As people are more and more flocking to the self checkouts, we need to remember there are still lanes with cashiers. I went to ones, I had, I believe 5 items. The cashier was great. She was nice and friendly. We had a chat about the shoes I was purchasing. Its nice to still be able to have that personal connection.

The cashier that helped us today was amazing and super friendly which was amazing. Also, my wifes family has always been convinced that Target prices are not competitive but we were able to purchase items at much better prices than competitors today. Thank you so much for being amazing!

Consumer Cellular gave me an appointment to switch out the SIM card on my 3G phone. However, the new one didnt work, and the old one then didnt work anymore either, and I was told that I had to wait for a new one in the mail, since they didnt have the model I was looking at in the store.I ended up making two calls at an hour each with Emily assisting me.Emily was very helpful and empathetic. None of this was her fault. In fact, she helped me calm down after I got really riled with CCs Customer Service (an unusual event after 10+ years with them) and needing to go out and take a walk.I will definitely give Emily 5 stars for her ability to understand my problem and willingness to help

Quick and easy, pick up went very easy and will do this again.

The employee who helped me was so kind

I just left the store. I went there for Johnsons baby oil, listerine sensitive mouth wash and underwear. They had none of these items...they said they were out of stock. The real issue is I went there 3 weeks ago for the same items and they were out of stock then, even stranger I went 3 weeks before that too, same issue. So in 6 weeks they apparently have not been able to restock the shelves. I guess if theres me, then there are others. How soon before they close? Sat in my car in their lot and ordered everything from Amazon...itll be here tomorrow! Terrible service all round.

I had amazing customer service from a guy working in the holiday section today. I was looking for an electrical item that was showing in stock online but was not on the shelf where the app said it would be. He pulled up the item number on his handheld and gladly ran out back to bring me what I was looking for. He was kind quick and effective! 2020 needs more people with his demeanor upbeat and happy to help. The guy impressed me enough to write this review. Most convoluted circle reward program ever. Even your own employees, who put in a valiant effort, could not achieve getting my 20% discount on coke products this time. Fake adds, circle adds, that never seem to work at check out, therefore ripping off the customer into paying full price!

We are a contractor for Targets lawn irrigation system. We completed work at the facility in Spring of 2020 and have not been paid. The store maintenance person, George Brown acknowledges and approved the work, but doesnt have the authority to pay.

Used the pharmacy and grabbed a few fast things. Workers were safe and kind and fast.

Your typical Target, but this one has a nice food option with a Pizza Hut Express at the front of the store. Long lines at the registers and few open registers takes away the 5th star

Its easy to get around here. I am starting to like the food section more the more often I spend time in the aisles. Good value for people who are on a budget across the board.

The pickup experience was quick and provided me with exactly what I ordered with no issues. The person that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful with the entire process. She should be commended for her professionalism.

Who doesn’t love target? The store in Big Flats is always clean, organized, and the staff is super helpful. I live in Horseheads and work in Ithaca so I have access to both stores and I always prefer the Big Flats location.

My cashier, Zachery, or possibly Zachary, was excellent. He took extra time to help an older couple who were confused about a purchase and was gracious and patient. He was professional and friendly to me, and really made shopping in these trying times better.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in for shoes and clothing in general, but unfortunately found all of the mens shoes shelves nearly empty, putting a slight damper there but otherwise all around a good store, staff and pricing.

Target doesnt care about mentally challenged individuals. My brother whom is mentally challenged needed laundry products. Your store had a sale that included a $10.00 gift card with the purchase of $35.00 in laundry products with a coupon that he needs to get from an app on a phone or computer. He is unable to do this as he has neither. I was told next time we wouldnt get the deal because of this.

Pick up is upfront and quick. Of course Im going to shop anyway but if I pickup first, I do not forget!!!And because of white out snow, I check site and was able to extend pickup a day. BUT I also got an alert email, your pickup is ready with the option to extend....HOW GREAT IS THAT!!!Thank you Target

The time limit for pick up is flexible.

