The crew at quick stop have always treated me like a friend. Always friendly and helpful.if they dont have what you want, Frank will be happy to get it in for you.. weve been on a first name basis since the first week I went there..I try not to go anywhere else..

Been there 10 times now and still the same as every time. Ive met two staff members who work in the redemption center out back and they are very nice. Both left a very good first impression with me. However, the people Ive met in the store that cash the tickets for my bottles have not been pleasant by any means. Very short and rude in my opinion. They also wouldnt cash a $20 winning lottery ticket even after I put $40 in the machine before winning it. Id give 5 stars for the gentleman in the redemption center but 1 star for the store. The only reason I will go there is for bottles and cans because I live a couple miles away and I enjoy talking with the guys when theyre not busy. Keep up the good work guys! My wife Amanda told me to tell you the same!

Extremely poor customer service. A young lady with long hair working register was rude to everyone in line. Didnt respond to my greeting or my thanks. Also very whiny and off putting. It was painful to be checked out by her in line. If I could give no stars, I would.
