5 stars to the Emmett Verizon store. I have stopped in several times with questions after I purchased my phone there. Brandon has always been very helpful and patient.

I walked in to buy a samsung s21 on a payment plan and was told by the female blonde employee working, that Friday the 13th of August 2020, That I had to buy the phone outright and then they would check my credit to see what type of payment plan they could get me. I told them I would be back the next day and they held the phone for me. I then thought about it and realized I was just told I had to pay outright $800 for the phone before being able to make payments which didnt sound right and isnt. I bought my samaung s21 off the verizon website and drove over to the Linder road verizon store and only paid $48.00 that day and will be paying other fees and such in September. I cannot believe that this local store would do such a thing I will not be back for anything out of fear that Id be charged with fees that are not even related to anything I do with my phone. How disappointing.
Was turned away today when trying to buy a new iPhone 12 the guy told me to call Verizon. Just wanted to give a local store my business.
Brandon is my hero. I had several issues to address. He was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He fixed them all within a short period of time. I highly recommend him. I will return. Applause!

Brandon and Tedd were super helpful! They helped me through my situation, and fixed the problem swiftly.However, I find it very disturbing that one of the staff is required to cover his facial tattoos. Why cant he come to work, being completely comfortable in his skin? He should be able to come to his work environment and not be made to feel like a lesser person.
Brandon was terrific. We were having a horrible time get a new phone going from another carrier. So we opted to move to Verizon. Even though Brandon was exceeding his work hours (going into OT, Highly frowned upon by the boss) he stuck with us to get the phone operational and get service for us. And Ted was great at keeping us entertained. The store had several customers at the time and it would have been pretty unprofessional of Brandon to have left to stay within his hours. He is a very good manager.

I highly recommend this Verizon location! I was new to the area and Brandon did amazing job at making sure I knew what choices I had to replace my phone. He spent a ton of time with making sure everything transferred safely from my old damaged phone. He knew I was really worried about all my pictures I had on there of my family. I truly think he went above and beyond with amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend if you need help with your phone Brandon is amazing at what he does. All the other employees seemed very helpful too.

Had a great experience at the Verizon store in Emmet. Brandon answered every question I had and it was great to deal with someone sincere. I even had questions about what to do for fun in this area as I’m new to it. I walked out feeling that I received my moneys worth and new exactly what I was getting into with a new service. I had previously been dealing with US Cellular and I never felt good about it. All the guys in the store were friendly and informative as well. Thank you !

So glad we went to our local store, this was one of the best experiences we have had with any Verizon store. The staff (Brandon N) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a new phone and got all information changed from our old phone with no problems at all. And I must say that has never happened at a Verizon store. Great Job guys

You know that feeling of dread when you have to go to phone store to upgrade lines? Yeah, me too. But that isn’t what happened when I went into this location. Cody was an amazing help and made the process absolutely painless. I highly recommend this Verizon location, especially Cody.
It had plenty of clerks, usually just one or two. They attempted to set up my iPad and I we locked out of it for 14 days. I was not given the reqired passcode or passwords

Their knowledge, guidance and patience made the difference to help us to make the best choices for our purchase. So I came in today as I was thinking of switching over from T mobile hoping to get some helpful info. Well I was greeted by a very friendly team of associates as soon as I walked in the door, and I was helped by a very nice helpful young man, Michael Faust. We are paying way too much for service that hardly works. I talked to Verizon and they promised a credit each month for a screw up on their managers part and then talked me into a different plan that should work better all for it to get worse and no credits. We cant wait for our contract to be up so we can go back to our old service. I only gave two stars because they do have some good employees that care but their hands are tied. Verizon is a disappointment.
Great people to work with!! Esmeralda was great! She did what it took to receive my phone before I went out for a 3 week tour. She was very patient and did all she could to get me the best deal on the new iPhone X’s! A+++
I have not been in a Verizon store in months. Today I was in there twice for two different issues. They were amazing. Thank you to the young men who were so patient. They actually fixed my husbands phone when they could have sold me something brand new.

