Ive used Manchester Body Shop for all of my auto body needs. Every time Ive been there, the service and quality of work has been above and beyond! They are also very fast in getting estimates, work done, etc. I wouldnt take my car elsewhere. Highly recommend them!

Just stopping in for an estimate from a small fender bender. They were quick and professional and had the quote emailed by the time I returned to home base with the vehicle. Apparently the boss like the quote, as much as any would, and work has been started for the repairs. So far, it is looking very good!! Keep up the good work and unfortunately, we hope to do work with you in the future! LOL!!!

Horrible place to take your car the one lady I talked to was very nasty on the phone they said it would take two to three days but it took over a week to get my car done I had to miss a few days of work due to the time frame being off very displeased with how this went and I will never take my car back there again. Scott collision body shop on old Ithaca however is the best place they do an amazing job and gets done one the time they say my brother dropped his off and got it back with in the next day and amazing work done take your cars there

Service took twice as long as was scheduled. They threw away new and used parts I specifically requested saved. Charged my insurance for 3 items and paint that were NOT actually used in the repairs. Then the owner was very rude over the course of the service and often acted like he had no idea who I was even though my vehicle was a one-of-a-kind that he said he was personally overseeing the work on. Never will I use them again!

Made an appointment for an estimate and the guy left the office to go to another appointment. They took pictures of my damage and said they would email or call me but I have yet to hear anything from them. Its going on two weeks now.

If it wasn’t for the insurance company helping I think we would have been totally screwed. When owner was shown the inferior work he never even apologized for the inconvenience. Will never go back

Used double stick tape on my trunk insole to have it falling from the ceiling of my 2013 Lincoln mks. And the trunk deck is sitting way up in the air. Would not advise anyone to bring their expensive car there.

I was told it would take 20 minutes to drop my car off and do the paperwork. Took about 2. Receptionist was very friendly.Only downfall-no open wifi.
