First service at this location and I will be back. They were on time, customer service friendly, and did not upsell me on unneeded services. Additionally, the pricing was excellent for our normal oil change and tire rotation. Worth the drive out for our service appointments for sure.
I brought in my 2018 RDX for service and could not be happier !Working with Mark from the service department made things easy and smooth.From the time we walked in to Good Morning and smiling faces it was a pleasure and professional, our service paperwork was ready to go for our appointment and Mark answered all of our question before we started and asked if we had any other questions before we left. Mark in service was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. He took care of the scheduled service and pointed out an issue to be aware of but didn’t give me a hard sell on fixing it. It’s a dealer, so obviously it’s going to be pricier than an independent shop, but surprisingly, not by very much.
Last year I bought a 2017 Acura MDX Advance. I have always taken my vehicle for service at Lehigh Valley Acura and gotten Great Service until my last 3 times there. 1st time got oil change and the technicians forgot to attach back my air filter under hood and left my cabin filter on the seat after it wash washed and ready for pickup. 2nd Time I took it for new filters and inspection, Everything passed and I picked up the vehicle. The next day I had a mitigation problem along with Acc Problems. I took it back mark said it may be a bug or such on sensor, I took it for a wash and the lights remained on I also noticed my drivers side windshield wiper was completely broken. That Monday I took the car back and explained to Bronson the manger about the technicians neglected and for me not getting the Acura service I was promised. Mr Bronson got nasty with me and my wife and after awhile he scheduled an appointment for Wednesday 830 to be diagnosed. 1230 I text Mark no response, 130 My wife called mark no response. After calling back and insisting on knowing about my Vehicle Mark picked up and said it would be another 2 hrs and will be about 350$. I asked if this was a guarantee find he reply No. I asked mark to get my car back together at 145pm he said don’t come till 5. I got there about 445 My car was out front, my wife went to get the key and refuse any more service. When I came out and start the car I have another idle light on smh I get mark he says it wasn’t like that and refused to see my before and after video of drop off. Mr Bronson then came out Looked at the video then looked at the lights on in the car and said it wasn’t them! As he noted I was recording him he ran inside and said the Vice President is very good friends with the D.A Lehigh Valley Acura will never take responsibility for their faults and keep having you come back for nonsense service.Check Tic-Toc

They made me aware of available incentives as a repeat Acura buyer and the pick up experience was seem less.

AND went above and beyond with getting me squeezed in for a full inspection when I went on the wrong day all because he said he wouldn’t send a customer away. Mark is always on top of things with my car. The detailed print outs help me understand the status of my car and it’s functioning parts. I needed a loaner car for the day while they worked on my vehicle and it wasn’t an issue. He even called me throughout the day to let me know the status of the repairs and maintenance.
The customary expectation of car servicing is pretty “blah”, drop off, pick up, pay and leave. LV Acura was the exception yesterday. Service manager Mark at drop off was engaging and friendly; made us feel like more than just customers. At pickup, similar quality treatment. In addition, even though the service department had closed, Mark witnessed that we were having a problem and came to us to assist. He needed to reopen the garage and returned to fix our problem. A great addition to LV Acura. Wish more of this type of character prevailed during these times.

I called with an emergency service on Saturday morning, the Acura service department scheduled service promptly and performed the work immediately(new tire and wheel alignment). The work was finished in record time and I was kept abreast of everything that was happening. To say I am thrilled with the service is an understatement - the Acura service department was wonderful
I like the drive right in aspect-my service rep, Ilyana, was very outgoing and friendly. She apologized that it might be a little longer for my oil change. I understand it must be difficult to keep to an exact schedule.She’s very good at eye contact and making one feel welcome-which is not always easy in a busy work scene. This place seems to get good reviews for sales so not sure if my experience was the exception but I contacted the dealer about a 2022 MDX through their website that they indicated was on site. I received a text message which I responded to as well as called twice and left a voice message with no response. A day later, I received another text message which asked if I was still interested and responded again, left a message and still received no response. It was almost like they wont bother unless you go to the dealer in person. For comparison, I had 2 other dealers who contacted me immediately, willing to discuss over the phone, followed up multiple times to negotiate on my trade and I ended up purchasing a 2022 MDX Advance at another dealer who actually seemed interested in my business.
Service was excellent. Bronson kept me up to date on the status and explained the work done.

Offered to inspect vehicle within the 90 day window. Which it was only in for an oil change. This saved me a trip and a LYFT ride back and forth. Bought the MDX new in Janurary. Got a great deal. Mark Deery was friendly and helpful. Was offered a loaner but there were none available for more than a week out. They arranged a ride to my place of business via LYFT.

