I am very happy with the service and the employee Mike helping me through my transfer of phones and how quick he was able to get my new phone in . First thing I noticed is how clean the store is, second was the cheerful/helpful staff there; they made me really feel like I was the most important customer (even with ALL my questions about technology-they went above and beyond to explain everything). I just added my mom to my account (2 lines UNLIMITED talk, text & data for flat fee of $80/mo...so I also added my niece to the plan for just $10 more! $90/mo for three lines unlimited on AT&T towers for waaaay less than my last carrier that dropped my calls a lot...its a no-brainer!!!!).
