My wife has stopped in the day before to check out the Purple mattresses and said we had to go back ASAP. She dragged me up the very next morning and we were pleasantly greated by both of the associates. They immediately remembered my wife and began chatting while walking us back to the Purples. Don took us over and went over the different styles and pillows and answered all of my questions with ease. We decided to move forward with ordering what we needed and Don made the whole process a piece of cake, he wasnt pushy and just helped guide us to what we needed. Weve gone through a few mattresses over the past few years and were excited to try this Purple over the next 120 days. I also have to say that weve dealt with plenty of sales men in that time and Don was my personal favorite to work with!

Nice selection for different price ranges. Knowledgeable sales staff helped me find beds for me and my son by listening to what we did and did not want. I went in just to get my son a new bed but I lucked out and they were having a sale so I got one too lol

Purchasing experience was very good.....John the salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered questions and gave information that was helpful to know. He did not hover over us even though we were the only customers at the time, but gave us opportunity and space to lie on the mattresses and try them out without feeling rushed. He explained the differences of the mattresses we were considering, including cost. He offered us what seemed to be the best price point that the company allows......delivery date is 6 weeks away so hopefully the rest of the experience goes as well.

Im 70 years old and cannot wrestle a mattress into my house by myself. NoContact delivery is the reason. Or pay $99 to have it brought.inside by the guys delivering it. Never again will I shop at Mattress Firm.

They do not tell you that mattress parts are on back order and it may be 2 months b4 delivery. I realize back orders are on individual manufacturers, however, when you are having back surgery and count on the new mattress being delivered as promised, then its up to the retailer to be honest. I may yet cancel my purchase.

My partner and I have been sleeping on the same old mattress for at least a decade and went into this knowing very little about mattress shopping, we were pretty nervous. However, Donald at the Elyria Mattress Firm made the process SO much easier than we could have expected. He was extremely informative, took our wants, needs, and budget into account, and walked us through the process one step at a time so it wasnt overwhelming. We were thinking we would just be browsing that day, but we ended up ordering a mattress and accessories before we left! The labor day deals were unbeatable and the selection to choose from covered every possible sleeping need a person could have. The process of purchasing the mattress was great. Was told delivery would be the next day. However, later in the day I was called and told another salesman at another store sold the same mattress and now I would have to wait a week for delivery. Normally this would be ok but we switched from a Queen to a king and therefore I had already tore down the old bed and set up the king frame. We are now without a bed for a week.

He was super nice and knowledgeable. Me and my boyfriend are always a bit nervous going into places like this but he just made it a very relaxed and enjoyable time. Helped us pick out the perfect mattress too and I cant wait for it to get here!

Update: If I could give this zero Stars I would I ordered the luxury cooling bundle in November of 2020 it is now the end of July 2021 and have not received anything it has been almost a year and I have been calling almost every month and I keep getting the runaround saying it will be here or give it time it has been almost a year now and still I received nothing when I paid over $200 for this.

We just ordered a box spring for our new puffy mattress so we dont know yet how its going to work. Hopefully it will. We have a California king waterbed frame that we need to raise the mattress up so hope it works

My girlfriend and I were helped by an associate named John. He knew his stuff and guided us to the perfect mattress in or budget. We probably spent almost an hour there talking about what we liked and disliked and we didnt feel pushed or rushed to any particular mattress. We purchased a Beauty Rest mattress and its great!

Was going well, then found out it would be at least two weeks before being able to get the mattress we wanted, if it became available.Decided to leave, went to a competitor, getting mattress in three days, delivered and set up, same price, similar mattress.

This company sells garbage! My parents bought a defective mattress- after multiple emails and pictures sent in they said the warranty was void due to a small stain. When I sent additional pictures in to prove that the “stain” they claimed was actually a small fuzz ball from the bedding, they came back and changed the reason for the void warranty. This time it was due to inadequate support. This bed is sitting on a standard bed frame. They refused to do anything but offer a 20% coupon. Do not purchase from this company - they sell sub par garbage products and will find any reason not to approve warranty claims. Oh, I forgot to mention... you can file a claim online which is a hassle ( had about 6 -7 emails and pics later) or you can pay $80 for a warranty inspection!!! This company is a joke!

Got a call on Friday that that would be a day early for delivery (following Monday).........its now 8:30PM and no matress. You have to call local store to get in touch with them..........well when the store closes, thats it no more contact. Now we have to wait until next day to even get in contact with company.
