Glider City is top notch. I purchased my bike there about 2 months ago. Chad called to see how everything was. I couldnt be happier with this bike. Kawasaki Vulcan 650s. Took it in for its 600 mile check up. Walk in and got free merch. I ended up waiting so I looked around and ended up buying a helmet, cargo net and some gloves to. All reasonably priced. Sam chatted with me about bikes while I waited. She is super knowledgeable.

Glider City Powersports is a great place with friendly staff (Chad, Sam, Gab, Dan). Very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my Kymco 450 there, love it, especially in the winter for plowing. My daughter races quads during the summer and they are always helpful for what we need to get her race ready from apparel, to oil and filters. I would recommend Glider to anyone!

I have purchased three motorcycles from GCP. Chad and crew have always been very helpful, respectful and zero pressure. They have always done and excellent job when I needed motorcycle service. Chad has also helped me sell two of my bikes. Very fair indeed. Best motorcycle dealer in the area.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. They were eager to answer questions and look up anything they werent sure about. We bought a snowmobile helmet and added a heating component. Had to order the heater. Didnt mind waiting since its still summer!

In the past few years Ive bought a couple of motorcycles from Glider city and a couple more from two other dealers in the area. Hands down Glider City is my favorite shop and the one I call home. Chad has helped me sell used bikes, sold me new ones and always makes me feel at home. Samantha is always friendly and always is able to find me parts at a very reasonable price. And of course Dan is always able to keep my bikes running in tip top shape always going the extra mile and getting me in and out in a timely manner. Frankly they make you feel more like family than just another customer. I highly endorse them. You wont be disappointed.

Horrible selection horrible service thats why I went to Klinger Powersports in Walton New York because I showed up with $7,000 in cash to buy a bike and then some more and I was there for 45 minutes before I literally had to stop a kid and ask him if he worked there and he just said yeah and kept walking like another would you mind helping me and then he passed me off to this guy who wasnt buying anything just to find out they didnt even have what I wanted. I am surprised there in business.

Went in and bought a Ninja, had a good experience so my mother went in to buy a z400 and had a good experience, so my brother went in and bought a z400. Great place to buy a new bike.

I walked into the store after so long. Under new management, so there is new faces and they were knowledgeable and welcoming. Walked in needing a master link and air filter. And glad they had those parts in stock. Will be back soon for a new motorcycle.

We had a great experience with Glider City buying a new touring bike. The price was great, Chad was very accommodating, and Samantha went above and beyond her duties taking care of a warranty issue. We drove over two hours and will do it again for future business. Thank you Glider City!

I purchased an extended warranty on a Kymco uxv when I purchased it in which Glider City (yes that’s their name at the time of my purchase and still is presently) did not submit the paperwork and when I realized this would not compensate me for the cost of the warranty. Do not expect them to help you out or make things right with the customer. Do not buy an extended warranty from them. Very bad customer service.

I have never felt such at home, when I walk into the the dealership I am greeted by the amazing and helpful staff and the customer service was excellent and was priced perfect. Definitely recommend going to there for any Kawasaki or Yamaha or kymco needs and they works on all types of brands and machines👍.

Excellent service from everyone on the parts and service counter down to the mechanic. Called them with a panic need for new tires and they looked after in no time flat. Didnt gouge me on anything; in fact gave me good deals on the tires I was in desperate need of. All in all a great experience; thank you all.

Ordered parts and they were not correct so Ordered new parts and show up to pick up my parts and it was a Wednesday and told that nobody is available to assist me as the parts department is closed on Wednesday! I have already paid for these parts and ask if they have got a delivery and was told yes! Ask if they could just open up the boxes and give me my part. That was a no along with the customer behind me! Why would you close down a parts department in the middle of the week??? Never will deal with them again!

Kind service. Was able to get a new machine within a couple hours of walking in the door. This included financing and final inspection done by thier mechanic.

Fantastic experience and delivery to boot! I bought my 93-yr-old father a Kawasaki Mule. I called them to see if they had any in stock. On the phone Dave Acuto said, Wed like to earn your business. That got me to drive the 1-hour to see them. And they DID earn my business. He was patient while I studied the Mule to see if my father could get in and out of it, manage the shifter, etc. They offered a test drive of the Mule. Then they offered to deliver it to me, an hour away! The new owner, Jeff, dropped it off. To top that off they gave me a discount on all the accessories I bought. Great experience; great staff.

Brought my honda grom into the service department for a front and rear tire change. even though they sell Yamaha and Kawasaki, apparently they work on all brands. I made an appt and got them changed and an oil change. I can definitely tell a difference in the dealership since the new ownership. so much new inventory. while I was there I fell in love with a new 2020 Yamaha r6 as they rolled it onto the showroom floor.

Family owned and operated shop, run by a father and son team. Everyone is always courteous and professional, and they understand that decent service is the key to repeat customers. Bought my 13 z1000 from them about 1.5 years ago and havent regretted it once. Great shop.

They should give a map how to get in... Two big double glass doors. One has use other door the other has motor cycle parked across it. Big open sign next to it. Really makes you feel welcomed... Not

Most overpriced service Ive ever seen in my life. A NYS inspection that cost $6 and an oil change with filter that was about $25 for the oil and filter and charged $78 labor for a 20 minute job. Never again!! They think since they are the only game in town they can rape you on labor.

Shitty seriservice the only kawasaki dealership around and they wont even work on my 2005 kawasaki the Yamaha shop was more help than them at least they suggested a place that will work on it and for a hell of a lot cheaper than glider city
