Stopped here for a night in March 2021. Tried to air up tires but the air pump didnt seem to work. About to pull off and go somewhere else, the attendant came out and showed us how to work the pump!! That was simply wonderful.The truckers parking and regular parking are separated, which makes for a nice parking experience.The place feels safe and is well lit. It was a relatively a quiet night...or maybe being so tired helped me sleep through the noise! Whichever it was, it was a pretty good nights rest.

On my recent trip from Texas this Pilot station was by far the best place to make a pit stop. Easy access to and from the 10 freeway.The gas was reasonable @ $2.12 for regular.The pumps are well lit, the paper towel dispenser full, the squeegee has a long handle and the window wash was clean and sudsy.The store is well stocked, cold beer and soda, snacks and reasonably priced tourist items. There is also a Subway in store. Friendly service.Clean store and mens restroom. Plenty of space to park RVs and boats.

This is an exception to the many Pilots across the country. Few and far between are as large and accommodating to long Class A RVs as this pilot. By the way, were FT RVers.We had scheduled a stop at the Flying J. However, I decided to try this pilot. To our surprise its huge.It doesnt have the cooked food that the Js have. It does have a Dairy Queen, Subway, etc. No matter, we have plenty of goodies. Space its the essential when it comes to gassing up and RV lanes to stay over.I forgot. We had been here 2 years ago. Time flies when your having fun RVing.I highly recommend this Pilot.TORTUGA 🐢 GRANDE REPORTING

Busy busy busy place, friendly staff, clean store and bathrooms. Great little tire shop across the street, Husband and Wife run it and she can swing a tire hammer like a Pro!

The clerk doesnt wear her face mask probably.So that tells how much they care about safety.Other than that everything is fine.

All you need including showers for 12 dlls. A must for long teips.

I wouldnt normally review a gas station, but this one was so clean, and the windshield washing fluid is not just water and soap, but actual cleaning fluid and the squeegees are in great condition

Very clean and all staff is very helpful and nice. They have lots of cool souvenirs. Bathrooms are super clean. They also have showers that are spotless(in case you are in need of one while traveling). They also have a Subway and a Dairy Queen inside. Very nice.

Finally met the Pilot that owns these great and convenient highway stops. Interesting character, his name is Launchpad and really resembles a duck and yes a duck. Great guy and was very approachable. The staff was also very friendly and Pilot polite. If you drive about a mile north from here you will see the beautiful city of Eloy. Oh and the showers are so clean you can see tomorrow.

I love stopping here while passing through. Im usually towing a trailer and they have a nice non-semi parking area for taking a break. Ive eaten at the Subway a couple of times and its been great, they also have a DQ that I may give a try on my next visit!

Pilot has always been a staple for us truck drivers. A store really has to go out their way to let me down. That being said as drive across this country and visit pilot travel centers all over the country, this one was good and the staff was welcoming. Keep up the good work in Eloy, Arizona.

Even though some of the prices are higher, they have so many items to choose from. I was on my way to a women veterans parade, and a few of the group didnt have anything patriotic. We got some awesome hats, and I got a great hot/cold cup that will last me for years. There are good quality products. And the staff was super nice, and helpful in finding what I needed.

Awful restrooms. Staff doesn‘t care even after I told them. They promised to clean it so I came back half an hour later yet nobody had cleaned anything. This is a disgusting Pilot.

Got what we needed! Cheap gas, clean bathrooms and DQ. Who could ask for anything more?

The worst customer service ever. I was waiting for my shower for 17 minutes. I couldnt take it so I told the lady to cancel it. She has an attitude. Ask me why it was only 3 minutes ago. Watch out for the short lady. Attitude just cancel it what is the problem. Its not my fault they cant have shower ready in timely manner

Great place to gas up between Phoenix and Tucson. Subway and Dairy Queen inside great selection of snacks for the road. Make your own hotdogs plus much more. Nice place to take a break.

Very clean! Friendly staff and did I say clean? Yes! The bath rooms are clean and the showers are nice. They have plenty of parking for trucks and cars. I wasnt a huge fan of the fast food here but overall this location is where to be.

Went in for the subway sandwich. My wife wanr a BLT.

I like this pilot. This is one of the better ones. Mostly clean & friendly staff. Coffee station mostly filled & tidy. Easy to get in & out of. Not a lot of parking for big rigs, but not the smallest either.

