The staff was courteous and the work area clean and well maintained. While I had to wait longer than I anticipated, I realize they are very busy. The mechanics seem to be very capable.

I absolutely love my new vehicle. Mike was a nice guy, but he needs to know the products he is selling better. The first Encore I drove, he didnt know that the back seats went all the way down, and thought that the padding just made them not lay down. I am not sure that the OnStar got hooked up. He did now show me or say anything about it except that it was free for 3 months. I also feel that the delivery was rushed, as it was after hours. I would have been happy to wait for the next morning. In my opinion, this vehicle should have been immaculate at pick up, and it is up to the sales person to make sure that it is. Instead, it was still dripping with water. Im hoping the service department has great service.

Brought car in for problem that was to be covered by Extended Warranty. Insurance gave Abraham Buick the run around and think they did all possible to delay but Abrahams hung in there and continued to provide information/proof they requested and finally got the go ahead to repair under warranty. Dealership gets high marks for helping us.

Service dept. said cant not explain why car would not start on first try on a few different occasions. battery tested ok...so now what?? they cant answer.

We went to look for my wife a new SUV, just wanted to see the different options that were available to her. Not one person came out to see if they could help us, we parked right in the front window so there is no way they didnt see us... I can promise you this, we will not purchase our next car from here.

Russell in Service was GREAT to work with! Actually, everyone there was courteous and professional. I had a radiator sensor fault light. After changing the sensor it appeared fixed but was not. Had to return a second time.The thermostat ended up being the problem. No way to say if a thermostat change would have been the best part to replace first. So may have spent $200 for a sensor that wasnt bad. But in the end the problem was solved. Satisfied with the result and overall service.

My experience with the service department at Nick Abraham wasnt very good. I have had a emissions problem with my truck. They had my truck for 2 weeks. Went to pick it up and its been another full week. Was told that they would call when the part came in. Still havent heard nothing. Granted that I didnt buy the truck from them but still expected the service done after 2 weeks now! I work for OHAP! I have always bought a ford truck. Just disappointed in the service I received.

My car began to have a problem, i drove to the service department and they told me all the mechanics had finished for the day however if I could leave it overnight it would be checked early the next day. The following day I received a phone call explaining what had been found and the cost of repairs. I got my car back mid afternoon.

Wow. Where do I start? I found the vehicle I wanted. Worked out the price I needed. Came in and signed the paperwork. Was done with the purchase in about 15 minutes. My experience a Nick Abraham Buick has consistently been excellent. Last week, though really set the bar. I experienced a sudden bumpy ride and my StabilTrak light came on while driving to work. I immediately called and the service man walked me through the reset process. It did not cure the problem so we set up an appointment that day. I was greeted warmly. They checked out my vehicle, diagnosed the issues and were able to fix it while I waited. The service was fabulous and everyone truly seems like they love their work. Thank you!

Great dealership! I buy all my cars from Nick Abraham Buick GMC. I have also referred a lot of family and friends to the dealership and they have all been very happy with their experience. The service department always takes good care of me as well. Highly recommend buying and servicing you vehicles here.

Service work was perfectly performed, however rear bumper had a bad scratch with what appears to be blue paint matching the smoking shed where the truck was parked by service personnel.

About a year ago my boyfriend and I were sick of having recurrent issues with vehicles we bought off of individuals. So we thought we were doing the right thing by getting a loan on a certified used car by what we thought was a reputable dealership. I thought this as I have family members who have gone there for years but in retrospect they were purchasing new cars and not used. We bought a used Chevy Colorado that was said to have to problems. Fast forward to a couple of days ago when we were preparing to leave for a 25 hour trip to wyoming in which we would also be pulling a popup camper and mind you bringing our 9 year old and our puppy. Oh did I mention we had our son with us when they sold us the car? Anyhow we went to get the shocks replaced by a mechanic in Elyria and they then told us there was no point in putting any money into the truck and we should take it back to the dealership. We were informed that the frame is cracked in two places and there was an attempt to hide the problem and someone illegally concealed the cracks and very minimally. This person welded a piece of sheet metal and put bondo over the crack. Also large parts were rusted out of the frame. Regardless of if it was the dealership or the previous owner who did this, Nick Abraham claims that their used cars are ALL inspected by mechanics before the cars go on the lot. Therefore they knew. THEY SOLD US A CAR WITH A CRACKED FRAME! THAT IS ILLEGAL! We gave them a chance to make it right and all that happened was the manager wendall, pushed me off on some salesperson and they told us they could just ROLL OVER THE REMAINDER OF THE LOAN ONTO ANOTHER CAR LOAN! As if I would buy another car from them! I even brought my father with me who is in fact a mechanic! They told me it must have been looked over. That statement in itself admits fault! We already paid 5k into a truck that was literally worth nothing TO BEGIN WITH! ROLL OVER? My entire family could have DIED! Our trip was supposed to be over 1200 MILES! I plan to take legal action because now well have paid over 11k for a truck we cant even drive. and we cant stop paying on it because that would ruin our credit. I expected them to AT LEAST make this right. The manager hardly even made eye contact with me. Beyond the money my family could have been killed or best case scenario severely injured. HEARTLESS CROOKS.

The staffs great care, friendliness, and the ease of the appointment was exactly what I was hoping for! From setting the appointment, to the check in to the check out was a good experience. I would say, however, after being a faithful customer at Abraham Nissan for many years, I was looking forward to the hospitality experience with coffee or water station. You had a nice spread for customers having to wait for services to be completed, so I was disappointed to not see that here. I will be back though. Everyone was very nice, and I like supporting Abraham Buick.

The experience started off with a pricing discrepancy on a website listing. We left the dealership and went to another dealership. As we pulled into the lot, Mike Abraham called and asked if we could start over and asked if we’d be willing to work with him. After a brief time of negotiating the pricing after the advertisement issue, Mike stepped up and was willing to make it work. Mike and Shannon handled the issue and worked out a deal for us that allowed us to get into the car at the price we wanted. I’d recommend this dealership for future purchases and was impressed with how Mike rectified the problem.

I just purchased a 2014 Camaro from here today and from the initial phone conversation to taking delivery of the car everything went smooth and fast!
