Pharmacy ehh rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for my child medication almost a week listening millions of excuses with the attitude how dare I even call and ask, transfered Rx to Fair Lawn cvs and get this medication within 24 hours.

Got my covid shot here back in March. It was the only place that had J&J at the time. Pharmacist was friendly and process was quick. No wait. Very satisfied.

Slow. Confused and as always incompetent. No wonder they have such a high turnaround. Can’t hold a candle to the CVS Pharmacy in Wyckoff.

Very nice pharmacy. Their staff is so helpful everything you need they have it. One day I was in a diner and my eyelashes didn’t have enough glue and it was so uncomfortable my eyes. And I stopped there very quickly to find a nice eyelash glue and wow I found a glue that now is my favorite one. I like CVS the only thing I don’t give them the 5 stars is because sometimes the line is wayyyy to slow and we have to be there waiting for too long..

They are very rude and unprofessional, i was gonna send mony with Moneygram and they gave me Money order by mistake and i got charged 2$ and they never give me back this money

The pharmacist at this location are completely unprofessional and rude. Twice Ive had issue attempting to pick up a new prescription from this place. They tell me they never receive the prescription from my doctors, yet my doctors are sending the prescriptions multiple times per day. Twice, Ive had to leave work early or taken time out of my hectic day to fix their ineptitude with communicating with my doctors office, because they either refuse to contact my doctors office or simply leave them on hold and never pick up the phone. Every time I set foot in the pharmacy department, I see other individuals having the same complaints. I finally had enough, go to the Walgreen down the street. The service there was amazing and everyone was happy to help you.

I used to love this place.I lived in NJ for many years and used this special CVS for all my medication needs. Ive since moved to FL. I moved to Fl 2 months ago and this CVS has called my husband and I 2-3 times a week since we left telling us our scripts are ready. We have both called many, many times and explained that we are 1200 miles away, filling our meds elsewhere, and to please stop filling and calling us. We have been assurred by staff members our numbers are removed however we continue to receive calls. Today, this occurs again (second time this week). We called again and were basically told they dont know what to tell us an to call corporate if were unhappy. I truly dont see why its so complicated but we are beyond frustrated.

Usually pretty quick and friendly staff. Tonight however we spent about 2 hours since staff repeatedly told me my medication was uninsured. I called my doctor and insurance company both to find out I was in fact insured and covered. Staff was extremely rude and talked loud acting like it was my fault for their mix up. Ive never experienced this kind of treatment there and hope it wont happen again.

If less then a star was possible. So unhelpful and rude. Overcharged me and after going through three different people, told me they couldnt help i had to come back in three days!! The pharmacy staff is so unpleasant and downright rude. I hate giving bad reviews but I think it would be beneficial for some retraining or customer service classes.

The cashier was rude and rushed me when I was asking him about my items . I asked him for bags because he failed to double my bags when I asked him to and he threw them at me . Will not be returning again .

If there would be a zero star that is what I would put. It was the manager his name was Rob Cvs locates on market st in Elmwood Park New Jersey. Very rude wouldn’t help with anything. The times were on sale he kept on scanning his little computer machine telling me u was wrong. So I finally went I got him the stickers that says exactly the the items were on sale. He still wanted to charge me the regular price. Was extremely rude insulted me in front of other costumers. That person shouldn’t be a manager or even work there very unprofessional. You can’t treat people like this. And that wasn’t my first time dealing with him. The other times I let it go but this time he. Really pushed it cursing at a job ??? And trying to charge me for the items the whole price after he got the stickers. Never again will I shop there he also always. Had a problem with my coupons.

Camielle, edith, and mercy are the most friendly and helpful employees. I always love my cvs experience here which happens to be daily!

Horrible service! Pharmacy staff left me on hold for 17 minutes even after telling them I needed to refill my prenatal vitamins. I couldn’t wait any longer. Hung up and called another CVS

Very poor service at the Pharmacy! I have to call them up thrice atleast or walk in to the store everytime to remind them to give me my meds!! They mess up my prescription every single month!!! Abysmal!

It is an okay store but I would recommend Walgreens especially if your only looking for a pharmacy.

Worse pharmacist .. no way of knowing how to talk to customers as well as to her technicians. She is rude and horrible. I will never prefer going back there ever even if its the last place on Earth for prescriptions...

The absolute worst customer service. I had a full blown sinus infection and they would not verify my insurance. The store is so out of date and should be closed down. I REPEAT IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. The pharmacist is aweful. I do not recommend.

I receive multiple phone calls a day with a message telling me they refilled my prescription. I moved out of the state and told them several times to stop. They have yet to stop.

All the good pharmacists have either quit or were let go. Pharmacy and front store employees are very rude and never smile. Walgreens up the road is def a better option. Why should I continue to give business to a company that doesnt have much of a standard and where I am not appreciated? Youve lost alot of business through me and my family and friends and neighbors. Retrain your out dated staff. This is 2017 - there are choices and noone is bound to any one company anymore. Goodbye CVS