RVs - Stop at this place and nowhere else in this area. Ive been in all the truck stops around here and Pilot has the only designated area for RV parking. Plus, its clean! Safe travels, yall.

Nice truck stop with clean showers. The laundry area for truckers is a little small but it worked. Friendly employees. Get there early, the spots filled up pretty early. Has a subway and Dairy Queen.

Rude and unpleasurable experience.Staff should be capable of directing people and the flow of a line without being rude to paying customers. I almost put my stuff back and went to another gas station, until another guest directed the line to help with all the confusion and rudeness happening.

I love these pilot truck stops, but why cant people acquire points towards a free shower buying all your products, not just diesel fuel? Why should truckers be the only ones who benefit in this manor? Ive had this rewards card for months, bought tons of gas and food&drinks and miscellaneous items, and only received a free coffee for my loyalty & patronage. I too would like a free shower! Please consider everyones wants & needs, not just the truckers! I have nothing against truckers, I was one for 10 yrs, their wonderful people, always willing to help somebody in need.

It was a nice place. Clean showers and restrooms but a little ran down needs a new face lift. But really helpful employees and professional. Exit out of the property needs to be widened it was tight going out of.

Pretty clean for a rest stop. Has a subway which was nice. Also has a pretty big area with grass that was perfect for the dogs to stretch their legs and go potty.

Staff was great. But wasnt given a receipt for the items I bought that werent food, And need/want to return the item I bought. Not only do I not have a receipt, but I live 2hrs away from store i got my stuff from. :( but honestly. Store was clean, the guy that rang my stuff up was nice and polite.

Bathrooms were clean, attendants were friendly, everything was fine, but youre a truck stop. All services need to be available 24/7, because truck drivers work 24/7. Looking at you, DQ.

This travel center is convienent to the highway. Fuel is priced average. If you are hungry, there are many snacks and food along with drinks for purchase. The store and restrooms are clean and their is plenty of parking. Coffee is good.

Stopped for a bite on the road. The place was clean, bathrooms very clean, food very good and served in a timely manner. The accompanied gift shop was very nice also.

While we got a discount on gas for being Good Sam members, there appeared to be two stalls in the ladies bathroom by the Subway with 10 women in line. I could not get close enough to actually see if there was another smaller. Regardless, this is so not good!

Clean store and well kept exterior. Shower was clean with great water pressure. Not a fan of the attached Subway here.

Monday August 7th, 2017...11:08pm really all pumps are closed....NO GAS..ALL PUMPS CLOSED..unless you need Diesel Semi section is open..totally shocked..this is the middle of vacation time for familys..What Pilot forgot to pay the gas bill???? Thank goodness for FLYING J across the overpass same exit!!!

5 stars for getting the new fresh brew coffee machines

This place is a mess. The restroom is always a trash heap. If you look at the counters where all the coffee machines and hot food machines are you can see the filth on the counters and under the machines. Theres an inch of dirt on top of all the machines. I wont even buy coffee here. The showers might have good water pressure thats great. I watched an employee clean a shower here once. They use the dirty towels from the last person in the shower to wipe everything down then put clean towels in an shut the door. Thats ok if you want the diseases from the last 50 people that used the shower.

Good, good. This Pilot is in a little more disrepair as most, but the services you are looking for are here. Did not try food... only beverages and fuel.

Pilot Flying J is the premier travel stop. you always know what youre gonna get. no sense stopping anywhere else.

Lots of souvenirs to choose from,also sold a lot for vehicles,battery cables and such.had place for showers.was well kept and clean.friendly employees.

Woo Hoo, finally found a place near Phoenix with an RV dump station and potable water fill!! But it is kinda stealth and not well advertised, they hid it in the first truck lane closest to the building. Gotta pay cashier, then go round again for fuel. But great stop for a few hours and winks, lots of parking out back for that quick late nite stay.

I have stopped at this one many times over the years, a great place to hold up when the dust storms roll through the Eloy area. Good food at the in house Subway, and the best coffee ever.

This was a nice stop to have lunch in the RV. They have plenty of parking and good services if needed. So much better than a rest area.

Just a regular decent gas station.Be aware they charge you preventively $150 and then 24 hours later the real price of fuel consumption.
