Liz was amazing helping us with our basement bar remodel. She made the process seemless and they were quicker than all of the other places we looked. The cabinets are great quality and installation was top notch! I wont hesitate to have them help with all of our upcoming renovations. 5 stars all around!

This past summer we used Attractive Kitchens and Floors to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. I cannot express how happy I was with the service and products. The products themselves are high-quality, cost effective, and go beyond what our expectations were but working with Byron is what made this experience exceptional. I had very vague ideas of what I wanted in my kitchen. He took me through all my options in the store and when I wanted a special cabinet to hide appliances, he was able to custom make it so that I got what I needed and dreamed. Several months later, we had one cabinet that had a slight warp and with one email, Bryon had a new door ordered and handled. With all the stresses that come with construction, ordering cabinets and floors truly was the easiest part. I highly recommend!

After shopping around, my Husband and I were quite frustrated by the lack of service and attention offered by most other flooring and cabinet stores. The staff at Attractive was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the design, selection and install of floors and cabinets throughout our entire home. They provided great visualization tools to help us understand the choices we were making. With about 4000 square feet of hardwood floor, the investment we made with Attractive Kitchens and Floors was well worth it. From start to finish my experience with Attractive Kitchens and Bath was 5 stars ⭐️ Everyone from Byron, Rhonda, Joe the measurement man, Joe the installer, was very professional and helpful. Rhonda assists you and encourages you to think outside the box on your decisions and has great ideas! Not to mention the Mannington luxury vinyl flooring is high quality and looks terrific in my kitchen. There were a couple minor installation issues so a quick text to Byron, the owner, had Joe following up quickly to come get them fixed. Dont shop the big box stores, shop and spend locally at Attractive and you wont be disappointed!

We went to Attractive Kitchen and Floors in Elyria to get an estimate on having our daughters kitchen floor, dining room floor, bedroom floor and bathroom floor replaced. We also wanted an estimate on having the counter tops replaced. We were committed to shopping local and conveyed this to Rhonda, the sales person who we worked with. We also were very transparent with Rhonda in saying we were getting other estimates from local flooring people, specifically, Southwest Flooring in Broadview and Poshedley Floors in Brookpark. After having all three estimates, we decided to go with Poshedley for our floors and Attractive Kitchen and Floors for our counter tops. I came into the store to put a down payment on the work to be done, Unfortunately, Rhonda was not happy with our decision and quite rudely dismissed me when I told her we would need the measurement guy to come back out because he missed a measurement for one of the counter tops. Rhonda didnt want to send their measurement guy back out to correct their error. She threw the paperwork back into their folder and said, just have your guy do it. Im not going to send our guy back out. Apparently, Attractive Kitchen and Floors did not want to take our daughters business, perhaps a $2,000 job was just too small a job for them. Im not sure the owner of the business would agree, as I have my own business and I would be appalled at an employee who rudely dismissed a potential client for whatever reason. What a disappointing experience, especially since I researched this companys reviews and were impressed with their reviews. Hence, Attractive Kitchen and Floors lost out on not only our daughters job, but unbeknownst to Rhonda, we are beginning a huge remodel in our 2860 sq. ft. home, and would most likely have went with Attractive Kitchen and Floors had they been more polite and accommodating. In my life, Ive never experienced a sales person who so poorly represented a business...a business in which sales are the backbone of their existence. Moral of the story: In these financially challenging times, everyone is doing their best to work within their budgets. Customers who are committed to shopping local and not going to big box stores, are the type of customers you want in your shop. If you cannot treat these customers with respect, then your business will suffer. P.S. I went a couple doors down from Attractive Kitchen to Stewarts Appliance and ordered our daughters appliances and dealt with Scott, who was professional, helpful and courteous, as he was on our previous visits.

First rate company. I would definitely recommend their services. I purchased wood flooring from them and I couldn’t be happier. They had wonderful service, communication and quality products at a very competitive price. Their sales staff went above and beyond too. 👍

We recently had Attractive Flooring install luxury vinyl tile planking in the kitchen, foyer, hallway and a bathroom of our home. It was a great experience from beginning to end. They helped us determine the best layout for our house, which includes lots of angles, and patiently showed us the planks laid out in different directions so we could make an informed decision. The person that does the measurements and coordination provided a wealth of information on different options and installation methods, which was invaluable. And their installers are EXCELLENT with years of experience; they did a beautiful job. We could not be happier with the finished product.

My kitchen desperately needed updating, I had a great remodeling experience with Attractive Kitchens and Floors. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, beautiful high quality cabinets and granite, and quick professional installation. I had no idea that redoing my kitchen could be as affordable as it was!
