I had called a closer location and text and had no response until the day was over . I was pleasantly surprised the Elmont location had such great staff and that my order would arrive so quickly. I had to purchase a bed frame and mattress for my son for college and needed it ASAP! Mattress Firm located both items for me and gave me a great deal/price on everything. My son wouldn’t have a bed to sleep in if it wasn’t for the fast and efficient work of my sales person, Kim. She’s the best!

My experience shopping at Mattress Firm in Elmont NY was Phenomenal. Ms. Kathy, the sales representative greeted me with a mask on and maintained a 6ft distance while showing me various bed frames. In addition, hand sanitizer was available upon the completion of my transaction. Her precautions alone is 5+ stars during unprecedented times of Covid-19 fluctuating numbers of persons infected.
