Right inside the Lorain Community College Student Center. Nice area to sit and hang out right at the coffee shop, or you could go to the much larger central seating and dining area. Big plus is that its also right across from a large bookstore with college apparel and snacks, also right by the cafeteria area. Park in the large parking lots way to the right or left of Student Center.

My card wasn’t working, so they had my drink on them that day! This location is fast and the best!

The coffee i ordered was extremely bitter sour tasting. Without a doubt it had to have been the last cup of the brew.

Disappointing. No sign on the door stating indoor seating was closed, didnt find this out until after we had already ordered and paid for food and drinks, had to eat in the car. Out of most food items that we wanted to order. Waited over 15 minutes for our simple coffee order even though they had plenty of staff and were not at all busy. Male staff member was rude and didnt seem very proficient. Wont be going back.

Wow! I have ordered the same item every week for 3 months. A large cold brew with sweet cream. Today I was handed a small and told big needs to have special order. So I asked and they put my small in a large cup and that was all. Handed me a cup half full

I LOVE this Starbucks!! Rachel, Chad and Isaiah are the most helpful baristas. I can go up there with no idea of what I want or vague requests and they always make me something amazing. This Starbucks is clean and service is fast. People dont realize--as being part of the college--they have to abide by college hours. Its not their fault! So call ahead to check hours if you dont know! Their seating area is cozy and clean. Rachel and Chad are extremely knowledgeable about the coffee Starbucks uses. Very helpful! Cute products for sale too!

Staff is wonderfully friendly and considerate. They offer amazing discounts and specials on certain items and drinks, depending on the season. The do punch card rewards only valid at this location and they also take regular Starbucks discounts and points.

This is the Lorain County community colleges Starbucks it is work by students. Most of the students are great with customer service. Others have attitudes and should not be working for Starbucks. Overall the coffee is good.

Good place to get coffee and catch up with friends, an okay coffee place and generally unbusy, so great to get a quick coffee.

Please keep in mind any reviews talking about a drive thru or “just opened” are not about this Starbucks location. This is the location inside Lorain County Community College. They do not have a drive thru and have been here for over 10 years.

The customer service could be better. Ive been asked by one of them what do you want? Instead of what are you having today? Not that hard.

I thought it was kind of odd that they were already out multiple ingredients for drinks that they carry when they just opened. Not one but 2 of the drinks i asked for i couldn’t get because they didn’t have certain ingredients to make it. Just don’t think they were prepared to open.
