Some of these reviews are really bad and I almost didnt go here because of them. I have to say they were pretty great. I have never been to an eye doctor before and was a little nervous based on what other people said about this place. They were very professional and helpful. They called me immediately when my glasses came in. Overall it was a great experience.

Dr. Wich is the best and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend making Eyes P.A. your destination for all things eye related. They will take great care of you.

If you want your personal information sent to the wrong people, well this is the place. I am recieving a patients personal information through email! Did you know it only takes 4 items to steal a persons identity...I have all that but dont worry I wouldnt do that, but others will. So if you are up for a identity theft ride, this is the place to go!!!

I am not one for reviews of businesses, but I have to say something about my experience. I will be the first to admit that Im probably not the perfect customer. I recently went in for an exam, not knowing about any other eye doctors in the area seeing that I just moved here from out of state, I pretty much looked up a place close to me and took a shot. I am so glad that I chose this company! I experimented getting glasses without nose pieces that I have never worn before. The customer service was exceptional and the exam was very thorough, more thorough than any other exam Ive ever had. The girls on the floor that assisted me were amazing! Very friendly, very patient and very professional in the sense of being real people actor jobs maintaining a real personal relationship with their customers. So to go back to my original statement that I picked out glasses I was not familiar with and thought maybe it was time for a change. After a couple weeks of wearing them, Id decided that they were not going to work. Understanding they do not have a return policy, I spoke to a couple of the girls that helped me from the beginning, and they explained that the manager was out sick and not much could be done until she returned. They went above and beyond by keeping me in the loop and although I was very persistent in having something done, I was also very insensitive to the fact that the manager was sick and after reflecting, I regret my selfishness. I ended up getting a call today that my situation would be handled and they would fit me with glasses that would fit me and make me satisfied. I am blown away that they remained professional and extremely kind and helpful to resolve my problem and get me a new pair of glasses that I was happy with. As far as Im concerned they have my business and loyalty and my wife is also in need of glasses and contacts and there is no other choice than to go to them. I know customers can be very difficult, and I know I can be very difficult, for them to look past that and maintain a relationship as well as customer service says a lot for any business! Again, they go above and beyond to take care of their customers and I highly recommend them!

This is the most unprofessional, trashy and abusive eye doctors office I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ive been hung up on twice, Ive been lied to and Ive had my contacts held hostage after paying $80 for them. I have a -3.00 & -3.50 prescription that had supposedly been on back order and I would be CALLED as soon as they came in. I never received a call, a text, an email. So when I called today they finally admitted they were in but they close in 5 minutes. When I asked why I wasnt called as soon as my contacts were in, I was met with an abusive tone, told that she sent an email (I did not receive an email) at this point I have been driving around at night pretty much blind. If I had gotten ANY form of notification that my contacts were in, common sense can tell you I would have IMMEDIATELY picked them up. I spoke with Stacy who hung up on me when I simply asked why I wasnt called and Robin hung up on me when I called back and asked for a supervisor. I implore anyone looking for an eye doctor to NOT use this office. They have treated me like dirt since the first day I stepped foot in that office and they violated my HIPAA rights by announcing to the ENTIRE lobby that I was on Mainecare, in all I can think of, as an attempt to embarrass me. This is by far the most disgusting display of inappropriate and childish behavior I have ever seen.

I go there every time I need to renew my prescription for both my glasses and contact lenses. Great staff and friendly

Dr. Wich was a bit strange. Rude and seemed overwhelmed. One example is when I made the appt I said it was for glasses and contacts. After the dr pulled me into his room and started the tests, he was thrown off that I wanted contacts and wasn’t nice about it. The rest of the staff was good though.

Dr. Wich is one of the best eye doctors I have ever had! He takes the time to explain everything & answer all questions.

Im from Florida vacationing in Acadia National Park. I broke my glasses last night. Eyes PA personnel repaired them this morning; free of charge! Cant beat that!
