We had a new glass shower door installed. I cannot say enough about the whole process from start to finish. From helping me choose a door to the final installation…Will be using them when we do the new bath upstairs .

I worked with the Ellsworth location. I needed a couple panes of window glass for a camp repair. It was late in the day and the staff was out on repairs or occupied on existing projects but the office manager was so responsive and nice. She pledged they’d get them for me the next day but one of her colleagues was able to cut them before the end of the day. It was a big help.I wasnt a big order but Sunrise treated me like one. They provided quality, at a reasonable price and ahead of schedule. Quite impressed and will be thinking of them when the bigger projects come along.

Had a windshield put in at my home,they did an awsome job they were all done in 45 min. I have had work done there on several occasions over the years,I recommend them to anyone..

The woman who answers the phone made me feel very rushed. She has alot of energy and interrupted my husband while he was speaking. Im not sure if she meant to do it, or if she actually just genuinely thought she was being helpful. She just needs to slow down a bit and listen to the customers needs before speaking over them. A little training on her phone skills and they would have 5 stars from me.

Awesome experience had a crack in windshield in driver view size of a pinky nail didnt want it to spider up the rest of my windshield I thought they would put stuff in it to stop it from cracking didnt think they could take the crack away completely cant see where it existed awesome people and great work price was very good was done very quick thank you !!! I have used (and tried to use) Sunrise glass several times. They mis-measured and mis-ordered my kitchen windows which caused our job to take 6 weeks to complete. I should have learned. I then tried to use them to replace a windshield on my car. I scheduled service, they never showed up, never told me or the auto shop that they were not going to show up and then they called to charge me! Do not trust them. Do not use them. I have always tried to buy local but this is ridiculous.

Came today. To replace my car window, they did a Grate Job. Everyone at sunrise Glass was so nice. Will Always Go To Sunrise glass in the future.

Dropped off an outdoor table that needed replacement glass a week ago. Still no response.

Professional and friendly, no other words can describe my experiences with them. I have had work done on several occasions, service and price are unbeatable. I work at the local Home Depot and whenever Im asked a question about glass I always recommend that they go there first.

Lady came outside yelling at me cause they messed my windshield up and wont fix it. But that I was being childish and how great their ratings are with insurance companies. All I wanted was for them to fix my window correctly and they refused.
