Decided to walk in to this establishment with a tale regarding my leaky faucet. Russ was kind enough to listen and provide me a step by step road map of what I needed to do to get at and replace the damaged piece. I am no plumber by trade in fact I spend most of my days sitting behind a computer collecting dust. Armed with Russs instructions including a print out of the pieces I would encounter on my way to the defective part I successfully repaired my issue. Cheers to one of last true shops in our village.

I went to Home Depot twice and purchased two parts that I really didnt need. The next morning I went to Elmwood Park Plumbing Supply and they directed me to the exact part I needed. I was walking out and they asked one last question and to that question I needed an additional very important part. I really appreciate the service they applied toward my frustrating toilet project. They were right on and the problem was easily resolved. So I took the other parts that I purchased back to Home Depot. Thanks to all at Elmwood Park Plumbing Supply.

Truly incredible customer service! I showed them a video of the loud noise my toilet was making and they explained how I could fix it with a $4 part. Worked perfectly and saved me the expense and inconvenience of calling a plumber.

SPOT ON! Let them know what youre trying to do before you try to tellthem what you want. I am not sure how many pluming supply places Ipass, on what was for 25 years a block and is now 10.2 miles (Google)and I could care less. I only want to do it once cause there are no plumjobs when it comes to plumbing!

Elmwood plumbing is an unexpected gem. I was helped by a man named Mike, and he offered his expertise on a kitchen sink fix with excellent customer service. Not only will I return if needed but I intend on telling plenty of people to stop in for advise and parts. Thanks for making me feel like I could handle my plumbing without having to call a plumber.

In general I’m not a big fan of plumbers, but these guys are the best! I live in the western suburbs and no one in my area had the faucet part that I needed. But these guys had it! I dealt with Big Mike. He was very informative. In fact he went above and beyond to give me real facts about what I needed for my faucet which I’m turn saved me a great deal of time and effort. I’m a big fan! There’s no question I’d use Elmwood plumbing supplies in the future. No hesitation!

Great experience choosing the plumbing and vanity for my rehabbed bathroom. Excellent help from the staff and I learned a lot from the display area. The new bathroom looks great, showers are a real pleasure.

We spoke with Mike and he was very informative and helpful on a backup pump that we need for our home. Once we decide which back up, we are purchasing we will definitely go back to Elmwood Supply.

I have been searching for connector for washing machine to faucet sink. After un-sucessful amazon deliveries and returns, trip to ace hardware and home depot, I finally got it here. I showed the pipe and thread of faucet adapter and person on desk searched in inventory, made the connections and instructed me how to fit. Would surely go back for future purchases.

I had an excellent experience with Elmwood Supply. My Sumpro battery backup was not working properly and the manufacturer directed me to Elmwood Supply where I spoke with Mike Marzullo. I thought the batteries were the problem, and I intended to buy replacement batteries (about $500.00 for two). After talking with Mike and Clemente at Elmwood, they did not think it was a battery problem. They did not want to just sell me expensive batteries, they genuinely wanted to help me and were honest in doing so. Mike said that I could bring in the inverter and the batteries and they would be pleased to take them to the manufacturer for me since it was under warranty. They did just what they said they would and in about a week called to let me know they received a new replacement inverter and they were right about the batteries being fine. Truly an excellent company with trustworthy individuals who are willing to provide great service and knowledgeable advice. I highly recommend them.

Great place. This looks like a small plumbing supplier but they have lots of products in stock at this location or at a nearby warehouse. Prices are decent and the sales guys have been there forever and can usually help you figure out whatever you need to buy.

Service from all these guys are nothing less than great. Always have what I need. The supply they sell are OEM, not the garbage you buy at the home improvement stores. Prices are not much higher considering the free consultation and OEM parts. What else can you say!

Without question a 5 star experience. first of all - while i am pretty handy, i am NOT a plumber. lets start with that. last night i noticed that after i took a shower that it was dripping, apparently the faucet handle(s) were not fully sealing to stop the flow of water. this happend before years ago and i had a friend who was a plumber take care of it for a nominal fee. so this time i decided id call a plumber i trust to come and take care of it as my friend passed away. just as i began to get frustrated with the bill which hadnt even arrived yet, i started to review some videso on youtube to get an idea of what this involved. well that did it - i was certain i could do this myself. so i extracted the valve stem and started researching it until i found the manufacturer and the model#. i live about 2 miles just down the street from elmwood supply and have always been aware of them but never had a reason to go in. i knew id call them first. so i called the next morning. the guy instantly asked me to just text him a photo of the stem. i thought this was pretty cool. i found a photo and texted it. apparently this number is hooked to an ipad set up just to get photos of parts from customers. very cool. they called back later and said they had the part. so i went in later and yes indeed, they had the hot and cold valves ready for me. i had a couple other questions and they instantly answered them. then i went out on a limb and asked about a TINY part for my kitchen sink faucet which i had broken. i just said its for a moen, its a little piece of plastic. before i could elaborate or show him a photo, he said hang on, ran off and brought it back. i asked how on earth he could know what i was talking about based on an almost non existent explanation. he said because i have 40 years experience. let me close by saying that these guys did NOT ever treat me like a non plumber amateur trying to do home repairs (which no doubt i am). they treated me super respectfully just like i was one of the guys. i would never hesitate not to recommend these guys to everyone.