Andrew helped me upgrade and was just amazing. When picking a case, he had lots of good information to help me make a well informed choice. They didnt have the color I wanted in the store so he had it sent straight to my house! Great customer service. He even did a follow up call, asking if I liked my new phone or if I had any questions that hadnt been answered yet!
I have been with Verizon now for 5 years. I do love the convenience of the experience, what I do not like, and what has happened now 3 times, is being lied to right to my face. Not only has the representative (one from each of three different store fronts) straight up lied about the monthly cost of our bill (i dare you as a citizen to ask for a straight answer dollar amount, not an estimate or the $10 more than what youre paying right now phrase), but also about the care they have for their customers. Im sickened at the way they conduct their business. We have gone to a store front each time to upgrade and renew our account. Each time a different location to give the individual workforces a chance to prove the advertised values of the company itself, with no success. One of the shady ways this company screws you over is they inform you that your bill will be coming in the mail, and when it never shows up, you are expected to pay $400 out of pocket within 24 hours to keep your service going, despite your best efforts and requests to receive your bill. There are constant glitches (or intentional interuptions) that cause hang ups when talking to representatives. And, we have yet to receive paper statements, as requested once a month for the last 5. As soon as our contract is up, we will be switching to Straight Talk. After 15 years of family loyalty and 5 years of our own since becoming adults, I can no longer handle the service this company gives its loyal customers. Im truly disappointed. However, I suppose Im only one review in 1000s, so, hopefully, your experience goes better than mine has. And hopefully, you wont waste five years figuring it out. Good luck.

The guys took the time to research the problem, find a fix, and then stayed with it until I was satisfied. The staff is friendly and courteous and they take their job seriously. Nadia is GREAT! She is professional and really made me feel like she cared about my experience. I didnt feel like she sold me but instead she explained how the devices would help me get things done better. She explained everything to me and even asked if I had any questions. I have applied for military discount through Verizon wireless 3 times and all three times I have had to call back and find out where it is. Even now I applied for it the operator gave me a discount for past months and now it is not on my bill. Verizon is very difficult to deal with and they actually do lock you into a contract with phone discounts that you cannot receive unless you pay off your phone with a monthly payment. I am not in favor of this wireless service it has been a headache since day one.

On September 6th I came in because att was not covering where I lived, I came in very upset with it and I sat down with Brandon and he calmed me down and gave me a box of tissues for my tears over the situation, he gave me a quote and assured me that Verizon was the place to come for all my phone needs, he got me a new phone and a home phone for alot less then I was paying with att and my coverage is amazing now, he got me the best deal possible and Brandon is just the sweetest most kind individual I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, I will always come and see him from here on out about all my wireless needs, the best phone experience Ive ever had and it was all because of Brandon at the Verizon store in emmett I came back in today just to give my thanks and ask a few questions, he answered them all and had no problem helping this old gal out.

I came in to do A upgrade but we seemed to run in a lot of issues the assistant manager Jesse went above and beyond on his day off to get everything taken care of and I have never been so pleased with the customer service I have been given. Jesse is the epitome of a store manager and I would recommend anybody I know to do businesses with him and the Emmett store.

I went in with my grandparents in order to be my grandfathers ears and the service was great! Esme really helped make sure that my grandfather understood why he was getting billed a certain way and helped fix his plan to make it cheaper for him!

Nothing they say is correct. Paid 300 cash on my phone bill and they never posted it. Then got a new phone ordered a case that they 2 day shipped and still havent recieved it. They said to allow 5 to 10 buisness days. If it hasnt come in by tomorrow to come back in and they will order another one. Rediculous
Esmeralda was a great help when my phone kept shutting off for no apparent reason...she got it running again, helped me get everything backed up and was very patient and friendly. I will definitely go back to her for future help or when it comes time for a new phone.
Ya know, lemme tell ya bout this here Verizon in Emmett. I came in super annoyed and frustrated about a problem I was having with my account. But after working with Mike he gave my mood a total 180 FLIP. His patience, kindness, and knowledge just absolutely stunned me. I am now a Verizon customer for life and will only be working with the Emmett store from now on!

Worse customer service by store manager Rachel. Accused my husband of cussing at her when we didnt know our 4 digit pin for the account and then kicked us out of the store saying we rude. I have never been accused of such a thing. We will never go back into that store while she manages this location. She did a great thing for Emmett and making sure the town looses local shopping.

A big shout-out to Andrew Miller at Emmett GoWireless. We had just an unimaginable tangle with our land line via a different phone carrier and my sons new phone. While he didnt purchase the phone at GoWireless, we did stop in to see if anyone could help. Well, Andrew certainly did. He very patiently worked with Verizon and sorted out what our problem was. In the end, we jettisoned our land-line company and are now happy with our new Verizon land line phone...and our sons phone is up and working as well! Thanks for all the help, Andrew!

I needed a new phone and Brandon (I hoped I spelled it right) really helped me out. I asked him how much it would cost out the door and when all was said and done the price he originally told me was the price I paid.
