An employee couldnt tell how to delete a subscription. Y have ppl in the store that dosent know hiw to use the devices they sell.

I’m putting this out there because people need to know just how much of a scam artist US Cellular is. So my friend started US Cellular with the $40 plan and that was fine until she decided she was gonna use her phones hot spot to run her tv. So they proceeded to tell her when she called that she was gonna have to up grade to the $55 unlimited plan but here’s the twist, she had to pay he regular plan amount of $40 just to be able to upgrade and pay another pretty much $60 again for the unlimited plan. Now here’s the thing if unlimited was really unlimited I wouldn’t be wasting my time leaving this review so long story short unlimited is not unlimited they never gave her the 2 gigs of data for the first $40 she payed and then after she paid the $55 on top of the $40 they only gave her 15 gigs of data as the “Unlimited Plan” and that was gone within couple days. I’m just saying don’t go with us cellular.

Great quick courteous service. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and ready to help you however you need. Greeted right when I walked in and escorted out with the employee holding the door for us. Great experience even for very simple visits.
