11/19/2020 - Finally got a chance to stop and get a pair of BEAM wipers for my Dodge truck.. Store is spotless and even smells good. Products are out and spaced right where you want them to be. Found the pair I thought was a match and walked up to the social distance waiting line. In just a few minutes I was waited on by a kindly gentleman who double checked to be sure I chose the correct wipers. I had. He rang me up & I was all set to go. I asked if these were difficult for an old lady like me to put on and he said Not for us. I wasnt quite sure what he meant then he smiled and said We will gladly take care of that for you. Shut the front door!! What a courteous and kind man. Funny too. In a second another kind young man appeared and walked out with me to my truck and in a SNAP they were on the truck and I was good to go. What a perfectly perfect experience and I will NEVER go to another Auto Parts Store - EVER. Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful trip to the Auto Zone!

The service has always been wonderful there. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A big help there. I have been at a few others that have been less than satisfactory.

Dru and Sam were pleasant and helpful with the fob key today. We did not know they sold fob key batteries at AZ. We also did not know they made keys at AZ. Baba and Sam (same Sam) were very helpful with a battery issue and installing the new battery we purchased. Baba was engaged, helpful, polite and patient. Baba was knowledgeable and explained things very nicely (so did Sam). This trip to AZ was successful and this store will be our choice location because of how helpful store employees were. Baba, Dru,and Sam all represented AutoZone well.

AutoZone generally has what I need and is generally helpful on the phone looking up items and checking inventory.Im sure Ill be back.

I was looking for an engine filter read the book of which one to buy but had a hard time finding it. so the guy at the counter help my find the substitute for my make. also another time I needed battery clamps they are so helpful and knowledgeable thank you.

Purchased a battery to replace my dead 5-year old battery. The person who helped me was knowledgeable. They will install batteries as long as the battery is easily accessible. Since I didnt have my car with me when I bought the new one, I took it home with me. The next several days were bitter cold and I ended up driving my car in on the first warmer day since I was just able to start my car. They installed the new battery quickly. Excellent purchase experience.

Great place for auto supplies when in a hurry. Staff is usually very helpful & they try to locate items you cant find.

I rarely work on my car, but when I do this is my first stop. They always seem to have the item I need and are very willing to help with installation of basic items like light bulbs and batteries. The combination of knowledge and the right tools make fixes take a 10th of the time that they would if they had to be done by yourself. Thanks for the help AutoZone.

A good place to get your automobile parts

I walked into the Emmaus location, there were 2 employees out on the sales floor & 2 in the back of the store. Both employees had a customer. I waited between 5-7 minutes, neither one said well be with you in a moment, nothing. I finally asked if someone could help me. One of the employees looked in the back & asked if someone could come out. The one employee said no flat out the other said he didnt want to. This is a place of business! Unreal.....
