Theresa is so friendly and helpful! She helped my fiancé and I find the exact flooring we wanted and worked so well within our budget. So many styles and patterns of flooring to choose from! Financing in store was an easy process, and am so excited for our installation! I had a much better experience here than with big name flooring companies! Went to work for a customer, as I am a contractor, my customer had me taking care of her shoemold on flooring that this company had laid, they put finish mold on a staircase that wasnt able to stain! Something she said would paint, but it needs stain, and she decided that was the easiest way for them, but not satisfying her customer! Total lack of support to help this customer to make it right! Not quick at finishing her promises and completing job down to the details! Very disappointed for me as I take pride in my work ethic and my customers are always #1 in my book, whether it costs me or not!

This place is top notch! I ripped up some carpet and instead of the beautiful hard floors I expected we had a patched mess. I was in a panic! I can’t even explain how thankful I was for their large selection and great prices!!!! Theresa is awesome she is sweet and kind and stayed within our budget! We will be definitely purchasing from them agin!

Beautiful flooring not bad pricing

Took a carpet remnant for binding, two months before X-mas for x-mas, went back 3 times in a year, they lost it then were going to give me a comparable one then they forgot about it, they ended up basically stealing our only matching piece of carpet, very bad service wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
