This place is literally a scam!! Do not order from here. I ordered two different plants for v-day. One of them came two days early and it looked nothing like the descriptions and the pictures on the website. The second order never arrived. I called multiple times and sent a! email. No one ever responded. If I could give no stars, I would.

Such a scam. I ordered before 1230 for same day delivery as their site states. In the confirmation email after the purchase had been completed it says no same day. When I called I couldnt reach anyone until I picked the extension that said I want to buy something. . The woman I spoke with has obviously dealt with many of these phone calls and was of no help. The flowers did come the next day.

They only shipped my order (5 days late) after I called and left a message asking about my order and demanding a refund if it was not going to be delivered that next day. I still dont even know if it will get delivered today or an entire week late. Dont offer next day delivery if that is not possible. Hoping that what I ordered is what actually gets delivered!

If I could submit 0 stars, I would. This company operates under the name Hazelton Giftbaskets and is a total sham. They also operate under New York Blooms and other names. I ordered an herb garden for my sisters birthday. I paid extra for the same day delivery, but it arrived a day later. When she opened it, it had not been handled with care. It was completely destroyed. Then, she realized it was not an herb garden, but regular potted plants. When I emailed the company regarding the issues, they responded with a condescending novel and claim I agreed to receive whatever replacement item they deem fit without prior communication or agreement. Just terrible.

Ditto what everyone else has said about this place. This is 100% a scam. They have a customer service email but they are horrible and will refuse to give you a refund. They give you horrible substitutions if they are missing items and the flowers are disgustingly not like the pictures advertised. And no matter how many times you explain your situation they wont give you a refund. They take days to respond and dont even pick up the phone. Please read this and run as fast as all heck and just choose a local floral shop the next time you need flowers.

Disaster, horrible, the most disgusting service I can imagine. Flowers arrived 6 days after ordering, flowers were half frozen, bouquet was nothing like on the picture on website. Avoid this company, all the bad reviews are there for a reason. Called them 14 times in 2 days, no response, no reply to emails, customer service does not exist. It was my best friends birthday, requested specific bouquet and paid extra for shipping. She received 6 days later a frozen pile of flowers, half of it could be trashed immediately. Never ever order from this company !!!

Horrible!!! If you want to ruin someone’s special day, order from them. The plant came dead, and poorly packed. Plus no one ever got back through any of their customer service. Still haven’t heard from them. Lost the money and plus what would have made the persons day special was ruined.

Horrible. The orchid plant was broken from the main stem, and completely wilted. Delivery happened a day prior to the mentioned date.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day. This scam of a company is taking advantage of people. There is no indication when the flowers will be delivered. It is now 6 days later (4 business days) and nothing has been delivered. Paid $19.99 just for shipping. When you call, you cant get through to anyone, its a cheap sounding automated BS recording telling you to e-mail them. I e-mailed them and I get a standard reply telling me a ticket was open. That was 3 days ago. Try to use their live chat on their website. Sat for 30 minutes waiting to talk to a representative. Nothing, just sat there. THEY ARE A SCAM...NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered flowers for my friend during the pandemic as an effort to try to send a little happiness. I ordered flowers on Wednesday around noon. On their site it indicated it would be delivered Friday. I called Thursday to follow-up they said it would be shipping out that day and they would have them Saturday. Flowers were actually delivered Tuesday. When they arrived a cake (that wasn’t ordered) was shipped with the flowers and the flower stand knocked the cake open and got frosting all over everything. The tray was broken, I ordered white flowers and they sent blue flowers instead. Half of the flowers were broken off and now two days later they are all dead. I tried to support a smaller business that needed the money but ended up very disappointed. Don’t waste your money!Also, I should note that I did reach out to the business and they stated this all happened because I didn’t select next day shipping. That one extra day in transit turned the flowers blue and destroyed the cake. A lot of excuses!

An order was placed from over seas for a dear friend because of the sudden death of her husband. She received the order completely smashed and now they won’t respond.I live in the states. See you in court.

I order from Canada due to my Father’s passing, well it has been 4 days, no flowers, no email. If a 0 stars option was available I would give it! In a moment of grief I did not bother to check reviews. I would absolutely not recommend them.

Terrible delivery. Paid for same day delivery and did not receive my order. Still waiting 3 days later for delivery. Customer service is non-responsive. Nobody is available when you call. Nobody is responds to emails. How are they still in business? Stay away. This is a terrible business. Do not give them any of your money.

Absolutely appalling service! I ordered a bundle of flowers, a balloon and paid for same day delivery. The flowers arrived four days later, there was no balloon attached and now I am being told that they can’t do anything about it other than send something again. I purchased flowers for my aunty for her birthday, what is the point of sending something 2-3 weeks later?

My friend ordered flowers and macarons or our anniversary . He paid $150 for the order, which I never received. I contacted the customer service via phone and email, so they told me they are not responsible for lost or missing packages and I we are not entitled to a refund or replacement. Per their policy, the customer accepts full responsibility for the package since it shipped.I wish my friend has read the reviews before ordering from this company. Obviously dont recommend their services!!

I have called them multiple times left voicemails emailed them still have not contacted me me back now I have to go to the bank and get a new card. Arrived 4 days after it was supposed to, never got any notifications about delivery and Ive been trying to contact the company multiple times through email and phone calls to figure out what went wrong and have gotten no response. Way expensive, the flowers were mostly all dead when they arrived, and they were not what I ordered, the brownies were crushed, only thing that was right was the champagne was actually still cold. But big whoop. The arrangement was for an event for my cousin for a specific day, and since it was delivered 4 days late she went back home and didnt even get the gifts. Turned out to be pointless and a waste of money- 200 bucks to be exact! And I cant even get a hold of anyone to try to resolve anything or an explanation of why it was so late! Very unhappy with this company.

If I could give this service 0 stars, I would. I had flowers set for delivery on Friday, they arrived Tuesday. When I called to track them, NJ Blooms never answered the phone and never responded to any of my messages. When the flowers finally arrived on tuesday, they were all DEAD. How could anyone think it was acceptable to deliver flowers late AND dead. This service is criminal and deplorable. Absolutely the most atrocious experience I have ever had with any flower delivery service.
