Best donuts. Chicken isnt great, usually dry. But those donuts are so good

I love the size of this store. Everything is easy to find, so I can move thru quickly if I just need to grab a few things. The prices put the supermarkets to shame.

One buy a salad in had flies in it. I take it back in they handle good. They gave my money back.

One of the ladies in the deli department was not friendly at all, bad customer service but the other lady was pleasant

Has an atmosphere of a Family store. Clean and hospitable to customers. Meats are outstanding. Meat cutters are very accommodating.

I like Apples. I have been able to find things here that I havent been able to find at other Supermarkets for awhile. So very happy about that.

The price are always higher than most other stores. Its a type of store you go to when youre in a hurry and its the closest store. Once I went in there and purchased creamer not even paying attention to the date. I got it home and opened it the next day and it was already spoiled so it had either been left out for a long time and put back on the shelf or it had just been there so long and spoiled and I just was the lucky one to pick it up. The store looks dirty not like Roach dirty but dirty is in like the floor looks like it hasnt been scrubbed well and it just looks run down the whole store needs to be gutted and remodeled

The check out clerk was very helpful. I wanted to know how to bring in my reusable bags. He let me know that it was alright as well as an associate who was nearby and heard the conversation.

Cart corral in the parking lot could cause an accident...isnt lined up as it should be. Not very much of a selection for salads and many prices are too much for the product. Hard to tell if cashier is open at check out. Employee almost ran into me (looking right at me) if I had not moved...six foot distancing seems to not be in effect for some people.

Pretty good prices. My dad fell in love with the refrigerated crab cakes. I got the refrigerated stuffed peppers, really good.

Regular grocery stores are expensive, but Apples seems to be more so.

This is a full service grocery store.The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. This store has everything I need foodwise.Prices moderate,with some items lower priced than other stores.It features a full deli and hot foods section and a in store bakery. It opens at 6 am, perfect for those getting off at 7 am,although the deli down not open till 8am.In short,I love this store!!

I have been using their online grocery pick up service, my favorite cashier brought out my order. I have missed her! They have such awesome staff.

Store is not aging well - it feels crowded dirty and run down. Prices are high, carts are rusty, lines are long with no self checkout, and they close early (9pm).

Find good deals sometimes.However in the summer too much flies around where the deli.Did not saw any where fry chicken or lunch meats .However in some of the counters around yes. The gross thing was where they have the. fresh donuts in a stand with a glass door there was flies all over donuts.I told people on deli .However I was in store for a long time and pass by donuts they where still on case.Very gross .They need to pay attention to those details. Flies carry many germs.

Love this place. Its nice for a hometown grocery store. The prices are great for most items! Lots of young kids working there for their first time job. They have a nice selection of different food items. Most of the time they are cheaper and better produce then giant eagle.

There is a great selection of produce and wine/beer but everything else is very limited. Produce is noticably more expensive than other area grocery stores. Checkout was quick and efficient despite the store being busy.

Nice staff, clean store, lately seems to be missing some products but that’s to be expected. Everything is easy to find overall good experience.

A nice old school grocery store. It has a good selection of items at reasonable prices, a bakery and deli. Customer service is friendly and fast. They have a front desk that you can have a variety of services done, though there is no western union.

Elyria Apples is my favorite place to grocery shop. Their prices are fair and they are rarely missing anything I need. I also like the daily text club program. The cashiers are pleasant for the most part and store is clean. My favorite employee is Mark Smith. Hes been there as long as long as the store has been.. Lol....always helpful and always has a smile and suggestion is asked.. Very knowledgeable of his store! Thank you Mark!

On Friday 04/03/2020: Around 1:28pm, I watch a store employee clear a shelf of what was left of the Lysol disinfected spray into a carry basket another emplee came out of the customer service office and joined her, they exchanged some words, I looked at thet basket of Lysol spray and was shocked as that was my reason for going to the store, I said dam they both looked at me and went back into the customer service office. There had to be about 12 to 14 cans of spray in that basket. I picked up a few more items and checked out but I did mention it to the cashier because the young lady came out of customer service with her jacket on and got in to the check out line at customer service. There were two notices posted in front of the spray that stated one per customer. Does not your employees not have to follow the same store policies as customers?

Good friendly people been shopping their since i was a kid

This is a great neighborhood grocery store. I have shopped Apples stores in Elyria, Lorain and Sheffield. The Elyria store is closest, but due to work, I tend to visit the Sheffield location more frequently. Its great for quick shopping trips at lunch time or on the way home. I agree that Apples is a little pricey, but I did find my favorite Woebers honey mustard there, which no one else seems to carry anymore. Elyria Apples did a gorgeous cake for my daughters graduation last year as well. I just wish I was able to get my messaging to work again for the text club.

Easily visible from road, good location in a decent neighborhood. Hometown store, competitive pricing, usually has good selection of meats and produce. Deli and bakery inside. Good selection of beer. Recommend signing up for their text club to recieve daily special offers.
