Which, no biggie, my fiances grandmother does alterations. My advice to future brides/bridesmaids: definitely do your research if you need alterations; dont just do it there because of convenience. Other than that, Cindy and her staff are wonderful!

I was originally very impressed with Blossoms for my Bridal dress - Ana was a wonderful seamstress for me. However, the headache came with our bridesmaid dresses. Blossoms promised us custom-made dresses that wouldnt need to be altered. Then 3 weeks before the wedding, they come in and are just standard 2s, 4s, 6s, and 8s. This cost us OVER $100 per dress to get altered. And the 6 was a mistake anyway - should have been a 0! But the manager only offered to pay for alterations for it and yelled at my mother on the phone, who was just trying to see if anything could be done about this. I was so worried that Blossoms would intentionally sabotage MY dress, that I had my mother pick it up early rather than keeping it in the store any longer! Looking back on this all, it would have been MUCH better to just get dresses from Nordstroms or Dillards if they had to get altered this much anyway. Geesh! Horrible management and poor communication.

The rudest people I have ever met. We walked in without an appointment as we had to many bridal stores that day. They basically said they had no time for us. They were actually talking about us right in front of us. We had a large wedding party to look for so they lost a lot of business.They are also MORE EXPENSIVE for the same dress as many other stores. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I have had the best exsperience at Blossoms Bridal purchasing my wedding dress!! I had been to 4 other shops and had not found the dress of my dreams!! lolI so I went to Blossoms Bridal and i had Gina helping me and she was fantastic!! They let my go and pick out what i wanted to try on and the funny thing is the first dress I tried on I feel in love with it!! So I keep trying on the rest but I went back to the first one Gina didnt mind at all she was so great! Thank you Gina and Blossoms Bridal!!!

I went in for my appointment today and drove over an hour for terrible service. I was excited to go after reading the reviews online. The lady at the front counter didnt help me at all besides telling me that there was a sample gown sale and nothing in their store could be ordered, which they didnt tell me over the phone. I had no consultant, the second she put my dress in a room she sat back down behind the counter. The lady didnt even bother helping me put the only dress that I was slightly interested in on. I also asked if they had any of the dresses on their website and she claimed she knew nothing about the website. What a waste of a day and gas to try on one dress and have terrible service. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.

Scheduled a fitting for bridesmaids. Had everyone show up only to have the dress sold off the rack. Couldnt be bothered to call and lets us know. Big inconvenience to everyone and a waste of everyones time. In general extremely rude. This shop is very disorganized, they still use paper to keep track of everything. Didnt even apologize just wanted us to sympathize with them. I understand that it sold but a phone call would have taken 5 minutes.

I have had a HORRIBLE experince with Blossoms Bridal. I went to try on the dress and there were at least 6 high schoolers working behind the counter. They had 4 books and the computer and still could not find the bridal parties information. After 45 minutes on of young ladies found the information. I had to wait after trying on the dress to get my measurements around 10 minutes. Once the dress was delivered they have limited seamstress hours. For the people out of town or non traditional work schedules this has been a challenge. They can ship you your dress for a fee. It has been a bad experince for each of the bridesmaids.

I dont even know where to start. This place caused so much stress the 9 months before my wedding leading up to 2 days before my wedding. I had looked at many different places for a dress. I did find some at other stores but really liked this one at Blossoms. If I would have known it was going to be hell from day 1, I defiantly would have went somewhere else. I decided to get the guys tuxes, bridesmaids and my dress all there since it would be easier. (Boy was I wrong) all the guys got fitted for their tuxes and the bridesmaids all went also. They made 2 of the guys come back (remind u this place is an hour drive one way) since they said when they measured the first time those measurements seemed wrong. We also had called 5 months before our wedding to add a dad to the tuxes list and when we called she said oh yeah those tuxes are in and ready for pickup. My now husband said how is that possible because not every guy has been in there yet and our wedding wasnt for another 5 months. Then when I went in to try my dress on a month and a half before the wedding I had them make sure they added that dad to the tuxes list and they didnt. When my brother went to get fitted he asked to see the color of the guys vest under the jackets and she said yea its this cypress color my sister not law was with him and she said ooooh I dont think that is right u might want to call the bride and check. Everytime someone went and got fitted I would get a call asking about the orders or they couldnt find our order and the list of the guys. They never knew what was going on. They also knew my daughter was a junior bridemaid and was 9. They ordered it in a size 14 in womens. The dress came in a month before the wedding and when I got there to try it on I looked at it and said that isnt a 14 in junior and they said oh wow thats defiantly not. Then they said well we dont know if we can get one in by the wedding now but we can alter it but it wont look like its suppose to since they would have to take 2 feet off the bottom and 5 inches on both sides of the dress. I said no u need to get the one I ordered in. The owner was able to get the correct one in a week and a half before the wedding. When we went to try it on she said for the troubles with that dress she would alter it at no cost to me. I had to pay the rest of that dress off and the other half of my dress. The owner said well with the troubles of your daughters junior bridemaid dress I will take care of steaming your dress. I looked at her and said wait a second your telling me u dont steam the brides dress before u give it to her and she said no its usually an extra $100. I said I cant believe a bride that brings over $3,000 to your store u charge to steam their dress on top of how much the dress cost and was never informed of that when ordering. I was told about the bussel and the pads in the bra area. The Wednesday before the wedding the guys went in to get their tuxes and try them on and 7 out of 10 all needed something reordered and one didnt even get shoes sent. To top it all off the $80 bussel job lasted 20 minutes at my reception. I had to have a family member miss some of my reception and run to the store and get safety pins to pin my bussel up. 2 out of 3 clips didnt stay on and so my train would have dragged all night. That just topped this place off and I would highly recommend staying away unless u want constant stress and headaches and to come out feeling like u paid more then u deserve after all the headaches and troubles.
