Great lots of party items and unusual items. People are very friendly lot of merchandise to pick from. Lots of shopping in local area close to the mall. Lots of restaurants in area. Plenty of parking. Handicapped parking available also handicap accessibility. Easy to see from the road. Lots of fun to shop and see the different merchandise that they have. And everybody was very friendly.

I had an issue a few days back, they wasted no time contacting me to correct the problem. Now thats great customer service. Ive been coming to this store since I was a kid, they have everything for your party needs with competitive prices and for the most part, put the customer 1st. Ill continue to keep coming back.

Lots to select from all kinds of different items anything and everything you can think of for a party pretty much everybody was very friendly lots of parking free parking easy access easy to see from the road handicap accessibility and parking. Close to the mall. Lots of restaurants in the local area

You can find things here that you cant get anywhere else.

The workers here are incompetent. I called and asked if they sold baby shower games, the lady on the phone replied yes and I had her tell me what they all had. I also asked how many people the games played and she said 50. I live an hour away and when I showed up they had one game left and it only provided for 10 people.

Didnt have what I was looking for. Bicycle sized gift bags. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the store was clean and well organized!

Good prices, better than the other(seasonal) costume store. Good selection. The aisles are a little cramped though. They could benefit from more floor space.

They had what we needed (dice)., but if I was looking for unique party ideas, nothing exciting. Im sure the costume shop would be better in season

Over priced and very poor quality. I bought 2 separate things, one set of butterfly wings for 17 dollars that had the quality of the dollar tree and the second pair of wings for 8 dollars that was the same. This store does not care what they sell as long as you buy it and leave the store with it they are happy. I give these items 0 stars because thats what they deserve.

This party places run down. Theyre really expensive I wanted 2020 balloons They charge you $47 that is ridiculous. What to the Dollar General they was only $24. One of the ladies was really rude to me when I came in the door I ask if anything was on sale she was like NO and a mean way Never again come into this location

Place is so filthy!! I found a bug inside the plate packaging!! NEVER AGAIN AND THE PEOPLE THERE ARE SO RUDE!!

Love finding party stuff or costumes

Went on Memorial Day 20 mins b4 they close. (Just 2 get a pk of balloons)Seen worker at window as i got out of my car noticed she turned (Opened) light off n took holiday hours off window . i asked if theyre closed she says Yes. I found that weird so i called n asked if they r still open lady said Yes we close at 5. Worker lied to me. So i had a few choice of words for her.

They can definitely supply your party needs for almost any occasion. They unfortunately only carry plastic chains, but thats just part of planning ahead. There are full sets of utensils, napkins and decor all arranged by color, hundreds of balloon options to choose from with or without helium (I know its pricy but its a limited resource that were rapidly running out of Barbara), including long lasting printed designs. The staff is eager to please and will help you figure out and find whatever you might need. Just tell em how many kids youre planning on and how spoiled they are on average and theyll offer you specially tailored options. Ask if they have any leftover fake blood from Halloween season and they should be able to hook you up. ;)

The staff at this location were rude and unwilling to help find anything. One if the workers didnt even look up from what she was doing to answer my question after i stood at the front counter for several mins waiting for her to say hello or anything at all

We went to get our Daughters Halloween costumes there and because folks often forget about this little gem, they were fully stocked with what they wanted!!! Win for Mom and Dad!

Terrible customer service from the employee-manager named Laurie. The other associates were helpful and polite though. Will be going to Party City from now on. Never want to deal with Laurie at Party Place Elyria ever again!

When I walked through the door this guy told me he would have to look through my purse when I was done. I turned around and walked out. I was so bothered by this and went back in to talk to the manager. I told her I was offended by this and she just told me to leave my purse in the car. I walked out and will never go back. I went down the street to a better store.

Very rude customer service! When u walked in the security guard said just so you are aware I have to search your purse when you leave. Im like no problem they must have alot of theft going on. So while Im standing there getting a cart I observe 2 womend leaving with purses that dud not get checked, and a couple more women came in that he did not inform them that their purses would be checked. So I questioned him as to why he said that to me and no one else. His response was their purses werent big enough to take anything! That is very stereo type! I was very offened! The policy should be for all women! Needless to say I left the store and took my business elsewhere!

A week ago I purchased product here for a party. One week later I went back in with 4 items totaling $25.00 to return because they were extra and not needed. I could not find the original receipt. However, I had my credit card statement showing I had spent $53.57 there one week ago and the items were marked/priced and unopened. The clerk would not give me a credit back to my credit card. She didnt even offer me an in store credit. I will never shop here again. What a crappy way to treat customers.
