Outstanding customer service! I was traveling through Bar Harbor on a cross country motorcycle trip when I developed a leak in my back tire. The staff in the service department at Friend & Friend were completely booked up for a month out but were kind enough to squeeze me in given that I needed to get back on the road. They went out of their way to accommodate me and did an excellent job of repairing the rear tire and even lubed my chain without me asking them. I would highly recommend them and if I lived here, they would be my first choice for a new bike.

Even though I didnt buy my RZR with them, they have been there for anything & everything Ive ever needed!

Its hard to praise a business that youre still under contract with. I bought 2 new yamaha atvs about 1 year ago at this dealership. The only real complaint i have, is a lack of stock. You hear alot of i can get that for you. Im happy with the service department. They are very prompt, polite, efficient. All the employees are very good to deal with, Ill continue to shop here.

Fair transaction and great folks to deal with. Like most dealerships, theres haggling involved and lemme get mgr, once you say [lets do this], they bend over backwards to you. Cant speak to service after the sale yet...

They were great they helped get a part which no one in Ellsworth had n were very pleasant.

I really like Friend and Friend. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Prices can be a bit on the high side as far as vehicles go; however, I have received some pretty good deals on parts. Definitely a worthwhile place if youre in the market for a bike or ATV

Excellent! I purchased a 2015 Polaris 900 Ranger eps with cab,heater,and windshield wiper and plow. I plowed my driveway with ease. It is very comfortable and quiet. The etire crew was very easy to do business with. If you are looking to buy a toy,go to the boys with the toys. You wont be disappointed.

When I pay top service rates, I expect quality mechanics, diagnostics, and customer service. I received none these. Wait time on repairs was over 3 weeks. I heard nothing after 2 weeks, when I contacted them they told me the mechanic had gotten ill....you pay high rates for inexperienced mechanics, without enough quality assurance/control.
