Drove half hour each way to receive our second Covid vaccine. Did not realize that the pharmacy closed at 6:00( it was 6:02). Middle aged female employee in the pharmacy was very rude and condescending. They do not offer the type of vaccine in the town where we reside which is why we visited this location. Will not be back…

Does anyone else have as much trouble as I do with the CVS App with pharmacy section?? I even tried adding my husband to my account (which works for me) under the manage family and wouldnt even let me.Ive messaged 2 or 3 times about it trying to get help on how to fix it n Im yet to receive any kind of response or help. I didnt think my question was that difficult. Elwood CVS just keeps going more n more down hill.I can only think of 1 pharmacist who is a sweetheart and always so polite. She actually pays attention to customers n majority of the time she greets me by name n when it isnt my meds she is starting to remember my husbands name to. She is a shorter lady with shoulder length blonde hair and 90% of the time has a smile on here face!

I’ve used this pharmacy 3 times now and every time I have had an issue with one pharmacist. The younger blonde pharmacist is so rude and condescending. The rest of the staff is very kind and helpful but she is so unpleasant for no reason and it’s so unnecessary. I will never return to this pharmacy. I’m also not the only one who feels this way. The woman in front of me was upset by how she was being treated as well.

I just love the workers at CVS they always greet me when I come in and they take time to stop and talk to you always cheerful

At low cost my blood pressure meds was $17.00...Since CVS bought low cost & I live in Elwood Indiana..CVS charges $30 for the same medicine...I CANNOT believe that Low cost could get medicines cheaper than CVS....CROOKS....CROOKS.....CROOKS!!!!...dont @me about a prescription card......I understand being the only game in town and making $...BUT DOUBLE THE PRICE!!!!!!!......BAD BAD BAD PEOPLE RUN CVS!!!!...some som will read this & think.....what the hell is he crying about $30 ..my prescription is $600... I feel your frustration.....BAD BAD BAD PEOPLE!!!!

They never have your medications supposedly on back order. They are rude and inconsiderate. The more you call corporate the less is being done about it.

From not having what I need to be filled like insulin to trying to fill me a script of Oxycodone that was not my prescription, to incorrectly transferring prescriptions, this place is a nightmare. Its pretty sad that this is Elwoods only option as a pharmacy.

Rude pharmacy techs call out loud prescriptions. If your younger than 50 the tech questions what your doctor has prescribed.

The tech is offen rude and they are closed at 6pm on Saturday and Sundays NOT open until 10pm as Google says!

I went by the store hours here and they are wrong....the pharmacy opens at 9am Saturday morning and the woman whom advised me of such was INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!
