Stopped in on Weds. and looked around and walked out for no one approached me. Need to learn how to sell to stay in business would be my advice.

I DO NOT recommend buying furniture from this company. We purchased a power recliner November 11, 2018. We were told there was a 500 lb weight limit on this chair. In May 2019, we started having issues with the motor/electrical parts of the chair. They came out and switched the cord and the box on the chair. In June 2019, we were still having electrical issues with it. When the chair was being put up and down, the cords were being rubbed to the point that they started to split and when the copper wires touched the metal, it shot sparks all over. Thank goodness we were home and able to take care of it right away, it could have caused a house fire. Elmira Wholesale Furniture came out and fixed it the same month by replacing the cords and rigging the cords so they were not being spliced again when you put the chair up and down. In December 2019, the chairs frame started to fall apart. I sent them all of the information needed for the warranty to get the chair replaced. It was finally delivered the beginning of February 2020. By February 4th, the chair had already quit working and the wires were once again spliced. Elmira Wholesale Furniture sent a repair man out and he cut off a bunch of cords and we were told that they would order a replacement motor. We had called in June 2020 and the replacement still was not in. I called in November 2020, left a voice mail for a return phone call, with no reply. I had went to check their Facebook business account and to my surprise, they blocked me from being able to comment on things. Elmira Wholesale Furniture, you should expect to see me in person to get this issue resolved in the near future.

Electric couch had not worked called them many times no reply. I flipped over the couch to see what the problem was. Well broken electric cord that someone attempted to splice together with duct tapeUPDATE NOVEMBER 2020 still trying to get replaced they keep telling me its on the way been 7 months now.My advice is dont do any business with these people. Im currently talking to an attorney on this matter
