I had to unfortunately use this place cause my insurance recommended them and the work was horrible. I thought since I waited a whole two weeks for it to be finished it would come back top notch but it didnt. The door wasnt aligned properly, my rear view passenger mirror feel off, its being held together by tape now. In addition Eric told my husband in June to bring the car in mid of July, we call and now hes on vacation. I cant go anywhere else because this is through insurance but definitely do not recommend them.

The owner is so welcoming and has always gave me the best price possible. My car looks good as new👍.

Eric does great work and is super friendly. He replaced my passenger side doors on my Nissan Kicks and they look brand new. He was very flexible with my schedule. His prices are very competitive. And the best part, he offered me a loaner car at no charge because a loaner wasn’t covered on my insurance plan. I was shocked! Over all, very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

Eric is a great guy! My car needed its bumper replaced and it was ready to be picked up in 5 hours. Quality is good and now my car looks good again. Also prices are incredibly reasonable. Any other place wouldve charged me an arm and a leg. 10/10 recommend! My co worker recommended me but I will now be sending everyone I know there for any body work.

He is personable and friendly and very calm, decreasing my stress. Every time his shop has done a fantastic job in a timely manner and he always gives the best price, he is a family man and really helps his customers. I am so thankful for all the help hes given me!

Highly recommend, after the accident that we were involved we brought our car here. The car looks awesome now, like new. Erick is really helpful makes you feel important as a customer Im so happy with the work they did on my car.

My car would not start Saturday afternoon. I remembered my mom used this shop nearby and I called HOPING they were still open. The phone was answered, I was told they are closed but asked what my problem was. I explained my car would not start and provided my car details. The man said he suspects my battery died and said he could come by and take a look and give me a jump. I was thrilled. In less than 30 minutes the man arrived at my home with a portable jump starter. The jump was successful and it was suggested I replace the battery. The man allowed me keep the portable jump starter in my car through the weekend (I was heading out with my son) in case the car needed a jump again. This in my opinion, was truly above and beyond stellar service. Not only did he come to help me out after hours, he let me keep a tool which would help me get by until a new battery could be put in my vehicle. This kind of friendly service is unheard of these days! THANK YOU, All Cars Auto Services!!

This is a awesome independently own shop and they have a passion when in their work and detail of making your vehicle look like new again. They are very honest and keep you updated on your repairs if other issues are found that your insurance advisor or adjusting didnt find. Most of these Franchise are in a rush and dont always have the best hired help. At All Car auto Inc they are the best in fender bender repair.

Con men and vultures “Dino” showed up immediately on the scene of my accident trying to help with a tow. I had AAA and should have waited the time it took to get them out there but I was blocking traffic and extremely shaken. Dino assured me he wouldn’t charge for the tow, and a day later after my insurance didn’t cover I’m stuck with this VERY substantial bill for service that wasn’t even necessary. Opportunists that prey on people when they’re in the worst spot and stressed. I hope they feel good about themselves.

I’ve reported this business to BBB for predatory and unfair business practices. Showed up on the scene of my accident offering free tow to their shop. No receipt, no disclosure of fees. These guys are looking to scam anyone they can. Beware. DO NOT relinquish your vehicle to them it will cost you dearly.

Eric’s shop is excellent. I have bought in multiple cars in with wracks. No problems after getting it fixed and he’s painter is amazing, looks almost like dealer painter job. He’ll tell you straight up what it’ll take to fix it and how to battle with the insurance. I won’t let anyone else touch my car besides this shop. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

He definitely was on top of things and didnt try to sugar coat anything. His repair team did a great job putting my car back together. They even went the extra mile and applied touch up paint to areas of my car that werent included in the accident and removed the haze off my headlights. Now the front of my car looks great! One of Chicago’s Worst shops around regret not reading reviews before my 2016 pathfinders rear door was not aligned with the body frame so it looks like it didn’t close right the paint they used is rusting the windshield washer pump lasted a week without leaking turns out they used glue on that and my rear bumper was glued as well the polish guy tried telling my insurance he gave me a rental from the enterprise next door when he didn’t to get more money off them it’s terrible DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! You’ve been warned

My tiny Prius was recently hit by an SUV on a late, icy night. The rear passenger side of my car was destroyed and the window was broken. His insurance company dragged their feet a bit getting the repairs rolling but when it was finally time they gave me a list of the shops they work with. Most of the shops had terrible reviews but I saw this one and decided to give it a shot. Im so happy I did. Eric was the one that I communicated with about the repairs and he was super friendly and made a frustrating situation go smoothly. I just got my car back yesterday (a week and a half ahead of schedule even) and it looks amazing! He even touched up some spots from usual wear and tear of city living. I live in Rogers Park so this shop is a bit out of the way but it was totally worth it. I highly recommend All Cars for any of your repair needs.

He will tell you what needs to be done, how much time it will take and how much it will cost in one conversation. He is very friendly and straightforward. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, and, picked it up good as new on Friday. Eric and his team went the extra mile and cleaned both the inside & outside of my car (God Bless you for cleaning the inside, lol). As I picked up my car, he showed me a couple scuff marks he removed instantly.