The customer service by Ryan in the phone department was outstanding. I was transferring a phone to the Consumer Cellular carrier and Ryan took care of everything including working with Consumer Cellular, setting up the phone settings, and transferring the contacts. Before we left the store the number was ported over and the phone was working. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Some of the items in their own food brand, market pantry have been eliminated. Some have by replaced by owned brands that look like private labels, but are not and cost substantially more than Market Pantry.I end up having to go Walmart anyway, it no longer makes sense for me to shop at Target

I love target. The only downside to this one is that the dollar section is almost always picked over. I get it, its a popular section but every time I come in, its basically empty. Which seems strange to me when I have come during different days of the week. The employees are very nice. The store is almost always 100% clean. They could use more large size bras in the womens section.

Order was to be paid for with target credit because previous order was not available but money was taken out of my checking account and went to pick up order one item was not in stock and money for my order was removed from my account for full order when supposed to be on gift card

I was at your Ithaca store on Monday 12/9 at 3 pm and went to check out. Stood in line for 3 minutes and was told by your cashier that she was closing her line . Went to the only other line with a human being running the register and he told me he was also closing . My only choice was the self service check out. Unbelievable at this time of the year that I was put thru this .

I won a NABISCO Movie Night Party Pack from Ripple Street and Target! It was the best! I found great deals on tons of NABISCO products; Vibe gum, Sour Patch Kids, SWEEDISH FISH, Limited edition Oreos, Triscuits and Nutter Butters. Prices were wonderful! Store was bright, clean and easy to navigate. Thank you Target and NABISCO! You certainly have found a Loyal Customer in me!

I like being able to browse from home, make my selections, pay online, and then stop in the store at my convenience for pick-up.

They carry a wide variety of items. Many come in their brand which saves a few dollars. Some of their items are as good, if not better then major brands. I like that I can usually get in and out quickly

Whoever chose to have the pick up counter be at the register where you can also make purchases and returns is an utter moron. I could have shopped for the items I purchased and went to another register and been out of the store 10xs faster than what I experienced today. It was ridiculous, I wont use this service again. When Wal-Mart brings it right to the car with a smile and no hassle.

Easy in and out pickup

I ordered six cases of soda and a couple of smaller things. When I arrived, there was no signage in the store for pick up. I stood in line behind five other shoppers at a cashier line to inquire where to pick up my order. When I inquired, the cashier hadn’t a clue. She sent me to the returns desk where they were nearly as mystified. Finally someone seemed to know and came out from behind a wall with a plastic bag and two of the cases. The weight was too much and the bag ripped apart. She came back two more times with two more in cases each and somehow expected me to carry all three bags (ripped and all) out to my car. Why weren’t they loaded into a cart prior to my arrival?

Cashier didn’t make sure we had all of our items we purchased, we didn’t get three of our items we had paid for. When we couldn’t find them I called customer service in the store and someone named Josh said I will put you through to customer service so I wait and wait, then Josh comes on the phone and says customer service and I said didn’t you put me through to customer service and he says I am customer service. How unbelievable, wasting his time and mine. I tell him what had happened with my purchases and he says he has them right there. He takes required information for me to pick them up and tells me I have until the 28th at store close to pick them up, so that only gives me 2 days to drive 25 miles to get the items I already paid for. Customer service is very poor at this store.

While I love the Cat and Jack brand of clothing for my son, the childrens clothing area is always a disaster. If I am looking for something specific it is hit or miss. It is also very disappointing that we HAVE to use the self check outs that are crowded. If there is one person manning the self check out area maybe the people who were working the register could clean the store up?

This is my wifes favorite target for our paychecks. I think were in this store about twice a week. Good prices and good people make for a better experience. The small grocery section always has good prices too.

Not only is the selection amazing, but the prices are a great value, and the staff there is willing to help any and all guests who come in. The store is also very clean.
