I have used Door Works twice in the last few years. I actually had the same technician both times and he knew what he had done previously too. He arrived on schedule actually came earlier than originally scheduled and they called ahead to confirm the earlier time. The technician did a very thorough inspection of the problem. He explained how he would fix the current issue and he took the time to make sure the chain was straight and he lubricated all the moving parts on both my garage doors. I am very satisfied with the work. The service call charge was reasonable.

We are so pleased with our garage doors. Tom V. did a great job on the installation. Showed up on time. Was neat and respectful and wore a mask. Our Sales rep Tom R. was very knowledgeable and helpful. For example he recommended that we wait on installing our garage doors until after the drywall and floors were redone so the machinery wouldn’t get gummed up with dust and debris. Our doors are quiet and WiFi enabled which works great for us and we already used it multiple times to let contractors in while we were on our way to the house to meet them. My spring broke on my Garage door, I called door works they came inspected both sides and replaced the spring, pulleys and garage supports on both sides with heavy duty garage door parts, with a 3 year warranty. My door is a lot smoother and quieter now in operation now than it was before. I highly recommend door works for garage door needs.