July 13, 2021. Mark Jungblut, service consultant. Mark called in afternoonto advise of neccessary work to repair my Acura. He went over itemizationand total charges in a professional manner. He was not at the dealership the following day when i picked up my vehicle. Work/repair was done as indicated, however the total repair price was $$ higher than Mark quoted me and of which i approved. Of course, discussions followed. Marks boss suggested we split the difference as a credit on my next servicevisit. ?8/12/2021 Mr. Wright, i feel you may be confused. Mark Jungblut quotedme the TOTAL cost of repairs. I assure you sir, as a semi-retired formerCEO of two seperate businesses, I know what a quote is. You also indicate that I spoke with Bronson Miller your service director. You say we resolved the situation amicably. Well. i can only assume Mr. Millerwas one of the three CS reps sitting out front. Our conversation was frustrating. In fact Mr. Miller said i was being rude. I thought he was missing the point. Mark (who was not there) quoted me a price. Mr.Miller felt that going over the bill, line by line, would prove I was mistakenas to Marks quote, of which I had approved the previous afternoon. So,Mr. Wright, i will close my review by saying it certainly was not about a couple hundred bucks. I noted Marks professionaiism and the repair work was to my satisfaction. Its the principal. If i said that Mark Jungblutquoted me a price. He did. This experience was sadly lacking...thus only 2 stars for Lehigh Valley Acura. BTW...i have purchase a new Acura fromyour dealership years ago.

Went for axle recall. The swapped out passenger side axle simple because of a little peeling in the coating, nothing major. Now I have one less CV boot to worry about, and, unlike most places, they gave me a FREE alignment. For anyone who doesnt know, any time you do something to your wheels or suspension units, usually you want to realign the car as it can change when working with suspension parts. The car was DIALED in when I left. I was throwing some serious Gs on backroads on the way home.

CPO BUYERS BEWARE(Certified Pre-Owned)The sales process was great and quite easy. Probably helped that I paid cash for my pre-certified RDX.Service side? NOT SO MUCH!I barely had the car two days and had to call roadside assistance for a dead battery. About two weeks after, I started having trouble with the transmission. I immediately brought it in for service and was told that they couldn’t replicate the problem and that it may just be that because the battery was new it was learning my driving.In May, I started experiencing the same transmission problems and immediately brought it to Acura. I wanted a tech to drive with me but nobody was available. Was told that it’s possibly the transmission fluid. Made an appointment to bring it in and was informed a switch was changed but it was due for a transmission fluid flush at 57k. I purchased the car with 50k and NO monetary discount consideration was given towards the fact that I only put 20% of the 30k mileage requirement for the flush.In addition, I was quoted that the preliminary service (oil, filters, etc) was $195!!! Upon learning this, I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere after just the oil change and tire rotation because that was included with the purchase price.Very disappointed in the fact that none of this was done prior to my vehicle purchase. One would expect that, when spending over $27,000 cash, you’re getting a vehicle that is fully serviced ahead of time.Also, upon waxing the vehicle for the first time in April, we noticed that there was a section between the roof and tailgate that was completely missing paint. I informed sales of this and service looked at it last week. I am still awaiting a response as to whether or not they will fix it. I was informed that there is the potential that Acura will not cover it even though they are referring to it as a paint defect.Shame on me! I had an awful experience last September with Vinart Collision Center. We had a vehicle in to be repaired and the insurance company then decided to total it. I was told to come in and remove our personal effects from the car. Upon arriving, waited quite a bit of time while they tried to locate the car. Come to find out that they allowed it to go to the scrap yard with all of our belongings in it.Had I realized when I purchased my vehicle that this Acura dealer was part of the Vinart family, I would’ve gone somewhere else.End of rant!ANDREW - please provide contact information.I’m addition, I asked for service records on my vehicle which I have yet to receive. I would like to review as the independent mechanic who changed my trans fluid yesterday advised there may be other overdue service!

Leased a 2022 MDX. The vehicle has been to Lehigh Valley Acura now four times to rectify a problem with the radio. I won’t even mention the brake warning light that comes on or the wireless charger that doesn’t work. They’ve told me there is no solution for the radio; and I feel they are just looking to get rid of me and the problem. Now attempting to deal with Acura North America corporate headquarters but it’s been almost a week and I have not been contacted.Stick with Lexus, they know how to treat and keep customers.
