My messages were answered almost immediately even though it was a Sunday, which I was not expecting, the shipping on the part I needed came way faster than expected, and I was told it would take from 1:30-5pm. I took my phone in around 1:30 and I got the message that my phone would be done by 3:30, so that was really fast. He also took the time to investigate other possibilities for the malfunction I was experiencing rather than just jumping in and fixing the part we suspected I needed. I needed my back glass replaced on my iPhone X. I was having issues with my cellphone charging without holding the cable in a specific direction. I reached out and he was able to get the parts that he thought may be needed quickly. It is a small, out of home business but the quality of the service, the repair, and the price were all so much drastically better than any other place I could have taken it.Price wise, it was incredibly reasonable the labor cost was more than fair and there was no upcharging for parts. Mike is a really nice guy. I came to his store because I had some issues with my iPhone 6s and I bought a new battery on Amazon but I realized that I dont have all the tools to replace it by myself. He installed the new battery and gave me a couple of useful tips to improve the battery health of my iPhone. Definitely, I will recommend his services to all my friends.

Im a repeat customer because they have the knowledge and special equipment to fix board-level issues that other shops wont touch (e.g. Touch Disease, Searching/No Service, water damage). Mike was quick to diagnose a burnt out LED on my sons Iphone 7 screen. Unfortunately he didnt have any available, but was able to temporarily put on a cracked screen and ordered a new one that evening. He kept me up to date of a shipping issue with his supplier that delayed delivery for an extra day. When I was able to get back with him to put on the new screen it only took about half an hour to replace.
