I didnt believe in one-star reviews until dealing with this place. Completely worthless. Nobody we talked to there could offer much information on their products or even carpet in general, most of the samples they had there didnt seem to be available at all, and when we finally did find one we liked, they apparently just never put the order in. We waited two months for our install appointment only to have our installer go to pick up the carpet and discover they didnt have it. Dont know how this place stays in business.

This was an excellent place buy carpet and an all around wonderful experience. The owner and his wife are the nicest people and very helpful. The prices were good and the quality was awesome. The carpet installers also did an excellent job. They did quality work in a quick manner. Thank you Carpet Plus for making a daunting task an easy one!

Staff was not wearing masks although they did put them on when I insisted. They had poor selection but did find something that would work for my project.

They didnt have what I was looking for but they were very helpful and showed me many options. They also have good discounts on left over carpet and didnt hesitate to refer me to other carpet stores that might carry what I was looking for.

Management is terrible, only one guy there knows anything and their installers are super nice until you confront them about their really high prices.

Overpriced and measurements were way off. Took 2 months to get a refund! Terrible customer service.
