Incompetent. Tried to order a fuel pump. Wrong thing came in, tried to reorder. Never got ordered. 3 days in a row I was trying to get a fuel pump. Smh

This place is ok for quick trips. Staff was helpful. They usually have what I need in stock.

If they dont have it in stock, theirs a good chance they can have it delivered to the store within 24 hours. Competitively priced overall, and the staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful with everything you need. They dont tell you where the product you need can be found, they give you available brand options with prices w/o any sales pressure, then walk with you to show you exactly where the item is that you want.

Stopped here to return tools I rented last week, upon pulling into parking lot I noticed there was quite a few vehicles there, but yet 2 employees was out front smoking. When I parked I noticed 2 or 3 vehicles right in front of the store was the delivery vehicles and least 2 if not more parked out front in spaces closest to the road was employee vehicles including what I believe was the store managers jeep! As I walked in neither of the 2 employees that was out side smoking bothered to follow me inside to make sure I was waited on. I have found that over the last approx 15 or so years that this store has went down hill badly with poor customer service and poor choices of who gets hired like they are desperate for people. Last few times I have been there, a big guy was working and couldnt stand on his own and would constantly lean on the counter even while waiting on someone. I remember when I worked there about 15yrs ago and this store was very rarely dead with few to no customers! I understand oReilly has since moved in but I still believe this has only had minor effect on the business compared to the poor customer service and poor parts being sold. Just a week ago I had to replace water pump gaskets that had went bad that was only a year or so old, last spring I had to replace the radiator that ruptured a leak after getting back from a trip half hr away to greektown and back when I found it leaking when I pulled in home and got out of my truck. I helped a friend 2 yrs ago replace a ballpoint on his car to only end up the 2 of us fighting with it to get it installed and then greased. Trying to grease the ball joint to ensure it had good amount of grease the casting on the side blew out. Only thing used was a hand pump grease gun! Went to a competitor and bought a ball joint there and had no trouble installing it.

He checked everything he could, decided what he thought it was, but they didnt have the part in stock, he didnt give up, finally I told him its OK and he apologized for not helping. HE was so much help, because of what he did my friend was quickly able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Thank you to auto zone and a special thank you to CHARLIE

This is a pretty good Autozone. They gave me the wrong belt today, but when I came back they knocked six bucks off of the price for the inconvenience even though the right belt was more. I appreciate that.

Only two people on staff, and they kept putting me off while taking calls (one of the workers girlfriend or something) and being buddy-buddy with another customer. Generally kinda didnt seem to care about me being there.

I called to find a clip for my tail light and the guy did not want to go see if they even have Chrysler clips. And he did not.

This store is the worst auto part store i have ever went to I would never ever recommend them to anyone no bad how much I hate you they are terrible. They have never once gotten a part that I need right they dont know how to do anything right dont go there Im telling you its a terrible store. Go to anywhere but there worst store ever DO NOT GO THERE!!

They have just about any part for most vehicles in stock. Some of the workers dont know a head gasket from a lug nut tho.

Needed an alternator and they tested a knew one before selling it to me it tested bad, the only cheaper one they had so of course its the only AutoZone Ive ever been to that would not drop the price to match on the next one up, and the manger told me it wasn t her problem
