Great professional and customer service. After getting through the insurance process the remaining process was quite rewarding. I was instructed on every aspect of making sure the hearing process met my expectations and it did.

My first impression was that the safety protocols were being used, and that was very important to me. I was warmly greeted, and immediately taken to the patient room. The lack of volume for the left aid was diagnosed & fixed with explanation of problem. Hearing test showed diminished hearing & aids were adjusted for better hearing. Great visit.

Cari and Donna at Southwest are very caring, sweet and genuinely care about helping me so I can make the most of my new hearing aids. They are amazing and so are the hearing aids. Anyone thinking they might need help with their hearing should go there immediately. I went into the Southwest Hearing Center to have a routine hearing test. I failed the test. Cecil Clepp showed me several models of hearing aids and I picked the Audibel Start 1000 Wireless in the color of my hair. I came back each week for three weeks. The service was great and by the end of three weeks I was using the hearing aids with no problem at all.I can say the quality of the heaing aids is good and Cecil was great at showing me how to use the hearing aids and how to maintain them.I will have no problem refereing my family and friends to this center.
