Worked with manager Ron, very friendly. Worked with my concern patiently even though I couldn’t describe it very well at first. Found the part I needed they let me borrow tools and put it in. Gave me credit for old piece that I had. Top notch service. Great job Autozone.

Prompt and timely with ordering products for you, or delivering from a different store. Clean, friendly, and competitive pricing make them a slam dunk. Only one complaint, Id love to see more Hot Wheels and M2s on a more regular basis please!

These guys were fast and had our part in stock. They have a free tool loan service and that really helped us out!! I highly recommend AutoZone! We just came from another parts store that claimed to have the same part and after a really long wait we were told they couldnt find it. Thanks for the great service!

Some of the workers are very knowledgable others are hit and miss. Their inventory is decent for all sorts of automotive parts and random gadgets.

The older lady who seems to be a manager told me I needed a new battery when I didn’t.

If they are going to work there they need to learn what they are selling the person that helped me did not know much at all I know more that she did from research

The parts I needed were really available, however the employee helping me left me to answer the phone and never came back. I will never understand a customer on the phone being more important than a customer in the store. Very disappointed.

The sales guy was really nice and spent the extra time needed to find my odd part -- or at least direct me to the website that would most likely have it -- since its a classic vehicle. They normally carry all the parts needed for my newer vehicles so I would go back again for those parts.

Im in here about 3 times a year, and Ive never been disappointed. Nice guys who try to be helpful. I honestly feel like theyre trying to find the right product for me, not just up-sell me the product with the longest warranty. I always go back.

I literally coasted into autozone parking lot and my car died 10 minutes before closing on Easter Sunday.The staff member came out and help switch out battery and found connection corroded to terminal..... these two guys stayed 30 minutes past closing to help me get on my way home to Eagle. I had a couple kids and a dog in the car who were tired and ready to be home. I really appreciate their kindness and service last night- Thank you!

Both theses guys and oreilys price match but I usually like to double check with both. Always very friendly and willing to help. Competitive

Dear Autozone employee who believes your 5qt Valvoline oil jugs are specially overfilled for your company:Motor oil is a hazardous material.Transportation of hazardous materials are strictly monitored by federal laws. Those bottles of motor oil, by law, must be correctly labeled. If you are aware that your oil bottles have been incorrectly labelled, you should probably report this to valvoline immediately. I mean thatd be some pretty ugly fines for Valvoline and Autozone if they were found to be illegally transporting motor oil.But nice try on trying to say your 5 qt Valvoline oil jugs are superior. I almost believed you.
