My wife and I experienced great customer service at this Verizon Retailer. We opened a new account with Joshua and he was very helpful with answering all of our questions. We had some technical difficulties with an Apple Watch and he showed great patience in solving our problem while dealing with the constant traffic of walk-ins that were unfamiliar with the social distancing policies. I would be happy to return to this location with any Verizon questions I may have in the future.

I was told that my appointment that I scheduled would be at max an hour before he could be seen. So I waited a hour 15 and left. I finally got the text over two hours later. I get if your busy but at least give me a realistic answer, so I can act accordingly.🤔😠

Horrible why are they even called Verizon ur screwed on any support from Verizon if u purchase here. Purchased a PureGear screen protector which is literally the only kind they carry. had to replace it 3 times so far within the past 2 months literally fell off after a couple weeks of them putting it on. Go to a real Verizon store stay away from this bs

Went because my daughters phone locked up and was asking for a pincode, which we didnt have one. Walked through the door guy yells we are closed 5 minutes to 7pm on Thursday December 3rd, even though the open sign was on the door was unlocked and other people were in there. I said well since we are in here can you look at the phone he said no we dont have any phones in here, I said no her phone and she held it up. He said you have to call tech we dont look at phones. I said even though tech told us to go to the store he said you have to go to a corporate store and the closes one is North Olmsted. I said what about the one by Midway Mall he said it was closed because of covid. I said I was just there a couple weeks ago he said no you wasnt. The guy was rude and a jerk. I will never step foot in this store again. Shame on verizon for letting people like this guy franchise a store. Oh and this was the store we bought our phone in never again.
Straight forward and to the point. Gave industries best practices towards phone usage. Gauged the customers use of such phone and help steer them in the direction upon usage.

HORRIBLE another customer was there they said we be next should be about 45 minutes.They took our phone number and said they text us when he was done with them. Waited 90 minutes and we went back in store and he was helping another customer and said we had to wait again. then after we walked out the door they sent us a text and sorry we missed you. Calling Verizon and filing a complaint with corporate. Very unprofessional. Second incident with this store and only have been there twice, Do not recommend anybody to go there unless you want to be disappointed in service. If I could zero stars I would.

After spending an hour on the phone with Verizon cust care at home, I totally lost ability to make a call. Came to this authorized dealer store near my house and David did a reset and immediately fixed my phone and fixed the problem that I initially had with my voice mail. I cannot thank him enough! So appreciative.
My previous phone had died. I thought for good. Had Matthew as my salesman. I was impressed. He listened to what I wanted and asked questions about my usage. Got a great phone and tablet. He transferred all my data onto the new devices and helped me to navigate apps and basic applications. Offered help if I needed it in the future . I was pleased with my service. He was also able to get my old phone working so I could trade it in. 😀

I’ve been to the Elyria store twice now. Both times I had Matthew As I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly hello. Matthew helped me with all of my questions and never rushed me or viewed me as “Just another sale”. I appreciated that!!! He made sure that everything from my old phone was transferred to my new phone. He also made sure that I had everything I needed to make sure that my phone would last (screen protector and case). I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend going here and asking for Matthew because he is a great salesman and is very sweet and helpful.

Verizon is the best I used to have alltel and Ill tell was the best till Verizon bought them out but now its pretty good I used to have Sprint Sprint was the worst service I ever had

Went there to get a new phone for my boyfriend since his broke and Devin was so friendly and so was the other guy there but I didnt get his name wr talked the whole time and I would go back for any problems if I need to they are great.
They were very courteous to me there was only one thing I didnt like and some prices on accessories were to high.

Sucked. The tempered glass they so proudly sell broke in 12 hours. Then they say there is nothing they will do, told me to go online to the product website. So I will, along with this, the company website, Verizon, and any place else I can tell what a worthless store and scam they have going.
Wasted two entire hours of my day trying to assume a line and buy a phone. Needless to say I left and then came back after because they texted me and said they had a plan. Went back and they had nothing planned. I came in wanting to spend my money but after they failed to switch the lines I politely left and declined their services. The salesman followed me out of the store trying to sell me on upgrading my current phone then coming back the next day to switch the lines. Desperate for a commission when better customer service would have earned the commission and a great survey. Condition of the store was also poor. Broken displays and they were hitting the door with a hammer when I walked up to the store. Just go somewhere else.
I paid full price with hefty down payment for a google pixel 2. Soon after purchase, the phone failed with no damage at all. I went back hoping to get a replacement. It was day 16 from purchase date. An employee told me that there was nothing they could do and handed me a phone number to call. They couldnt even get the number right because it was the number for after warranties expire. I have been a verizon customer for over 10 years and I will never go to this location again. Thanks for the zero help when you sold me a defective product!
When I went to this store to upgrade my phone it was a horrible experience. It took over an hour for a simple upgrade. I told the associate not to touch my plan what so ever and to simply upgrade the phone. When I got my bill the next month I see not only did she change my plan but, by the time I got the bill to see the change, it was to late to fix it. Im screwed for 2 years now. Thanks! Not to mention I found out from taking directly to verizon, I should have received a vr head set as part of my upgrade promotion and it was never mentioned to me. I wonder if she kept it for her self? It was horrible customer service and over all experience. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
Hi my name is Kathy Archer and Im just calling to give a review for my experience at the Verizon store at Chestnut Commons and I want to give the store as well as my new bestest friend from Verizon Johnathan Congeni who has really been very empathetic and very sympathetic and then extremely helpful and my problems with my Verizon bill as well as my phone and Im going to step further into saying that if I choose to do so and thats on me that he will walk me through everything he has set up some apps on my phone Im old-school Im not of the computer age and I dont like it nor do I. Was in there today Sunday April 19th . THEY DO NOT REPRESENT VERIZON . I had to go to the west river Verizon store just for them to tell me oh you do have insurance and all you need to do is file a claim. z wireless was more interested in my grassroots hat then helping me replace my phone... told me i could edge up and said it was $50 then changed what they said because my screen was shot. said they wanted retail which would have ran around $600 ... of course they did cause they want commission which i understand... They wouldnt even look to see if i had insurance on that line. If you have account issues or just general questions with account and contracts DO NOT GO HERE....At the end of the day i replaced my droid max for $100 through asurion. Just go to the west river branch for great service.

Despite the large Verizon Wireless sign, this is a Z wireless location and not a Verizon corporate retail location. Be very careful about making changes to your plan- the reps are Salespeople, not Verizon employees. I have received lots of misinformation that would have cost me a bundle if I hadnt called Verizon billing directly to double check.

All I can say, I have been there..Nice place.
All I can say is WOW, Im used to standing in Long Lines signing into a waiting list and being rushed into a phone and out the door. At The Wireless Center I was able to compare smartphones with a knowledgeable sales rep and purchase my phone knowing I made the right decision. The sales rep also spent a good deal of time teaching me how to set up my new smartphone and showed me some helpful hints and tricks. Overall A++ Friendly knowledgeable staff, Short lines if any, convenient location, full service store. Keep up the good work !!!

I went in to pay my past due amount and the idiot taking care of me charges me my past due plus the following months bill. Was thinking of getting a new phone from here but Ill just go to a real Verizon from here out
