NOMADS do not send packages to this UPS. The person made it abundantly clear that this location was for locals only. They earned this one star due to a lack of compassion and good customer service. One day I had supreme help when I was there to ship a $60 package. And another day when I was there to pick up a $600 package I was yelled at and treated disrespectfully all in front of the local police officer. Who was so disturbed he asked if everything was okay. What really bothered me the most was just the lack of good customer service or understanding. As shared before they only accept UPS and FEDEX packages. This is the policy and needs to be and will be followed.As the clerk rudely described to me they are not a mail forwarding service and they are there to provide service to their local customers (as she gestured to the mailboxes in the room). Even though, I would be there when the package was delivered under no circumstances could she give me my package because it was delivered via USPS and not USP/FEDEX. It was their policy to hold all USPS packages and return them to the USPS facility to return to sender. Regardless of the fact if the person is on site and can pick up the package when it is delivered.Now this is okay. These are the rules and the policy of this company and it must be followed. Sending this warning out to all NOMADS.As I shared before, they earned this one star review for being absolutely insensitive, rude, and threatening to the point a police officer asked if everything was okay.

The long line was filled with people, each needing something different. Some were prepared, others were not. The staff was serving this crowd to the best of their ability. Be patient and come prepared and you will leave happy. These are critical times that are hard to deal with, show kindness and compassion for those that have showed up to serve you.

Worst experience ever. We travel full time in our camper and have to get packages sent to these stores depending on where we are. We had a very small part sent here which is very important as our water pump broke in our camper. This means accessing our water is not possible and we have had to rely on water bottles for drinking water, doing dishes, and providing for our dogs.The package was sent via Amazon and we were prompted it had been delivered. Upon arrival, what should have been a quick pick up turned into them telling us they did not except the package as it was sent via usps. Apparently we were supposed to know that was a thing. We’ve been on the road 3 years and have never had a problem like this at any other ups store. They didn’t even bother to call us to tell us they wouldn’t except it. They just sent it back to the upside down because there is no where to send it back. We could have come and grabbed it had they just called and said it was there. Unbelievable. We’ve got a lot of pull via our social media accounts and will be letting everyone know how inconsiderate this particular store was.Horrible business practice. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a great experience with shipping through this store. Rachel was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about exactly what I would need to send some of my items in the safest way possible.

I find these folks friendly and accommodating.There services are wide and varied.They have all our info in there computer therefore you only present it one time.There new location is dynamite.Much easier to exit on High Street.The facility is clean, neat, organized, orderly.

New location has an odd parking lot, not many spaces to park, but easier to get out of. Been there a lot this holiday season, and theyre usually really fast, so never have a huge wait time. The staff seem hit or miss, some are friendly, some have an attitude like using the service is an annoyance to them. Either way they get the job done quickly. I would have given 5stars if it werent for the sighs and eye rolling attitude I got for making basic prepaid returns last visit. Its actually causing me a bit of anxiety because I will be making several shipments in the coming days, and I have to use their service, but dont want to be treated in that manner. So...maybe 3 stars would be more appropriate?

Excellent place to ship packages! Clean, fast service, friendly staff. I had 5 holiday shipments and was out of there in no time!

The associate, Marion, at the Ellsworth UPS store was kind and professional. We opted to ship Early Next Day Air. She offered us the AARP discount and put on Fragile stickers. We appreciate her consideration.

Have had good experiences with them in person but it seems like they only have one phone line with no hold or wait option like any modern business. Pretty much unacceptable for any large company

I visit this location daily. They are always friendly and jovial, despite the downright rudeness I hear them deal with while I wait. Some of the people create thier own problems by either not reading, or by not listening, then get belligerent and rotten as if they arent even people. I am actively surprised at how they can have someone yelling at them about trying to ship guns one minute and then be so nice to me the next. Amazing people doing a great job. Ty ladies at the UPS store.

This store is great despite all the rude people that come in and want the clerk to create miracles or break the law. They have always been very pleasantTo me.

Went in to ship a shotgun barrel to my dad for his birthday. Was told it violates upss no weapons policy. Tried to explain it is just a part for an antique shotgun and ups ships guns all the time. The woman got rude and belligerent. Ill take my money elsewhere thank you.

Fast and the staff are very friendly. They package really well too.

I had a piece of paper to overnight- I told them to put it between two pieces of cardboard and in a ups overnight envelope. They overpack it in a large box and packing (paper weighed a half ounce now after their overpacking 3.5 lbs) running up the cost from $70 to $200. Stay away from this store-
