I’ve been coming here for years and the past two times getting refills have been very uncomfortable. I come in usually at 6:20-6:30 and the guy in the front does not look happy. First time he said they were almost closing (mind you, it was a weekday so closing time is 7 PM). I asked what time do you close and he responded 7 PM, once again it was about 6:30. I decided not to say anything and just get my refills. Today, he said “why did you wait until 6:30 to come? It’s a holiday.” I was not very pleased and definitely let him know I was letting someone know he’s telling customers they shouldn’t come in 30 mins before closing time. So owner, please do something about this. If I come in at 6:30 it’s because I work like many other people and have little to no time to come in before and when I told him this he told me I should come Sundays then. What type of customer service is this? So disappointed.

Okay, so its not the most professional business in the world, but he water tastes good (not too much mineral taste, pure H2O), the price is good, and the people are nice. You could do worse.

I have been trying to get your home delivery service for two weeks now. It does not appear that your making this service available to local English speaking customers. Is this a private service company only for Spanish stores and customers? How can I get fair treatment with an opportunity to receive your water home delivery services? I will be glad to patronize this business.

Ive been trying to get water from them for 4 days. I set up an account with them for water delivery to my business. They sent me a bill last week for $20 and wont deliver again until it is paid. Our accounting department needs 30 days to cut checks. They have 4 different numbers. Three of the 4 numbers do not have voicemail. No one on their end speaks English. They expect cash at delivery.

Purchased supposedly alkaline water. pH test at home shows pH of 5.5. Not even close. Will not be back.

I have been getting water from this place for a long time already. I always pay using a credit card without an issue. Today, when I went to pay, I was told in a bad way that I cant pay with a credit card. They rather lose a client than receiving credit card as a payment.

The guy who owns this shop is unprofessional, incompetent and prejudice. I pay monthly for my water and I always have a problem getting refills. He takes Hispanic customers first even when theres a non Hispanic customer who has been waiting. Shameful service.

I got to see I didnt have a nice experience here I want to know my daughter to get a bike I dont know if the employee was upset I had a bad day but he rushed out of the he said he wanted to close and he did have time for us
